Chapter 26 - Chapter 26: Revolutionary

"Alright, everybody! Let's have a quick party at the defeat of these Fire Nation soldiers!" Sokka shouted to ease the tension in the air. His voice boomed across the ears, and everybody woke up from their daze.

"Y-Yeah... We could do that. Lady Katara, Lord Norrak. Do you need time to rest?" Suki asked with a startled nod as she turned towards Katara and Norrak.

Norrak and Katara looked at each other with a smile, and they looked at Suki before nodding. Having a little party after such an intense moment might do good for everyone.

Besides, Norrak knew that making people fearful of them would weigh on Katara's mind. She might not say it, but she doesn't want to be feared by people.

Having a little party with these people and showing them that they are not the same people when they fight will gain them goodwill, and the fear will vanish once they realise how normal they are.

"Well, let's go!" Sokka took Suki by the shoulder, hanging his arm over it, and shouted as he walked forward towards the town with a massive smile, forgetting about the fight.

Suki froze as he felt Sokka's arm around her shoulder, and she couldn't help but stumble forward for a second before regaining her composure due to her shyness.

She had never been this close to a boy before, and even less as close as with Sokka right now. She had been trained in the way of Kyoshi, and is the leader with a duty to respect their old tradition.

So feeling how close Sokka was, and not even being mad at him, was something new to her. Norrak and Katara grinned as they walked behind the two.

"Looks like your brother will be expecting a bunch of little kids in the future, and maybe Gran Gran will stop bothering us," Norrak said as he took Katara's hand into his.

"Yeah? You kind of sound like you don't want kids or something ~," Katara said with a teasing look, leaning closer to Norrak as she rested her chin on his chest.

'Hmm? Oh, I see. She is acting like she doesn't care, but I can see from the way her eyes drop that she is actually nervous,' Norrak thought with surprise as he looked at Katara.

"Hey, if it makes you feel better. I wouldn't mind having a few icy cubs running around us in the future," Norrak said as he whispered into her ears. Katara looked up, smacking her head into Norrak's chin.

Norrak gasped, clutching his mouth as he bit his tongue. He couldn't help but chuckle while Katara worriedly tried to pry his mouth open. A bit of blood leaked from his lip, and Katara sighed.

"Sorry, I was just feeling too excited!" Katara said, wiping her finger on Norrak's lip. A bit of water appeared, and healed his lip in seconds. Norrak shook his head in amusement.

"Don't worry, Katara. We are still young, we should live a little, explore the world, and maybe after we defeat the Fire Lord, we could even do something revolutionary," Norrak said, catching Katara's attention.

"Revolutionary? What do you mean?" Katara asked, confused, and Norrak grinned. He possessed Six Eyes, granting him extreme computing power, rapid calculations, and enhanced thoughts.

With something like that, Norrak would be a fool to not use it to his advantage and create something besides bringing world peace. He could revolutionise technology and create a massive period of peace.

Think about it, inventing the internet, satellites and even things like using fire bending and then lightning bending to create electricity without harming the environment.

Bending could be used for so much more than just fighting. Of course, that wouldn't mean violence would no longer exist, but there would be more in the world besides it.

Less of a reason to fight when you actually don't live in poverty, fear or war and attacks from bandits, Fire Nation or something similar.

"I don't know yet, Katara. But in the future, I promise that I will do something extraordinary," Norrak said with a smile, and Katara felt her heart skip a beat.

'Why does he look so confident? Well, I can't doubt him since he is my husband, the only thing I can do is believe with all my heart.' Katara got closer, and Norrak smirked.

"Looks like someone is eager to leave a party not even started~," Norrak muttered, and Katara smiled as she pulled down her blue garment, showing Norrak a bit of her brown, creamy skin.

"Maybe not now, but after the party? I wouldn't have it otherwise~," Katara muttered with a grin, her eyes slanted as she seductively kissed Norrak's chin.

"Fine, but expect to be pounded like never before," Norrak warned with a glint in his eyes.

"Can't wait~,"

[Meanwhile...]

Bam!

"Damn it! He played with us like a fiddle! What was he using?! That couldn't have been waterbending!" Zuko screamed while kicking a table, shattering it from the force.

Zuko had fear in his tone as he thought back to how Norrak lifted his soldiers, a nd to how his own blood was weaponised against him, severing his arm like butter.

Iroh was lying on a bed, bandages wrapped all around his body as he coughed, blood leaking from his mouth. His Chi was redirected, and he used it to boost his healing.

'That couldn't have been anything other than bloodbending... But I have never heard of any waterbender being able to do something like that without the full moon,' Iroh thought with a tired look.

"Zuko.... Call your father, tell him about what happened," Iroh said, catching Zuko's attention. He looked at her uncle with shock, wondering why he would ask something like it..

"Listen to me, boy. Someone as strong as that is no mere waterbender. That boy, he could walk into the capital of the Fire Nation, kill everyone, and no one would be able to stop him," Iroh continued.

"I wouldn't care if he killed Ozai, but he clearly doesn't care about killing ordinary soldiers following orders. That kid is dangerous," Iroh said as he suddenly had a coughing fit, blood leaking from his mouth.

"Uncle!" Zuko shouted, kneeling next to him. Iroh looked pale, the colour draining from his body as he suddenly felt something snap inside of him.

"And Zuko, from now on, we will not do anything to anger those three. I am warning you, I will not let you keep going after them," Iroh said with a serious tone, and Zuko clenched his fist.

"Do not worry, pain and injury are temporary, but wellness is as well. Being alive is a treasure the boy departed on us. I will treasure it," Iroh said, closing his eyes to rest.

Outside the deck, a mountain of dead people was laid; the Fire Soldiers were all dead, every blood vessel severed in their bodies, bursting apart from the pressure exerted on them by Norrak.
