Javier stares at Mariah who sitting in front of him. She's wearing a pajamas,a big one as that and her hair is pulled up into a messy bun making her look cute.
After tiring her out in his office that day,he offered to drop her home which to his surprise didn't turned him down.
It's been two days but this woman was not answering his phone calls which made him worried only to come and see her idling around.
There's a fatigue in her eyes though.
Javier: why are you not answering my calls, I've been worried about you.
Mariah: because I don't want to answer.
Javier: come on Riah talk to me,i mean what I said when we were having sex , I want to be your person.
You can rely on me and if you need time I will give you but please don't push me away.

Mariah sits there feeling conflicted as she don't know what to do.
Mariah: are you done, cause I want to rest.
She said with her head down.
"Have you eaten yet" he asks
"No and I'm not hungry"
She replied as she turned to walk to her bedroom.
" It's okay, take a quick nap as I prepare something for you ok"
Javier didn't wait for an answer as he walks into her medium size kitchen. He must admit her apartment is very cool just like her temperament. He noticed that she's not on her regular self ,if not she would have been bickering with him back and forth right now.
So now he just wants prepare some food for her and allows her to her rest.
Mariah didn't go , she stood there watching him moving gracefully around her kitchen while preparing food for her.
And looking at the ingredients it seems like he is about prepare her favorite food,pasta.
She felt her eyes sting , she don't remembers the last time someone cooked for her.
She has control herself,she thought as she walks back to her bedroom.
Back at the Rivera's estate.
Noa screamed loudly as she felt hot water poured on her. The servant sneered at her before shutting the door on her face.
She has only come here to apologize and seeks for forgiveness but was welcomed with hot water instead, still she refused to leave.
A car pulled out from the driveway stopping at the front the house.
Adrian got out of the car and one of the servants came to drive the car to the garage.
His eyes harden as he saw Noa standing there drenched in water.
Adrian: are you looking for prison or you are looking for the gates of hell.
You have the guts to summon her disgusting self here, you think I wouldn't dare throw you out to the prison.
Noa: Adrian I'm very sorry, I'm just here to ask for forgiveness. I will accept any punishment please.
Adrian was quiet for sometime before busting into laughter.
Adrian: you've heard that she is back right ,so you are here to finish what you couldn't the last time right. Guards come and drop her at the police headquarters and inform them that I , Adrian Rivera is the one who sent you.
Noa eyes widen the guards drag her to the cars sending her to the police station. She begins screaming thinking her plan will work again. Adrian scoffed at the scene before entering the house.
Alma saw everything from where she stood, it seems like Adrian is going take action after all this years.
She failed as a mother who couldn't avenge her daughter because of her reputation.
