Independence- what is independence I wonder, everyone talks about it but I wonder, if I will ever know it myself.
Ever since birth all that I have ever known is winning, it was all that was taught to us from the Institution. The Facility built was strict supervision, trained children to be super human, for their own benefit. The generations from the past that had left their mark so as to be recognized for all eternity even after their graduation.
The Nexus Institution; an organization which helps children whose parents have left them. That is what it seems on the light side but not on the dark side, people come and go every year.
I am Max the first born of Frank Tsukasa, the man who made the institution the main reason we all shed tears. He is a man whose heart is diseased, he has no love for anyone except himself . A man who is willing to sacrifice anyone to obtain what he wants. He didn't have anything growing up just himself and a broken house he was born with no parents, no happiness, nothing. But he stood up and trained himself to survive and obtain everything by his willpower. Which brings us to this point in time
after his inability to obtain a chair man seat on the government. He decided to train a super human with emotions and no humanity to run the government someday.
My eyes were focused on the teacher as he taught as the subatomic parts of an element in the subject of science. His well mannerisms and speech made it easier for us to understand the subject. And as the lesson came to a close we all started walking to our dorms inside the facility. While I started walking I was approached by a girl in the same class I recently attended and asked what color the sky is. I answered her that it was blue, she smiled at me and said you are really interesting huh. I showed a focused face, because I had no idea what she had just had. She looked so beautiful when she had that expression on. She looked like an angle slowly coming from the skies. I had never witnessed which feeling inside myself which was focusing to me.
Ever since birth I had been able to adapt and learn anything I desire but the one thing I wouldn't learn was this smile she showed me. I felt so warm like: a freshly baked bread coming from the oven.
After a day later, we learnt about human emotions and their causes: which can be happiness, joy etc. He told us that can't be copied, but only felt that is why it is called emotions. He also told us that emotions are weaknesses that make a person feel so weak which was a lie. Because Miyu felt so strong when she smiled at me, after the answer I gave her. During the break it caught my self wondering why I complimented her yesterday after her smile. Then I came to the concussion that I like her smile and her warmth when she is around me.
Up until now the only other person I had ever truly loved was my little sister Ichika who is in other generations. A year before me and a truly smart individual.
