The name is obviously inspired by Magic Academy's Bastard Instructor. The author knows I used it so don't start jumping at me as I want to clear it from the start.
However, the plot or ideas or concept is in no way similar to MABI, any similarity or such is a pure coincidence.
Though I have taken inspiration from Scarlet Nexus and Irregular at Magic High School, the former a game and latter a light novel/anime.
If you plan to read this novel, I hope you have an open mind when giving it a chance. This is my first work and I'm a human, there can be minor mistakes at times, and I hope you point them out.
This is in no way a literary masterpiece. I'm not Cuttlefish, I'm not athex and neither am I Guiltythree. This is no LOTM, no SS or MABI. You're eating normal steak, so I hope you don't compare it to A5 Wagyus.
As the title suggests, please do not expect a brainrot or smutty or comedy novel too. This is a concrete novel with a solid idea and plot and power system.
Though there is a harem, members won't be senselessly added to every arc. He's a bodyguard, not a porn star. Except for a maximum of 3 to 4 members and rarely any smut scenes, I'm not a hentai writer.
One important thing to note is that the world is set in a futuristic Japan, but as I'm not from Japan, I do not know about its geography to the fullest extent.
Because of this I have changed the names of places and things might be up and down. It's a fictional world so please don't start fact-checking me on everything.
As for the update quality, I'll be honest and I have to say I can't make any promises. I'm a last year high school student so I will have university exams to prepare for as well so the rate can differ at times but at the time of publishing this, I'll make sure to keep it 2 per day or 3 on a good day.
I won't stop though, hopefully I try to end it before my exams come. I can take breaks but I won't drop.
At last, If you do plan to drop a low review on this novel, I hope you provide actual references to your statements and hopefully ask your doubts in chapter comments first.
These types of reviews harm my novel and the new readers impression of it and without any baseless proof, I have no choice but to delete them. Do you seriously think you can judge what is senseless when it's barely even been established yet?
