"W-What is that?..." Suki questioned as a figure clad in shadows climbed out from behind Appa. Her hands arodun her fans tightened, and her heart skipped a beat as she got into a stance.
They watched intently as Sokka climbed to the top of Appa, his face set with determination. His blue eyes met Suki's, causing her cheeks to flush red.
"Calm down, ladies, we aren't here to fight you. We only need a place to stay for a day or two," Sokka said with a serious tone, and he jumped down from Appa, landing on his knee.
"Did you teach him that?" Katara asked with a raised eyebrow, and Norrak chuckled as he shook his head. How could he tell her that Sokka is also a bit of a backbender?
"Nope, he did that himself. He really is serious about finding a girl to be with. Well, makes sense since he won't be coming with us past this point," Norrak said with a smirk.
"Don't worry, he will be fine over here. I can see that there are no bad people on this Island. He will be fine," Norrak rubbed Katara's back as he reassured her of Sokka's safety.
"Well, looks like it's time for us to make our presence known as well," Norrak said with a smirk as he saw Sokka begin to sweat under the curious gaze of Suki and the Kyoshi warriors.
Katara nodded, and the two jumped out from behind Appa, landing right next to Sokka. Suki and the other jumped back in fright, cautious due to the sudden jump.
"Do not worry, lady warriors! These two are my partners. This here is my boy, Norrak, and this here is my sister, Katara," Sokka said with a gesture of no trouble.
Suki nodded, and she steeled herself as she stepped forward. No matter what, she can't show fear in front of her warriors, so she stepped forward, burying the fear in her heart.
"My name is Suki, and the warriors behind me are the Kyoshi warriors. I am their leader. Now, tell me why you are here," Suki questioned, her tone firm.
"Calm down, everyone. We have a reason to be here, and we will show you. Katara, if you wouldn't mind," Sokka said, and Katara sighed as she rolled her eyes.
She stepped forward, a nd with a wave of her hand, a fierce breeze rushed past the Koyoshi warriors. Suki stepped back in shock, along with the rest, as they looked at Katara.
A ball of water also condensed, which then fell onto the floor, showcasing Katara's avatar status.
"The avatar! I am sorry for my attitude. Please, come with me. We will give you accommodations immediately!" Suki said, bowing to Katara and Sokka. The Kyoshi warriors behind her did the same.
"Well, if you don't mind!" Sokka said, and he happily followed Suki as she turned around to lead them. Appa followed behind them, and once he found a piece of land with a bunch of grass, he lay down there.
"Make sure to be safe, Appa. Shout if anything happened," Norrak said while waving back to Appa. Norrak was not going to lie; he was getting rather attached to the animal.
He was just so fluffy and so obedient. Appa was almost like the perfect pet, but if the pet could fly and also control the air, and was as big as a small building in size.
Mooooo!!!
Appa replied with a whine, and Norrak chuckled as he turned to follow the rest. While this was happening, a long distance kilometres from Kyoshi Island, a smaller Behemoth Ship was sailing towards Kyoshi Island.
"Uncle, are you sure this is where they would go? I don't have time to waste by going to the wrong places!" Zuko said with annoyance as he looked back at Iroh.
"My sister already found the avatar, and she even fought him! I can't let her capture the avatar before me, or I will never be able to recover my honour!" Zuko clenched his fist, anger-filled words leaving his lips.
"Zuko, is your honour really this important to you? Besides, my old bones would not be able to tussle with the avatar if he managed to defeat Azula," Iro said with a smile, twirling a cup of Jasmine tea in his hand.
"Don't worry about that! I will defeat him with my own hands," Zuko said, and Iroh had to fight the urge to chuckle at how naive his words were.
'Fighting and beating an avatar who mastered the elements? Well, if that isn't a difficult thing to do, then I don't know what is,' Iroh thought with amusement.
"Of course it is! How will I earn the approval and the throne from father if I can't even do this much!" Zuko replied curtly, looking away from Iroh.
"Zuko, your father would n- ahhhh," Iroh sighed as he closed his eyes in pity and was also sorry for his nephew. The boy was blinded by his need for love from his father.
'Zuko, your father has no love for you, or for your sister. It may look like he likes Azula, but he really is just putting on a facade,' Iroh thought in his mind, his brother's face appearing in his mind.
'That man, he does not care for anyone or anything. As long as he gets his way, that's all that matters to him,' Iroh sighed, but he wasn't going to tell Zuko this.
The boy yearns for his father's love, and who knows. Maybe if Zuko accomplishes his search for the Avatar, Ozai might really show a hint of love for him.
"You! Increase the speed of the Ship, now!" Zuko turned towards the soldiers and said. The soldiers nodded and did as he ordered.
Back with Norrak and the gang, they were led to a building where they got two rooms. One for Sokka, and one for Katara and Norrak. The Kyoshi warriors were a bit disappointed as they watched Norrak enter the room with Katara.
"Hmm, looks like someone is really popular with the ladies~," Katara said with a hum as she sat on the bed, twirling her long hair into a bun as she got ready to sleep.
"Well, I can't deny that I am a catch~," Norrak replied as He took his clothes off. When they arrived, it was already 8 in the afternoon, and everyone except Norrak was tired.
"Well, come and catch me then, big boy~," Katara said, and Norrak sighed as he jumped onto Katara.

I will have Norrak stay on the Island for a bit so that Katara can learn the fighting styles of the Kyoshi warriors.
