I release two mount type gu worms from my aperture. The rank 4 Chainsawpede gu, Wiggles, and the rank 3 Gold Talon Eagle.
There are a few advancement paths that come to mind for the eagle, one of which should be compatible with my extreme physique. For Wiggles I haven't figured any out, but I have a suspicion in using Amplify Effect Gu, of which I got two extra from the gacha rocks, for refinement I want to test.
The eagle takes Wiggles in its claws and flies into the sky, ready to pick off anyone that tries to run away. Those two gu should be more than enough to deal with anyone that tries to escape.
Blood Sensor Gu's activation tells me there are quite a few gu masters deep underground, eleven of them to be more precise. Those have to be the clan elders and the leader having a secret meeting. The hall underneath me is otherwise empty save for the occasional servant, rat and insect.
Using a few more detection type gu worms doesn't give me any interesting information, which means that it's time to begin the slaughter.
I teleport right in the middle of where the gu masters are having their meeting. Said room is a small underground chamber, with no furniture inside to speak of. The room is lit by a rank 2 light gu that's right above me.
My first action is to locate the clan leader, who happens to be the one to my right, and teleport behind him. The gu masters eyes widen and they get into combat stances as I elbow their clan leader in the base of the spine, paralyzing him from the neck down.
He drops down onto the ground like a sack of potatoes.
If my goal was simply killing them then it would be much quicker, but them being alive makes for better refinement materials and strength path material for my cultivation. Even if all I needed was blood or corpses, fresh ones would serve me better for what I need right now.
The remaining ten gu masters turn towards me, before charging right at me. I had a suspicion that this clan didn't specialise only on mount type gu worms, that's just what their most advanced gu series was.
Strength path is cheap, one doesn't need to be rich to cultivate it, and it is also unique in that a single set of gu worms can be used to create a large amount of gu masters.
Their mount type gu worms are affected much less by the dao mark conflict caused from them cultivating strength path. I teleport behind another gu master and punch out his spine, crippling him. One of the remaining masters, a twenty five year old woman, falls down into a kowtow. "Please spare me!"
They can't use their monkey mount gu worms, the chamber is much too small for that. Even if they could, I'm still too strong for them to have a chance at fighting.
I teleport repeatedly, crippling each and every single gu master. None of them are fast enough to retaliate, boosting my physique with a set of rank 5 strength path gu worms combined with the strength gained from my Body Cultivation manual is too much for them to do anything against.
The woman is left for last. By the time that I teleport in front of her she's already trembling in fear. "I… please spare me!"
I stomp on her spine and cripple her.
Most of the men and women here have fairly good strength path foundations, they will serve as good food. I sit down next to the woman, take her hand and take a good bite from it.
The clan leader and the elders stare in shock as I begin eating the woman alive, who begins screaming in pain. "Ying Yue… what?"
From his perspective I left his clan, after signing a contract that would kill me if I tried to do anything to his clan, and now after a few months I've showed up, crippled his elders and am now eating alive one of said elders.
To say that he is shocked would be an understatement. I swallow down another bite of the screaming woman, before activating a killer move.
Rank 3 Rapid Digestion Gu turns the flesh I've eaten into calories, rank 3 Calorie Fire Gu burns away said calories. With my stomach now empty I go back to eating and cultivating.
The San clan leader's face still looks at his elder and I with shock, before he seems to gather his wits about him. He suddenly rushes at me with determination, as if I had not just crippled him just a few seconds ago.
Two of his elders do much the same, one of which is to my right and another to my left. Them having healing type gu worms was never something out of the question.
The clan leader's charge is answered with me using golden moon gu to throw a moonblade that cuts of his legs, the elder to my left has his charge answered in the same way, which gives enough time for the elder to my right to slam his fist into my head.
A loud boom sounds out as his hand strikes my head and breaks on impact. I chuckle, then take another bite of the now dying woman, before slamming my fist into his knee and violently breaking his leg.
Getting wounded by an attack from a rank 3 gu master with my current foundation would have been a joke.
The light in the woman's eyes fades away as the three of them drop onto the ground. I'm cultivating them as quickly as possible, not wanting to give them any free time to try anything funny.
I'm stronger than them, but that doesn't mean that they might not have an ace up their sleeve. The next person I eat is the clan leader, who attempts to stop me.
His first try is to heal himself and try attacking me the old fashioned way, with a kick to the side of my knee. His kick lands perfectly, breaking his tibia.
His second attempt is to use one of his mount type gu worms, which fails miserably. The room we're in is around two meters tall, which is more than enough for a regular height person to stand normally. For a monkey the size of a house much less so. There was a tiny speck of the aura belonging to a rank 3 gu worm coming from it, but its head turning into meatsquash as it hit the ceiling and failed to displace tons upon tons of earth above it made said aura go away by killing it.
His third and final attempt was to try and beg for mercy. I take a good bite from his leg as he screams out. "HonoreEEED Senior! PleaaAASE! FOrggive uUS!"
The words don't come out quite right, on account of him screaming in pain from me eating him, but even if they did that still wouldn't matter.
Once he's dead I let go of his corpse and pick another elder to eat, once that one is dead I pick another and so on and so forth. By the time all of them have been eaten the room looks like a scene from a horror movie.
The gu masters corpses lay half eaten, the corpses and gore of the monkey mount type gu worms that the gu masters thought might help are littered through the entirety of the room.
There's no bounty of gu worms to reap here, they made sure to kill all of their gu worms before dying after all. Even if they didn't do that, it's pretty unlikely that I would take any of their gu worms though.
My strength path foundation has also increased, not to the point of me being able to face a gu immortal, but still to the point of me at least having a slim chance to survive an encounter without relying entirely on my luck.
I teleport back to the top of the hall, where I find the clan in disarray. The alarm is sounding out, but none of the gu masters beneath me are aware of what the danger even is supposed to be.
None of them seem to be above rank 2, so I most likely killed all of their elders already. I teleport behind, and cripple, one of the rank 2 cultivators, before teleporting the two of us to the underground chamber.
Another teleport takes me behind another rank 2 gu master, who meets the same fate as the previous one. I repeat this process more than a few times, until I have a good enough stock of living gu masters for gu refinement.
My choice of strength path gu worms was inspired from one of the dream realms I experienced in Wu Clan's city. Certain body refinement gu are more compatible with certain types of strength path gu.
The gu series that I refined and used on myself is the Golden Phoenix Gu Series. My flesh has been refined to that of a Golden Phoenix, my bones, my tendons, everything. This series has both body refinement and strength increasing gu worms, meaning that having all of them used on oneself creates a solid whole.
I teleport in the middle of the largest group of gu masters, which consists of about thirty rank 2 gu masters and twelve rank 1 gu masters. They don't even get to react before I kick the ground with all of my force, an act that spawns in a phoenix phantom that does much the same.
The ground quakes from the force of my kick and trembles after the phoenix repeats it. The gu masters around me die from the resulting shockwaves. Another teleport takes me to the middle of another group, where I proceed to spawn in the phoenix phantom again by extending both of my arms out.
Said phantom lets out a shrill scream as it appears, before engulfing everything around me in flames. The resulting blazing inferno turns the gu masters to ash in less than a second.
I don't need all of them alive, just enough to refine a few gu worms, and I want to test out what my current strength is.
Although I'll probably need to find a rank 5 gu master for that, one that's particularly strong for his rank. If I were to duel a rank 5 gu master with the Great Strength True Martial Physique I expect us to be equally matched.
I keep teleporting throughout the village, crippling and killing gu masters. The number of gu masters burned to death does not increase after my test of the phantom's flames. By the time that I am done with the slaughter the village looks completely destroyed.
Houses have been turned to rubble and ash, gu masters reduced to gore and cripples, mortals hiding wherever they find any nooks and crannies.
There are multiple blood path gu worms I want to refine, chief among them is two rank 5 Blood Python Gu worms. One of them is for my own personal use, the other I plan to send out on a scouting expedition.
I use Gu to dig out a giant pit, before gathering all of the blood and corpses inside of the pit. Rank 2 Blood Storage Gu dump the blood stored inside of them into the pit, before going away to gather more blood to bring back to the pit.
A few mortals I'd promised safety to gather the bodies to throw into the pit. It's pretty funny the way that some of them actually believed me, as if a blood path demonic gu master would just let a bunch of mortals go.
I take a rank 3 Yellow Tusita Flower from my aperture, before opening it and releasing its contents into the pit. Thousands upon thousands of pythons are dropped like a deluge into the bloody pit, where they proceed to drown in blood and emerge as rank 1 Blood Python Gu.
Letting the Rank 1 Blood Python Gu devour one another would be enough to refine quite a few of them to rank 2, of which more than a few will reach rank 3. A rank 4 Blood Python Gu being refined would normally be unlikely, but it would be a lucky stroke for me, which practically makes it a guarantee to happen.
The Rank 1 Blood Python Gu devour one another in a frenzy, before turning into Rank 2 Blood Python Gu that repeat the process, Turning into rank 3 Blood Python Gu who are then refined into a single Rank 4 Blood Python Gu.
All twenty of the mortals I'd gathered stare at the gigantic rank 4 Blood Python Gu that's curled up inside of the pit. Many of them are young, between thirteen and twenty years old, some of them are middle aged, between twenty and fifty years old, and a single one sits at seventy something years old.
He gives me a fearful, but resigned look. A wave of my hand unleashes the moonblade of Golden Moon Gu and kills all of the mortals by cleaving them in half.
I still need some more blood to refine two rank 2 blood pythons, but there should be more than enough mortals alive on this mountain for that. Now that there's nothing left to refine in the village itself I teleport back to the underground chamber, where I find the crippled rank 2 gu masters I'd gathered just as I left them.
They're all of varying ages, all the way from the youngest being a sixteen year old man and the oldest being an eighty year old woman. I take out my rank 5 Blood Skull Gu from my aperture, before giving them a smile. "Tell me, what extreme physique do you think that you'd awaken?"
Blood Skull Gu's food is simple to find, it is the blood of a gu master's living relatives. I don't have any more living relatives to feed it, not in the amounts that it needs, so at some point in the future this gu worm is going to die.
I can just refine another after I buy some variant humans to create that refinement material, so it's not the end of the world. Of the gu masters arrayed in front of me there's only one real candidate for what I want to try, a twenty one year old man.
He was stronger than he should be for someone with his strength path foundation, so he's probably one of those whose human path dao marks mimic strength path dao marks. He's an excellent target for what I want.
One of the women, whose beauty strikes me as pretty neat, gives me a desperate look. "Please spare us! We will do whatever you wish, serve you in whatever manner you want! Ju-" I step on her head, spreading her skull and brain everywhere.
Blood Skull Gu opens its mouth and sucks out all of her blood, leaving behind a dessicated corpse. I step on the heads of several more gu masters, all of whom give me various pleads of mercy. I listen to none.
Once Blood Skull Gu is full I send it to the twenty one year old man I've chosen, above whom it opens its mouth and unleashes a deluge of blood onto him. The blood washes over him, raising his aptitude from… whatever the fuck it was to whatever the fuck it is.
There's more than enough gu masters here to make it 99% and then give him a few extra feedings for good measure.
Heads get stomped, blood gets drained and then Blood Skull Gu raises his aptitude. This process is repeated over and over, until all that remains in the chamber is headless corpses, monkey guts, half eaten corpses and the singular gu master.
He's pretty tall, he'd be about a head taller than me if he were standing. His hair is jet black, and his body is pretty solidly built. I touch his head and inspect his aperture, which I find at a solid 100%. This man now has an extreme physique.
I take out a gu worm I've bought from Wu Clan city, a rank 2 Slavery Gu, and activate it. The Gu worm dies, but it binds the man's soul to me before it does so.
This man is now, for all intents and purposes, my slave. He is forced to obey me to such an extent that going against my interests without my will is practically impossible for him. I heal him with an amplified vitality leaf, which is more than enough to get him to rise.
He rises up, before giving me a resigned look as I hand him a rank my set of body refinement and my set of strength path gu worms.
I don't know for sure what kind of extreme physique it is that he has, but my instincts tell me that it has to be the Great Strength True Martial Physique. He takes the gu worms, refines them immediately with my help, and then takes them into his aperture. I give him a friendly smile. "Once your cultivation has advanced enough that you are capable of using those gu worms refine your body with them. For now just sit here while I go refine the rest of the villages on this mountain.

I had a fucking gas pipe start leaking. Thought a dog died or something at first.
It was outside and the pipes closed now, but I still had the aftertaste of dead dog for a few hours.
Do not recommend.
Eating some popcorn got rid of the aftertaste, but now I need to wait for a technician to arrive.
Until then there's no hot water, which is kind of a problem with a one year old in the house.
