Chapter 4 - Chapter 3: The Debt Trap

The atmosphere within the Hall of Primordial Creation shifted from one of sacred solemnity to one of pragmatic seriousness. Pangu—Father of Gods—gazed upon his children: the Lord of Order, the God of Authorization, and the God of Execution.

"My children," Pangu began, his voice deep, "this moment marks our family's first working meeting. As flesh and blood, as kin, we must clearly define our respective duties."

His gaze first settled upon the Lord of Order: "Eldest Brother, you govern order, freedom, and fate; you are the axis upon which the world's balance rests. You must ensure that no transformation shakes the very foundations of this world."

Then he turned to the brother and sister, his expression grave:

"As for you two—the Authorizer and the Executor. From this day forward, our family shall become the world's 'Adjudicating Authority,' 'Administrative Authority,' and 'Sovereign Authority.'

"I, Pangu, am the 'Sovereign Authority.'" His voice was firm, imbued with the absolute authority of a creator deity. "I establish the fundamental laws of heaven and earth, chart the course that must be taken—to break the old system, repay the debt, and protect our home. I am the starting point of all things."

His gaze then shifted to his son: "The Authorizer, you are the 'Supreme Court.'" His words carried trust and heavy responsibility. "You shall preside over the judgment of causality, interpret and defend the fundamental laws I have established. All disputes in this world, all contracts between gods and mortals, even the fairness of your resource allocation—all shall receive their final verdict from you. You are the guardian and ultimate interpreter of the rules."

Finally, his gaze turned gentle yet resolute as he looked upon his daughter: "Executor, you are the 'Administrative Department.'" He extended his hand as though placing the lifelines of the world into her palm. "You shall govern the flow of all resources between heaven and earth, transforming my will and the laws upheld by your brother into concrete action. The allocation of energy, the nourishment of civilizations, the creation of value—all require your execution and management. You are the very force that drives the world's operation."

After clarifying this sacred division of labor within the family, Pangu's expression grew even more solemn.

"Now, we must face reality. First, I have learned from reliable sources that the creditors are actively provoking disasters and creating opportunities to force me into accepting harsher terms. Their ultimate goal is to gradually erode, and eventually devour, the entire world."

"They will not allow the world to go completely bankrupt, for that would mean the total collapse of the ecosystem, and their 'assets' would turn to nothing. What they crave is perpetual control and exploitation. Evidence shows that from the moment they learned of my existence, their schemes were already set in motion."

Lastly, he gazed upon his children, his tone a blend of consultation and entreaty:

"We must not let them succeed. Therefore, I need the strength of each of you—the Eldest Brother must maintain the fundamental balance, the Authorizer must ensure legal justice, and the Executor must manage resources efficiently and create new value."

"Regarding our strategy, I welcome you all to speak freely. If you have questions, you may also explore them openly."

"Now, tell me—are you willing to assist your father in confronting this meticulously laid trap?"

"We are willing!" Three firm responses echoed through the hall like vows. In that moment, the bonds of family transformed into the sturdiest power structure and battle alliance.
