Betty turned towards her father and immediately agreed. She was worried that once Adam left, her father would force Banner to turn into Hulk.
As long as Banner didn't turn into Hulk, it would take Hulk quite a while to recover.
They could spend that time together, something that she dearly missed.
So when she was given an option, she didn't even hesitate.
"Betty!"
Ross shouted.
Unfortunately, Tobi suddenly appeared in front of them, putting his hands on their shoulders as he pulled them into his space.
Seeing his daughter leave with someone, Ross was pissed. He almost took out the grenade, but he controlled himself.
He didn't want Betty to get involved with Hulk. But right now, he was in bigger trouble.
Because of the broadcast, his operations and experiments had been publicly spread.
He would also be court-martialed for this incident. Although he was sure to get out of trouble, he would need to lie low for a while.
On the other hand, he wasn't the only one panicking.
Many government agencies were also panicking like never before. In the eyes of the public, they were the ones persecuting mutants and creating Abominations.
While people around the world wouldn't react much, that didn't include the people of Harlem.
They lost too many people, and those who survived were thanks to those mutants.
At this moment, Tobi also pulled Adam into his dimension and disappeared.
...….
"Jarvis, what do you think about Naruto?" Tony, while working on his armor, asked.
"Sir, he is a great man who wants peace." Jarvis replied.
"Well, I also want peace, but it is not easy to bring one. I have studied the mutant's situation."
"There are three reasons why they are hated over all. First is due to governmental propaganda and news media."
"Second is due to their lack of control over their abilities. Third is simply due to extremists like Magneto."
"Naruto using broadcast is working to solve two of those problems. But the third one is still impossible to solve."
"Even if Magneto backs down, someone will replace his position and start a war against humanity. This is simply a never-ending cycle."
Tony replied.
"Sir, do you not approve of Mr. Naruto's idea?" Jarvis asked.
"Of course, I approve of it. His idea is great, but it is too idealistic. It is not easy for people to give up on their hatred."
"They have lost their family members to mutants or humans. Believe me, his idea will be scoffed at and ignored throughout the world."
Jarvis didn't respond to it, while Tony started mumbling.
"But I am curious how they shielded their server. If it were technology, I would have gotten at least a signal."
"That only means they are not using technology. It's not that I am underestimating others, but they shouldn't have technology I can't access."
"Unless it is technology from this era. Time travel? I can't just dismiss this theory, but it needs more concrete evidence."
"Jarvis, have you identified Naruto?" Tony asks.
"No, Sir! His identity has not been registered in any country. The closest reference for this name comes from Japan."
Jarvis replied.
Stark nodded his head as he stood up and walked up to a desk.
"Jarvis, create a file. Name it 'Time'. Register Naruto and his abilities under this file.'
"Sir, do you believe Time Travel is possible?" Jarvis asked.
"Jarvis, after I became Iron Man, I faced a man who could snipe at least half of the population of Earth with just his thought."
"And a man who can control one of the four fundamental forces of the universe."
"There is nothing that isn't possible."
Tony replied.
Jarvis remained silent after getting its reply. Though soon, it spoke.
"Sir, Miss Pepper has arrived."
"Tony!"
"Yeah, I can hear that."
...
Arctic Ocean;
"So, he is here?" Adam turned towards Tobi and asked. They were standing on top of the ice block.
Banner and Betty were also here. Unlike Adam and Tobi, they were wearing thick coats.
"Why did you bring us here? Can't you just put us back in that place?" Betty asked.
"Well, if you don't want to miss out rebirth of Captain America."
Adam chuckled as he placed his hand on the ice. A large amount of purple energy started entering the ice.
After a while, he got the exact position of Steve Rogers.
"Well, he is still alive. Though his body is in a state of cryonic suspension. Let's try something new!"
He muttered, placing both of his palms on the ice.
Suddenly, the ice underneath them started splitting into pieces. First, it was split into large pieces, and later on, only small chunks remained.
[Wind Magic: Wind Cutter Art]
Clack! Clack! Clack!
"Wait, wait, what the hell are you doing?"
Betty anxiously shouted as she found herself standing on a small block of ice that could turn over at any moment.
But Tobi instantly appeared on her, picked her up, and jumped on the side where ice wasn't cut by Adam's magic.
As much as he wanted to make it a Ninjutsu, it wasn't a Ninjutsu. He wasn't molding Chakra and using Nature Transformation to create Wind Release.
He was simply borrowing Wind Energy from Kurama and using it to cut the ice apart.
Finally, only the small block of ice where Steve Rogers was encased remained.
'Finally!'
Just looking at Roger, Adam shivered with excitement.
Don't get him wrong! He wasn't a pervert.
But as a clone of a Dimensional Lord, he could simply see the value of Steve's soul.
While his dimension wasn't directly connected to hell, it was still connected to Death.
So, his dimension could be powered up if he devoured a large amount of souls, and the value of the soul could be determined by their soul's purity.
There was a saying, 'The more someone desires something, the harder it is to get it.'
This was the situation with Roger's soul.
It wasn't about good and bad. It was simply about how much people would like to stick to their decision regardless of the situation.
Dimensional Lords could manipulate people using offers that could entice people.
The problem with Roger was that he couldn't use any kind of condition to force Roger to do something he didn't want.
And that's the same thing with Spiderman.
Unless he truly used his powers to control them, they would never change their ideals, which makes their souls more beautiful to him.
Other heroes could be manipulated, and their stances could change based on their situation.
That's why, even though there were many righteous superheroes, their souls wouldn't provide the same effect as these two.
If he used Roger's soul to create a new clone, he could absolutely create a god-like being.
Similar to Gorr the God Butcher. Gorr held the All Black Necro Sword that could cut down celestial beings.
This sword had a unique ability to influence its user, slowly turning them into puppets. But why was Gorr the only one who could resist its influence?
Because his hatred for Gods was stronger than the sword's influence. That's what made him such a dangerous individual.
Roger also had a similar kind of Willpower, except on the righteous side. More importantly, as long as Roger signed the contract with him, he could get his soul the moment he died.
Then, not even Heaven could steal the soul from him.
Of course, there were still many ways he could use Rogers. He didn't need to change Roger's ideals. He just needed to work around it.
While he was busy thinking about how he could use Roger, Tobi had brought Banner and Betty next to him.
They were so excited after seeing Steve Rogers that they couldn't stop talking.
"Ahem!"
Tobi cleared his throat and woke him up from his thoughts.
Adam came to his senses and said.
"Let's take him to your dimension. With my Chakra, I should be able to wake him up pretty soon."
At this moment, Tobi nodded, pulling Roger into his dimension alongside Banner, Betty, and Adam.
As they entered his dimension, Adam melted the ice while transferring some of his Chakra into Roger's body.
Betty turned towards Tobi and asked.
"Mr. Tobi, why do you only have one hole in the mask? If your eye is damaged, can't you repair it using that kind of power?"
She said while looking at Adam, who was generating a warm chakra to cover Roger.
Tobi shook his head and said.
"This can't be repaired. Until I replace it with a similar eye, I will just keep it shut."
Hearing that, Banner curiously asked.
"So, are you a mutant like Adam?"
Tobi shook his head and said.
"I am the servant of Lord Kurama, but I am also his student."
Banner couldn't understand how a person can be a student and a servant at the same time.
But considering how they viewed Kurama, he didn't ask this question. Adam's loyalty towards Kurama was almost fanatical.
While they were talking, Roger slowly opened his eyes. When he saw a man sitting next to him, he jumped onto his legs and asked.
"Who are you?"
