In a quiet spot beneath the shade of the trees, Camila looked at Jacob with a smile tinged with memories.
She said softly, "You know, I never imagined we'd end up here... together like this. In the beginning, everything felt like a choice forced by circumstances. Our marriage was because of a rumor—it felt more like an obligation than a desire."
She took a deep breath and continued, "But now, after everything we've been through together, everything has changed. What once felt like a duty has become a reality. I never thought I'd love you like this, but the truth is, I can't imagine my life without you."
Jacob looked at her deeply, then replied quietly, "And I never thought I'd love you this way either. At first, I felt forced too. But now, with time, I've realized everything was a part of fate. What started as a commitment has turned into something much more."
He moved closer, gently holding her hand, and said, "You're more than just a life partner to me, Camila. You're a dream come true. And I want to live this dream forever."

Meanwhile, Victor sat at his desk, tears falling down his cheeks. Memories of the past danced before his eyes. Suddenly, the door opened and Emma walked in, expecting to find him busy with work as usual. But instead, she was surprised to see him like this.
She ran to him, worried, and said, "Victor! What's wrong? Why are you crying?"
Victor slowly lifted his head and answered in a faint voice, "I remembered old days—where I was, and what happened after. I thought life wouldn't change, but now... everything is different."
Emma felt something strange stir in her heart. Before she could respond, she sat beside him and said softly, "I'm proud of you, proud of everything you've done. You've always been strong and overcame so many hardships."
But suddenly, Emma began wiping away her own tears and started crying too. Victor looked at her in surprise and asked, "Emma, why are you crying?"
She replied emotionally, "You don't know how much I wished I was there with you during those hard times."
Victor, who had been trying to stay strong, broke down again and said, "But the most important thing is... I got through it. All the pain is in the past now. Things are better."
Emma gazed into his eyes, trying to understand his emotions. Then Victor, with a choked voice, said, "I never expected Jacob and Camila to get married. Do you remember how they first met? How the rumors surrounded them, how they were forced into marriage? They had no feelings for each other. But look at them now—everything has changed. Love was there... just hidden."
He paused, then smiled sadly while looking up at the sky. "Life has changed so much. Jacob, who once rejected Camila, now loves her with all his heart."
Emma gently smiled, placed her hand on his head, kissed his forehead softly, and pulled him into a hug.
