Theo's POV
I tossed the pregnancy test in the trash. I'd picked it up after getting off at the station, just out of curiosity. But this wasn't some dream, and it sure as hell wasn't a lie I could sell to my subconscious to make myself feel better. Those two clear red lines on the test said it all, I was pregnant.
"Shit... how the hell did this happen…" I muttered, dragging a hand down my face, exhaling hard.
No wonder that guy said something insane with a straight face. But how could he be so damn sure it was his? When did we even meet, let alone do that? It didn't make sense. Not one bit.
I pulled my legs up, hugging my knees, trying to replay what actually went down in that stall. If I really was carrying his kid, it must've happened about a month ago, during my heat. But I spent that whole damn time with Kayle, didn't I? So how the hell was someone else claiming this baby was theirs?
"This is driving me insane… I've gotta talk to Kayle." I made up my mind.
