As soon as I got to the office, I bolted straight for the basement. One of my coworkers had just told me that Kyle and Chester got into it in my office, and when I checked, the place was way more trashed than usual.
"So, where are they now?" I asked, because there's no way those two just left after wrecking my space.
"I saw security drag them off. They're probably in the basement, like always."
I let out a heavy sigh, rubbing my face, panic creeping in. This is insane, I thought. "Does the boss know about this?"
He hesitated, then nodded.
Crap. I took off, flying down the stairs, skipping steps to get to the basement. As I hit the lower floor, I could hear Chester and Kyle's voices echoing, getting louder the closer I got. The second I stepped onto the basement floor, I froze at the scene in front of me.
