Bonding Really Well
Another day in school, and extra curricular lessons the day
ran very fast and it was the end of school for the day and as
graduating students they had lessons after school, the usual.
He was a lot more interactive than the previous day, he
played around all day and even in class he was all over the place,
just like a small child who had taken something to boost his
energy jumping from one pillar to another pole.
After their lessons, the whole class went to their school
soccer field and my did they really run around, they all tried to
have fun together rather than separate from themselves.
They played tag, David was the tallest among them basically
the Goliath among them their classes had ended by 4pm in local
time but they took their time and left for their various houses an
hour and thirty minutes later.
Another day…
Virgil had come to school the next day and out of his whole
class he was the only one offering the subject Further
Mathematics he endured it a while but after some time he found
it difficult to cope with and went on to change his subject
enrollment for his external exams, striking out the subject.
Anna had come to his class after school to look for him
since the school was aware that they had extra curricular
lessons but to her discontent he wasn't around, that not being
what discontented her but rather what she was told as she was
about to go in search of him.
Daniel, his classmate had told her he was in a very sour
mood and no one knew why not even them it would be best for
her to not go do what she was about to do and just go home.
She wanted to speak to him about something but if his
mates could say this it only meant he didn't either want to be found or disturbed so she calmly and quietly left. Virgil has been
angered since the early moments of school that day talking to
absolutely no one and keeping to himself.
This countenance lasted till his extra curricular mates came
in for their lessons only to find his spot empty, Jennifer had him
in mind hoping she would see his face again today but all she
met was a gloomy empty space.
And as someone before her, she was about to look for him
but the same warning that was given to Anna was given to the
others as well, including the guys and as they talked their
teacher walked in, Daniel was told to go fetch him but he was a
little frightened at the thought but he was the closest to Virgil
among them all….Virgil's best friend.
He agreed, dashing out of the class to find him looking all
over and finally finding him sitting over the ledge by the stairway
of the school's first floor. "what do you want Daniel?"
"teacher is in class, we're about to start" his response was
simple but filled with hidden fear because he knew what this boy
that sat in front of him was capable of…
*scoffs, smirks… he gets off the ledge and leads Daniel back to class, walking in without batting an eye at anybody, crashing on his seat, face covered with a nose mask, his eyes slightly but not fully closed, a pair of lazy eyes but filled with rage.
He could feel someone's gaze but he wasn't going to
respond by turning to look over, the culprit was Jennifer who so
badly wanted him to look at her but it never happened. The whole
lesson session went on like that until the last class.
An announcement came from their principle their teacher
for that class was absent so they cold be going home, some of
them were pissed and Favour alongside Fatima wouldn't want
them to go home with that anger so they had to sort it out there
and there.
