Freya's Pov :
"Wait-hey!I said wait,not everyone has long legs like you guys.Slow down a bit!"I complain trying to keep up with Rhett,who has been almost dragging me through this who knows what with Hayden on my other side.
Guard's are standing by the wall of the long corridor like silent protectors.However,none of them take a glance at me as if i am not here.
Rhett suddenly stop's and looks back down at me."I apologise for my insolent behaviour."
"What-ah!"I let out a squawk and hold onto his neck tightly as he carries me up bridal style.
"What are you doing?Let me down!"I hiss but he only tightens his hold as he continues to walk ahead.
"Be good.Or i wont mind dragging you like a stack of potatoes."He warn's and i am rendered speechless as i stop trying to break free.
I look around and realise that this mansion is huge.It's almost like a castle..The one's we only see in Historical or fantasy movies.
Where in the hell have i ended up?

"This will be your room from now on."Rhett say's lowering me on a bed.
My eyes widen and i gasp as i look around the huge freaking room.It's almost like a field.Why is it so big?
The bed is in the middle,surrounded with soft dreamy like material.The balcony is open with wide space and beautiful flowers adorning it.
The room looks luxurious and royal almost like a fairy tale.
"M-my room..?"I repeat like an idiot and frown.
No no no Freya!Even though the room is tempting,we cant agree!
"I don't need a room.I want to go back."i say firmly.
"Go back?"Rhett repeats with a freezing cold expression that makes me back up a little.
He has the same face as Hayden but why does he look so scary?It's like he will freeze me to death with his gaze alone.
"Look,i don't know where this is or whatever the ball was that was going on back there.I just want to go back.I didn't mean to crash the ball.I don't even know how i ended up here.."I spout out nervously.
"As i thought.You are from the human world aren't you?"Hayden ask's with a calm face that somehow calm's my nerves a little.
"A human?"the words roll out of Rhett's lip's as if he is finding this amusing."Makes me even more curious to know how you will take us both.Wanna have a trial my queen?"He asks with a dangerous smirk as he steps towards me.
A jolt goes through my body seeing his mischievous smirk and i immediately crawl back,hitting the head of the bed."S-stay where you are!Don't you dare come closer!"
"Enough.Don't tease her."Hayden says and sit's down in front of me,titling his head a little."I believe we have met once?"
I gulp and nod,calming down as i smell his familiar scent."You saved me."
His hand comes up and slowly cups my cheek,caressing lovingly and i don't know why,i lean more into his touch."And i would do it again in a heartbeat.I should have torn those bastards to pieces back then.They dared to think of touching my mate."
"You met her before?You didn't tell me about this.And who are those bastards?I need names."Rhett growls sitting on my other side.
I gulp as i see his jaw clench and his eyes glowing dangerously.

Why do i want to calm him down?Why do i have this urge to give him peace?
"I met her when i accidentally went to the human world while running from Zorran's army.Back then..i couldn't tell at all that she was my mate but i could feel a strange familiarity with her.Some men were misbehaving with her,i took care of them for good.You wont be able to torture them if you are thinking of it."Hayden say's and i notice Rhett's expression worsening from the corner of my eyes.
"You went to the human world?How could you not tell me about something so important?"
I look between them in confusion."Why..are you guys saying things like Human world?Aren't you guys human too?And can you guys like..have this conversation later?I have to go back quickly.Like real quick."
Aunt would yell my ears off.And that's not something i need after the event that happened before i left home.
I watch as they both blink at me."I am afraid you can't go back my queen."
