Everyone is in an elevator going up while Julius, Ikuren, Vell, and Isack stay in the break room, because the discussion will only be between them.
After going up many floors in the elevator until they reach the top floor, the others walk forward until they reach some doors where Mr. Ranzo is standing.
"Wow, you really caused a lot of trouble on your trip," says Mr. Ranzo, approaching Seven.
"Yes, I know, but you couldn't even persuade each one of them," Seven whispered in Mr. Ranzo's ear.
"I tried everything. They calmed down a bit, but they're still very angry," Mr. Ranzo whispered in Seven's ear.
"I understand. It will be difficult to deal with," Seven whispered in Mr. Ranzo's ear.
"Yes, do what you do best," whispered Mr. Ranzo in Seven's ear, then patting him on the shoulder.
Mr. Ranzo walked away, taking the elevator up and down the floors. Seven and the others continued on and opened the door, entering the council chamber.
"Well, it looks like you're here. Take a seat," said an elderly council member.
"Yes, with your permission," said Seven.
Everyone takes a seat to discuss what has happened, but when Three sits down, he breaks the chair and falls. He quickly gets up and pretends nothing happened, then sits down in another chair.
But the other chair also breaks, and Three falls again and gets up quickly. The others cover their eyes in embarrassment, except for Seven and Two. Three leaves the meeting room to bring another chair.
He returns with the other chair and sits down as if nothing had happened, while the others just watch how ridiculous Three looks. Meanwhile, Two takes out a book and starts reading.
"Well, I think you already know why you are here, right?" said another elder of the council.
Narrator: "They are the four elders of the agency's council. They are the descendants of those who created the mercenary agency in the past. Their ancestors designed the agency in order to create a strong group," said the narrator.
"The current members of the council are Kokushibo, Kazarito, Tomoke, and Turuku. These people are the descendants of those who created the agency in the past. They also have children and grandchildren. In fact, Mr. Ranzo is the grandson of the elder Tomoke," said the narrator, continuing with the explanation.
"Although it is not known if they have more family, it is known that the elder of the council, Councilor Kokushibo, has a clan, as his ancestors confirmed with descendants. That clan is called the Haruka clan," said the narrator, ending the explanation.
"Well, then that means the weapon was destroyed after that impact," said Councilor Tomoke.
"Exactly, Councilor Tomoke, that imperial artifact made that boy go mad," said Two.
"I see, but those people will be a danger," said Councilor Turuku.
"Not so much, those people only attacked because they were seeking the same goal," said Seven.
"Well, almost some of them. Others just came to marry us, the ones who caused a lot of trouble at the auction house," said Five.
"Yes, but I'll say something you won't like. It seems that there are people who know us," said Ten.
"What do you mean?" asked Five.
"As you know, they only know us by rumors, but not our real names," replied Ten.
"A guy who just knocked out Eight and Vell, without any warning, beat me up and told me his name," said Ten.
"But he also said my real name, not my number," said Ten.
"So that guy knows your name," said Six.
"Not only that, he mocked me and told me his damn name!" shouted Ten.
"And what was his name?" said Seven.
"I'll guess that it was Safario, right?" said Nine.
"How do you know that?" said Ten.
"Because that bastard was the one who took my arm," said Nine.
"Wait, they cut off your arm?" said Ten.
"Idiot, you were with him the whole way on the highway. How could you not have noticed?" said Five.
"Tell me what you were doing," said Ten.
"Fighting to the death," said everyone in the room.
"Shit," thought Ten.
"I see you've run into trouble, haven't you?" said a voice in the distance.
"I see you've finally arrived," said Kokushibo.
Everyone turned around to see a thin person wearing a formal suit, with two black lines tattooed horizontally across the lower part of his left eye, while wearing a ring with a hidden spike underneath on the finger of his left hand.
He also carried an umbrella made of blood. That person finally showed his face with a normal expression. Everyone watched him, and the counselor called out to him.
"Well, you finally decided to show up after all this time, didn't you?" said counselor Tomoke.
"Let's just say I was a little busy," said Uno.
One takes a seat and makes his umbrella made of blood disappear, then throws some things to Kokushibo, who takes them and puts them away.
"What was that?" said Three.
"Just some things for an investigation," replied One.
"I haven't seen you in a week, One," said Eight.
"I was just busy with some important matters, that's all," said One.
"Well, tell me what happened," said One.
Everyone began to talk, and One listened patiently, nodding his head, then raised his hand and asked them to be quiet.
"I see what happened," said One.
"It must be the most important case," said One.
"But anyway, we'll discuss the rest later," said One.
"Let's continue with what we were going to do before we came here," said One.
"Yes, that would be best," said Three.
"But first, Seven," said One.
"What is it?" asked Seven.
"One thing. Log into the database and find something you'll want to know," said one.
We went downstairs a little later, where we saw Julius, Ikuren, Vell, and Isack sitting and waiting. Ikuren played for a few minutes, and then the others came down.
"Why are they taking so long?" said Isack.
"Well, something must be going on," said Vell.
"Well, it's logical after what happened in that city," said Julius.
"You know, for a commander, you're very calm," said Vell.
"That's because senior commanders sometimes retire," said Julius.
"Until they find a good successor, because if no one can find a good one, they have to stay until there is one," said Julius.
"That's why I'm the young commander. I was promoted when the old one retired, and there are some who can't retire and are older," said Julius.
"That's why Sagat is the one who looks the most like a drunk adult," said Julius.
"I see," thought Vell.
Everyone sees them and then approaches them to ask some questions, while Ikuren continues playing and then turns off the console.
"Well, how did it go up there?" Julius said.
"It was fine," Seven said.
Then Seven explains to everyone in detail what happened up there so they know what to do next, while everyone listens, Seven watches Ikuren.
"Well, since everything is fine, let's go," said Seven.
"Oh, one more thing, you two. You have been officially accepted as soldiers. Now you just have to pass the school," said Seven.
"But one more thing. Take the other one with you," said Seven, pointing to Ikuren.
"What did I do?" said Ikuren.
"We found out that you accessed the headquarters' account, and not only that," said Seven.
"You forged an ID card, and you never said you were the best outside," said Seven.
"You only passed with great difficulty, but you cheated," said Seven.
"Well, maybe," said Ikuren.
"You have to repeat the agency's school in order to," said Seven.
"And the worst thing is that I think I had nothing to do with it, and neither did anyone else," thought Julius.
"I'm leaving, and you go back to school so you can finally graduate," said Julius.
"Shit, but well, now it's time," thought Ikuren.
They all separated, going in opposite directions, and Ikuren, Vell, and Isack went to the A.C.C. agency school and walked for a long time.
While upstairs everyone was discussing the rest of the council, one was calm as always, just observing the whole case while living there to find out the truth.
"Well, I want to know why you're so interested in this," said Councilor Turuku.
"Let's just say it was something I heard that interested me," said Uno.
Uno drinks water while the others don't, just watching like normal people, while Uno thinks about something he can do to face what came to his mind, an image.
Uno just observes something and takes out documents from something and passes them around until he gets to two, which looks like it will be complicated.
