As the sun began to set, the grand garden prepared to welcome the guests for Jacob and Camila's engagement party. Tiny twinkling lights hung from the pink-blossomed trees, casting a magical glow. The neatly arranged tables were decorated with white and pink roses, filling the air with the scent of jasmine, while soft music played in the background.
Jacob stood beside Camila, watching the setting with a quiet smile. He looked extra handsome in his navy suit. Camila, in her cream gown embroidered with golden threads, looked nothing short of a princess.
With a voice full of love and gratitude, Jacob said,
"This night isn't just our engagement. It's the start of a whole new life, Camila."
Camila smiled as she gently held his hand and replied,
"And I'm ready to live every moment with you—no matter the challenges."
On the other side of the garden, Victor stood next to Emma, his eyes scanning the area with noticeable seriousness. Emma noticed his focused expression and teased,
"Victor, are you sure you're not working as a bodyguard tonight?"
Victor let out a soft laugh and answered,
"I just want to make sure everything goes smoothly. Tonight means so much to Camila—there's no room for mistakes."
Emma looked at him with admiration and said warmly,
"Camila's lucky to have you. You really are the perfect brother."
Victor smiled and looked at her tenderly,
"And I'm luckier because I have you by my side, Emma."
Midway through the celebration, Emma stepped into the center of the garden holding a microphone, her face glowing with a bright smile. She caught everyone's attention and said,
"Good evening, everyone! I wanted to make this night even more special for the couple. So, here's a song from me to them—it tells the story of their journey together."
She began singing with a soft, heartfelt voice. The lyrics spoke of a love that defied the odds, of a rocky beginning that blossomed into an unforgettable love story.
Camila couldn't hold back her tears, gently wiping them as Jacob took her hand and smiled at her with deep affection.
When Emma finished her song, the crowd erupted in applause. Camila rushed to her and hugged her tightly, saying,
"Thank you, Emma. That song means so much to me. I'll never forget it."
As the evening drew to a close, Camila decided to add a touch of fun. She stood in front of everyone holding a large white rose and said playfully,
"Well, it's time to toss the rose. Let's see who's next!"
She turned around, raised the rose in the air, and tossed it behind her. In a hilarious twist, it landed right on Lara's head—who had been standing there completely uninterested.
"What?! How did that happen?!" Lara exclaimed, holding the rose in shock.
Everyone burst into laughter, and Mike, standing next to her, joked,
"Looks like fate had other plans this time."
Lara tried to respond, but the laughter drowned out everything, making the moment even funnier.
At the end of the night, Jacob stepped into the center of the garden, holding the microphone.
"I want to thank everyone here for making this night so special," he said. "I couldn't have asked for anything better. Camila, thank you for choosing to be a part of my life. I'm so lucky to have you."
Camila blushed as the guests clapped with joy, and everyone could feel the love that tied them together.
