Chapter 1 - Kidnapped

Alina's pov

"Stop the fucking car!"

I screamed at my driver who seemed to have not seen the black SUV that was now parked right in front of us.

"Are you blind or stupid?" I half yelled as I took a deep breath to control myself. The driver avoided my eyes.

I looked out of the window watching the car, no one stepped out and I was skeptical about going over to apologize.

"I-i'm sorry miss. I'll go apologize to the owner or the driver of the car" The driver bowed his head as he opened the car door, stepping out of it and allowing the car slam shut behind him.

My eyes followed him as he walked to the car. I immediately grabbed my phone dropping it into my boots.

I closed my eyes, feeling tired after a long day rounding up things in school, I was finally able to go home, when this happened. Before I could even think about anything else, the sound of a gunshot echoed through the air.

My eyes snapped open as I looked over at the Black Suv and the driver clutching his chest with a pale face.

Fuck!

He turned to look at me and I saw a black leather shoe step out of the car. I immediately pushed the car door open, jumping out of it as I ran in the opposite direction.

I was never good at athletic stuff but with the hurried footsteps behind me. I didn't let anything stop me and kept running. I couldn't die like this.

Not now, not ever.

As my eyes started to water, I turned back to see three buffed men coming after me. I stumbled a bit and jumped into a bush that was near by, I knew these roads a bit too well.

I hadn't gotten far into the dark and isolated forest, but I thought I saw something move in the darkness. I paused, turning to look around my surroundings.

"I-is anyone there?" I said, my voice quivering. The echo of my voice made me flinch but I turned around preparing to keep running but I felt a hand press down on my shoulder.

"Thought you could run little girl"

Before I could react, something pressed down on the pulse located on my neck, before everything went black.

My eyes met that of someone, a very nice unique pair of blue eyes.

"Do you think that heartless man would actually buy our story?"

"He has to, his precious daughter is in our hands after all"

My body felt stiff and my eyes heavy. I struggled to open my eyes but when I did, the smell of cigarettes and ginger tea filled my nose.

"H-hello? Is anyone there?" I tried to yell, but a dull pain in my throat made it come out as a whisper.

A man who had a cigarette stick in his hand, turned to me. His black lips curled out into a smirk as he stood up.

"Our little princess is finally awake" He said to his companion, who turned to look at me.

A woman?

Odd. I thought women didn't partake of such activities, but maybe I was wrong.

"Please...can you let me go? My father would be dead worried about me" I tried to plead but the man just burst into laughter.

He had short dirty blonde hair and deep black eyes, with a large pot belly that made him look almost incompetent but I didn't say anything.

"Your dear father? He didn't even pick our call, yet you think he is worried? Think again, princess" The man said as he grabbed a silver ashtray that was kept on the tea table, putting out his cigarette before turned to the woman who was seated by the window.

"I'm going to tell boss that she's awake now. Make sure she doesn't escape" he said to the woman who just nodded slightly before turning back to the window.

The man's gaze lingered on her before he left the room. I turned to look at the woman with a small sigh.

"Do you think all this you're doing would put my father in a different position?" I stared at her and she looked really pretty. From her dark short hair to the manner she sipped her tea.

She looked almost elegant.

"That's not you business" Her sharp and curt time made me frown. She placed her tea cup down turning to look at me. "I was once in your shoes and no one save me, what makes you think your father would come for you?"

I sighed.

It was the only thing I could do. My father was a complicated man, one who felt nothing for anyone and just protected those he felt would make his ministry progress in the future.

Like me.

"Then can you let me leave? And I would never go back to him" I offered. I would do anything to go to Paris or Bora Bora and just start life again.

"Nice chance" She let out a mocking giggle. She continued sipping the now cold tea while flipping through a fashion magazine.

I should be in one of those but with the look of things. She didn't acknowledge me, why would she in the first place?

I turned away from her as I looked around the room. It seemed like a warehouse due to cardboard boxes that were surrounded around me. My head was aching, I wanted to cry out and maybe throw a huge tantrum but I just shook the thought away.

The small bed I was tied to was in the middle of the room. I spotted a framed picture by the corner and my mouth immediately flew open. It was a picture of the dark haired woman with a black and pink tiara on her hair, she also had a charming smile on her lips.

"Princess Phina"

I muttered at she turned to me as if hearing what I said. She was about saying something when, we both heard a knock on the door.

Her eyes widened as she pulled out a revolver from the side of her dress before going to answer the door.

I heard muffled voices and struggling before everything around me went silent.

"What the fuck is going on?" I screamed until I felt something cold being pressed on my leg. "P-please" I whispered as a tall dark figure stepped out of the darkness.

"We need to go!"
