Cliff's POV
I watched her drive away still stunned by what she said. I never thought she would be so stubborn about forgiving us. I know she loves us, it's why we chose each other. I guess I need to work harder on earning her forgiveness.
'You better, we need our mates and our mating ceremony is only four months away. Maybe we can force her to take us back.' Outlaw suggests.
'I know, I know we have a limited time to get her to forgive us, but how can we force her to take us back, she won't even talk to us.' I respond defeated.
'Maybe we need to mark her, if we mark our mate she won't be able to resist the bond, she will be ours again, then we put a pup in her and she will definitely stay. She won't want our pup to be without a father.'
'That's a good plan, but how can we get her alone long enough to mark her.'
'Hmmm, her prom is coming up isn't it, maybe we can find a way to get invited, watch her and wait until she's alone, like going to the bathroom or stepping out for air and we corner her. Mark her and leave with her.'
'That might work, but who are we going to get to take us as their plus one? Her friends definitely won't help, and we are graduated so the school won't allow us to attend without an enrolled senior.'
'We have two options and I doubt you will like them.' Outlaw replies
'What options?' I questioned
'We take Cath..' he starts
'Hell fucking no!' I roared, cutting him off. 'That bitch caused this mess and I refuse to make it worse.'
'Then we find someone who's apart of the LGBTQIA+ community who is willing to pretend to be with us or just needs someone to go with as a friend but won't care if we ditch them.' Outlaw finishes his thought.
'Ugg, that doesn't sound any better, how are we supposed to find someone like that?'
'Told you you won't like our options, I honestly think a school known lesbian who's family wouldn't approve of her going with a girl would be the best bet, but a gay man who doesn't want to go alone and just needs a date to show up with could work too. We can ask around and put the word out that we are looking for someone who can get us into prom, no strings attached, just a mutual benefit and see what happens.'
'I guess that could work. It's a hell of a lot better than your first option.'
'No doubt it will work. We will get our mates back, and soon!'
