The next day, Rami's not that shocked when he learns that there's another dead person that they've found.
He knows it's bad, but he can't help but be happy because he found another clue because of that incident.
And that is--- one of their members has a bloodstain on the edge of her dress. Though the said dress is black. But---- Rami LOVES blood. So, he knows a BLOOD if it is a BLOOD.
Because of this, Rami truly believed and confident now that they are the ones who're killing these people. But still, he's still not quite sure what their reason is.
"Hmm. . . so careless." Rami whispered while a smirk plastered on his lips.
Rami is now walking through the corridor with a cup of his Matcha Milkshake on his right hand that he's happily sipping on. Suddenly, his intuition suddenly keeps ringing. Even tingling, making his head hurt like a bitch.
"Ouch!" Rami whined while caressing his forehead using his free hand.
As he caressed his forehead, Rami spotted a man in a suit—someone who looked like a detective—approaching his beloved's group gathered in front of the building. He saw it all through the corridor window on the second floor.
The way the man walked confidently through the group. Rami senses that the man knows something and is ready to spill it anytime soon.
Then it hits Rami------ his intuition is warning him so that he can help his beloved.
Wait—
Detective?
Walking?
My love's group?
Lady Amethyst—
Blood—
Dress—
SHIT!!
Without a second thought, Rami ran to where Dark's group was. As soon as he is near them already, he purposely bumped into Lady Amethyst. Purposely spilling his milkshake into her dress, just in front the blood spot, to cover where the blood is.
'Oh. . . . my milkshake. I'm so sorry!!' Rami whined internally, his heart aching at the thought of his spilled milkshake.
He shook the thought away and refocused on what was happening now. Silently, he offered a prayer for his safety, knowing what he'd done to Lady Amethyst could cost him.
'Welp!! Here goes nothing!!'
After a while of silence, Amethyst, who finally realized what happened, shrieked loudly.
"What did you do? You ruined my dress!!" Amethyst shouted at Rami who immediately apologized while taking out his handkerchief to wipe the stain on Amethyst's dress where that blood is.
Rami used it to fully integrate the blood into the spilled milkshake.
"I'm sorry!! I'm really, really sorry Lady Amethyst! I was running late so I didn't notice who or what I'm going to bump into." Rami still uses his handkerchief to rub on Amethyst's dress edge.
"Stop!! I said stop it!! You're just ruining it more than what you intend to." Amethyst snapped at Rami while she pushed him into the ground.
Not expecting the push, Rami fell hard. When he fell, he used his elbow to support him. Leading it to have a slight scratch.
Rami didn't feel that his elbow was now slightly oozing with blood because of the debris within the ground on his scratched elbow. Since he was still shocked as he really didn't expect that push.
Not minding his small injury. He quickly stood up to purposely block the vision of the detective towards their group and pleaded at Amethyst again.
He is certain, with his current reputation in this school. He can't afford to offend the group now.
"I'm really, really sorry miss!!! I'll do anything!!! Rami pleaded again.
"Of course, you must be punished in return." Amethyst said coldly.
"W-what i-it is?" Rami asks nervously.
He hates getting punished. But what can he do? Nothing! He doesn't have the qualification because of his identity that he was using right now.
Also, he didn't want to give the detective a chance to strike again.
"Run around the whole outside gymnasium."
"W-what?" Rami unintentionally questioned.
He can't believe it! The sun is on its highest point right now and it's so hot. Add the fact that it's already close to lunch time, so his stomach is aching now. He's literally hungry.
"What? Regretting already?" Amethyst asks gloating.
"N-no." Rai stuttered.
He wanted to protest but by thinking of the consequences again, he chose to comply. Afterall, he wanted to leave this place to fill his aching stomach. Besides, he'd done what he came to do already.
"I- I should start now." Rami says to Amethyst without any energy, then he takes a glance around. He saw the various reactions from the group of people.
Rami focused especially on the detective's reaction, and he felt pleased with himself again when he saw the man's face covered with irritation and regret, as if something important had been stolen from him.
'Oh well, I guessed I did great this time despite being punished.' Rami thought.
After that, he turned his back away from the group to start running. Not caring anymore what will happen next when he leaves.
Anyways, running the whole school ground is nothing for him.
Rami smiled secretly with delight when thought of getting nearer towards his beloved even if it's just a coincidence come to mind.
You can all say that Rami's being a martyr, but what can he do? He loved Dark more than anything.
Dark is his obsession.
The person who he wanted to possess, owned.
So, he will surely do anything to protect him, to not let anyone harm him. That also applies to those who are in Dark's perception, are his friends. He will surely also protect them, though he has a few complaints.
While running, Rami felt a small sting when he moved his arm. Glancing down at it, he halted. His right elbow was now slightly oozing blood—probably from the fall earlier.
He just shrugged slightly.
'Eh? A little scratch.' He thought it was simple.
He then wiped it off and tied his spare handkerchief in it carefully
Rami started running again with the thought of just finishing it off so that he could eat.
With that, he cheered himself.
'He can do this.'
