Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

The age of twelve is like an unblown flower, especially in this troubled sea. Under normal circumstances, a child of that age should enjoy a carefree childhood in the arms of his parents. However, where there is a norm, there are deviations. And Louis was one of those "deviations".

He was only twelve, but in two months he had pulled off something incredible: he had destroyed two of the city's largest criminal organizations almost unnoticed. And two powerful leaders who had recently kept the entire city in fear were now lying lifeless on the floor.

Feeling proud of himself, Louis walked back home with a light step. He packed his things, burned all evidence that could give away his identity, and with a backpack on his back, he headed to his favorite restaurant, where he planned to spend his last evening in this city.

"Oh, Louis, is it the same as usual today?" the owner of the establishment asked, meeting him at the entrance.

"Yes, everything is the same," Louis replied.

Although he had not been in the city for very long, he liked the taste of the local cuisine and became a regular customer, having managed to establish friendly relations with the owner of the restaurant.

He enjoyed his last meal in this place while chaos reigned in the streets. Seeing men in black suits running through the streets, chasing each other, the owner closed the doors of the restaurant in the hope that they would not break in. After all, it was clear that the inevitable massacre would soon begin: many people left without a leader, like cornered animals, would rush at each other in a furious fight, striving to avenge their boss.

Revenge! Merciless and inexorable!

"Thank you for dinner," Louis said with a smile, wiping his mouth with a napkin, and saying goodbye to the owner, he went out into the street. Where life had once been in full swing, now there was silence. Several bodies lay on the pavement, and their blood flowed down the stone slabs.

Louis shook his head and turned into a narrow alley. He took a running start, deftly pushed off the wall, jumped onto the roof of a house, and soon found himself outside the city.

"Hey, Louis! You were dragging yourself along like a turtle! I thought you were dead!" - as soon as Louis approached the shore, a loud voice was heard.

On the coast in the shadow of the night stood a ship, unlit by a single lamp, like a giant hidden against the dark sky. Before Louis could get closer, he heard the cries of one of the crew members.

Without answering the cries, Louis suddenly accelerated. His figure, like a shadow, rushed through the darkness, jumping over sharp rocks and obstacles. He was as agile as a cat, and soon found himself under the side of the ship. Where, easily overcoming several obstacles, he climbed onto the deck.

"And who would have thought that coward Dylan would return before me," he chuckled, throwing his backpack towards the guy standing opposite him: "Did you run away from the battlefield?"

"Hey! Who are you calling a coward?! I did all the work perfectly, even faster than you!" - a guy of about fifteen or sixteen, a few centimeters taller than Louis and with a more powerful build, caught the thrown backpack and threw it over his shoulder.

He had a nice face, but a broad chest and strong shoulders. And with a defiant grin he sarcastically shouted: "Ha, Louis, two months of running errands for the big shots, how do you like that? I hear some of them have very specific inclinations, ha-ha!"

His gaze was repulsive. It had to be admitted that despite his twelve years of youth, Louis had handsome features, which could well be to the taste of some individuals.

"I never thought you could be so disgusting," Louis replied coldly, jumping onto the deck and turning away, "Wade, can I hit him?"

"Of course," replied a voice from the opposite side.

At the other end of the ship sat a young man of about seventeen or eighteen, with golden hair that shone in the moonlight. The boy was no less handsome than Louis, and had a tall, slender body, with a bright smile on his face.

"To be honest, Dylan is incredibly annoying. You might as well teach him a lesson for me," he said, laughing heartily.

"Hey, Wade!" Dylan shouted in anger, "Are you on his side too?"

"Hahaha, okay, okay, Louis, how's the task going?" Wade asked, walking closer to Louis.

"It's done," Louis replied, "Otto is dead, and I've also taken out the other ringleader. As a result, the city is in complete anarchy."

"Excellent," Wade nodded, "So Dylan eliminated the minister, I dealt with the general, and you killed Otto. The rebellion was crushed before it even began. Mission accomplished."

"Hahaha, that means we've passed the final exam, right?" Dylan said with a goofy smile, "We can go back."

"Yes," Louis nodded, relaxing a little.

"Now we will officially join..." he began, "the ranks of the CP, right?"

Louis and his companions, Dylan and Wade, were not members of any mafia group or anything like that. All three belonged to one of the World Government's spy units, known as CP, specifically the southern training camp. They had recently completed a year of training and were given their first mission - to suppress a rebellion in one of the kingdoms.

The king of this state was in a panic when he discovered that his power had weakened and foreign forces had permeated the entire country. He turned to the World Government for help, and the task of suppressing the rebellion was handed over to the CP agents.

In fact, it was one of the most difficult final exams, because all three key figures of the rebellion were extremely dangerous opponents. Even the weakest of them, the minister, was a major figure in the country's politics and was always protected by at least twenty guards. The main conspirator, the general, before changing his name and taking a post in the army, was a pirate with a reward of one hundred million and possessed incredible strength.

Louis's mission was to eliminate Otto, one of two underworld bosses who controlled the country's most important port. As a mafia boss with vast financial resources, Otto was a key source of funds for the rebellion. But Louis only realized his full power after he got up close and personal with him.

However, despite all the difficulties that arose, the task was completed. And even the most influential people of the country fell before the cleverly planned actions of the three spies. Thanks to which, they could now become full-fledged agents of CP, spies of the World Government.

Louis sighed and wondered if this was a good thing or a bad thing. He knew a lot about CP. After all, he wasn't just a teenager, he was a person who came here from another world
