Crackle!
Norrak stood on top of Appa, the sky full of dark clouds that rained endlessly. Lightning crackled in the sky, and Appa was flying through the sky like there was nothing to worry about.
'Hmm, thank god i have waterbending, or I would be wet like Sokka... That sounded weird,' Norrak cringed as he looked at Sokka, the water raining down on him and showering him from head to toe.
Katara was holding back any raindrops from dropping on her as she tried to control the rough air from the storm. This was a training exercise that Norrak had thought of.
Trying to tame and control the fierce winds in the sky while a rainstorm was happening will increase Katara's learning speed tremendously. At the end of the storm, Norrak expects her to be able to control the air.
'Too bad I didn't find any scrolls on how to learn airbending in the Southern Air Temple, or it would be even faster,' Norrak could not help but think with a sigh as he watched Katara train.
Airbenders seemed to not learn from scrolls, but try to do as they like from birth. Which made sense, because how would someone teach you to control air?
"Well, how awesome! A lightning storm right as we were about to arrive. What's next? A fricking lightning bolt?!" Sokka screamed in anger as he wiped his wet hair.
Boom!
A lightning bolt tore down from the sky like the wrath of Zeus, and it struck towards Appa as if it already knew where it was going. Sokka's metal boomerang glowed, attracting the lightning.
Swoosh!
Norrak dashed forward, and he caught the lightning in his palm. Instantly, he let out a scream as his palm was scorched due to the heat and the strength behind the strike.
Boom!
Norrak controlled his Chi, and he redirected the lightning towards the distance, striking another lightning bolt that was coming towards Sokka's Boomerang.
Norak took his weapon and, with all his strength, tossed it into the clouds. Sokka and Katara came back to their senses, and they looked into the sky with wide eyes.
Boom!
It was like a nuclear bomb exploded as the metal in the sky turned into liquid, then evaporated. Tens of lightning bolts struck it at the same time, lighting the sky up like a second sun.
"Norrak! Are you okay, man?!" Sokka exclaimed as he rushed to Norrak's side, his eyes wide with guilt as he looked down at Norrak's scorched hand.
His palm was ripped open, showing the bones beneath, and his skin was scorched from the heat that ran through his palm. If not for controlling his Chi and redirecting the lightning, his hand would be cooked entirely.
Katara reacted, and she ran to Norrak, her eyes wide as she took his palm into hers. Norrak chuckled, sweat running down his temple as he looked at his palm.
"It's all good, I am glad it struck my hand. If it struck you, you would be fried right now," Norrak patted Sokka with his fine hand and said with a smile, as if not caring for the wound.
Swoosh!
Norrak's hand was surrounded in a deep blue light as his Six Eyes glowed with Chi. The water gathered around his hand, and it started to heal at a visible speed.
His burned skin fell off, and the cooked muscles decayed as his Chi control perfectly healed his hand. Skin and meat, along with veins, regrew on his bones.
Katara and Sokka watched with shock and relief as his hand healed in 10 seconds, replaced by his usual skin and completely okay palm. Norrak also let out a breath.
Although he was not worried, the pain that coursed through his hand was unlike anything else before. It really sent a 'jolt' through his hand... Okay, I am going to get out.
"Few! Well, it seems we arrived, so stop sulking and let's get ready to land!" Norrak said with a smile as he jumped up with energy. Sokka and Katara looked down and saw an island under Appa.
[Meanwhile...]
Suki and the Kyoshi warriors gazed up at the sky, wide-eyed. The shadow of Appa loomed large, and the bright sun quickly faded. Instead, it was replaced by a deep, engulfing darkness.
"My god... What was that? Was it the work of the spirits, or did it just happen naturally?" Suki asked with a hint of fear in her tone. The Kyoshi warriors behind her were silent, not answering.
They were also struck with fear.
"B-Becareful, everyone! Get ready, the spirit is coming down!" Suki woke up from her thoughts as Appa started to descend from the sky. It was fast, and the massive Bison struck the ground, creating strong winds.
Suki and the Kyoshi warriors behind her covered their faces as the fierce wind passed them by, and they immediately looked back towards Appa. The creature looked at them, and three shadows walked out from behind his back.
[Before landing...]
"Sokka, listen to me. I can see a bunch of ladies around your age on the Island. This is your chance, impress them when we land, and I guarantee one of them will at least fall for you," Norrak said, causing Katara to chuckle.
"How would you know that they will fall for me?" Sokka asked with an incredulous look, crossing his arms.
"How would I know? Have you forgotten who you are talking to~," Norrak stood up, and he grinned as he looked at Sokka. His white hair moved gently in the wind, and his lips turned into a lazy grin.
His blue eyes shone brightly, and the white clouds in those blue orbs moved gently. It's as if it were showing Sokka and Katara a clear blue sky. Katara blushed, her heart skipping a beat, and Sokka was also blushing.
"Hey! I know you are handsome, don't need to rub it in my face!" Sokka screamed as he turned away. Norrak chuckled in amusement as he deactivated his eyes.
"Sorry, sorry. But I couldn't help it, if I have these genes, why wouldn't I flex it?" Norrak said with a shrug, and Katara came out of her daze as she touched her chest.
'I-I fell in love with him all over again... Why did he do this? Before, he was never trying to show his handsome face... Though I like it,' Katara thought, glancing at Norrak's face without hiding it.
"So, understand it?" Norrak asked Sokka, and he nodded as he took a deep breath. He stood up, and he locked in as Appa started to descend towards the Island.
"And don't be a sexist, they will not like that," Sokka fidgeted.

Yeah, I am about to make Sokka seem like he is that guy, but only for a few seconds, so he could get that Suki ass for himself.
