The town Kai was currently in was known as a starter town, a town for new players, but in name, it was called Oden, a small town under the Crimson Kingdom. There were many towns that one could start the game from, but Oden was pretty much a popular one.
The Crimson Kingdom was also a very well-known Kingdom, having the highest saturation of humans, due to the fact that fifty percent of players spawned somewhere in this town.
There were few exceptions, people who would spawn in high-risk and high-reward places, like other kingdoms, or even kingdoms or places that weren't primarily human. If those people survived where they started, they were normally much stronger than the average player.
Kai and Mira walked through the town. The skies were dark, players and NPCs walked the streets, carrying out their activities.
"What do you want to do tonight?" Mira asked. She had Cuddles in her hands as she walked.
"I think a quest would make sense, so that I can level up faster." Aren said. He pinched his jaw as he thought. "But the quests I can get at this level are pretty low, it will take me multiple days to level up to level ten. I can't delay that much." He said.
He paused for a moment, allowing his brain to churn a bit, trying to find what route to take.
"I think I should enter the Abyss dungeon." He muttered.
"Dungeon? I want to go, please. Daddy had access to so many dungeons, but never let me. Said I wasn't ready." Mira said with pleading eyes.
'Her parents had access to dungeons? Just who exactly is this girl?' Aren thought to himself.
"We'll go, but I have to do something first." Kai replied. They headed for a small stall that sold bread. He bought as many as he could and placed them in his inventory. Then he went on to get some herbs that helped with treatment and vitality.
He sadly didn't have enough funds to even think of purchasing actual potions for now. They would be far too expensive.
'There is something I've always wanted to do in a free world game like this, and that's to build a working empire that ensures I don't lack any resource.
I haven't gotten around to doing it before, but I'll try it now when I start making money.' He resolved as he walked through the town. He made it out of the town some distance before finally turning on his stream.
"Alright, let's do this." He took a deep breath. The last stream was a major success for him. If he could pull off the same thing, then he would for sure be on a good run.
He waited until the stream rose to fifty viewers, which was pretty fast, and then he spoke. "Hey guys, welcome to the stream." He flashed a confident smile. He didn't waste any more time and immediately pulled out the Abyss key.
"Alright, during my off-screen time, I managed to get my hands on something that I believe you'll be interested to see me tackle."
[LucidDreamer: what's that? Looks special]
[Grand-Schemer001: I think I've seen something similar before, it might be a dungeon key]
[Savage-Rider22: you got a Dungeon Key? That's so freaking rare]
"Alright, I'm happy you all are excited to see this, and I'll be entering the dungeon, but I'll do that right now if I get a good gift. The dungeon is rankless, which means it might be extremely dangerous, so yeah, before I throw myself—"
Kai decided to try something new. He didn't know if saying stuff like this would make him lose viewers, but he decided to try it.

Kai was stunned when he saw it actually worked. He fought so hard not to smile right there. He took a deep breath. "Thank you guys, this is all the motivation I could possibly want. Share the stream with everyone, let's get people here to watch me take this on," Kai said.
Before entering, he decided to check his stats first, and also assign the stat points that he had laying around.

Kai looked at his stats, he was a swordsman now, and the Butterfly Sword Dance needed good speed and agility, which was already his highest stat.
"Sometimes I wonder how the other stats are even usable. I get vitality, but did they necessarily have to make it a main stat?" He asked himself.

Right before his eyes, a dark purple portal opened. It gave off chilly vibes, as if he was walking to his death. Kai took a deep breath and then walked in.
