The sun was just up when I grabbed my bag, ready to leave. Aries was waiting outside, leaning casually against his car.
"Morning, Jayjay," he greeted.
"Morning," I replied, spotting Ella waving from the doorway. "Hi, Ella!"
"Hey! Ready for school?" she chirped.
"Always," I smiled, hopping into the car. The ride was filled with their chatter, but I stayed quiet, thinking about the day ahead.

We got to school, and the usual chaos greeted us. Keifer was leaning against the gate, smirking as I walked past.
Inside, Section E was already buzzing. Rory whispered jokes, Ci-N did his dramatic antics, and everyone was teasing each other.
Sir Alvin entered, immediately silencing the room. "Next week, you have a test before the two-week break. Prepare yourselves."
A collective groan erupted. Ci-N pretended to faint, Rory rolled his eyes, and Keifer nudged me teasingly.
"Study break instead?" Rory called. Sir Alvin shook his head, though a tiny smile appeared.

After the chaos settled, the group started discussing vacation plans.
"So… what are we doing?" I asked, curious.
Keifer leaned back, smirking at everyone. "Let's go to Jay's island."
My eyes widened. Rory and I exchanged a shocked glance. Eman froze mid-snack. Even Jayjay blinked at him, holding back a laugh.
And together, my brother and I yelled:
"ISLAND 😨😰"
Keifer just laughed, brushing my hair lightly. "Come on, it'll be fun," he said.
