Chapter 7 - Chapter 7

Louis felt a shiver run through his body, piercing him from his feet to the top of his head. The instructor's fingers touched his forehead - in another situation, it could have been a simple reproach from an elder, but at the moment these fingers seemed to him like a blade of death, ready to strike at any moment.

Wade held the worried Dylan tightly, knowing full well that even with their help, saving Louis from the instructor's hands would be sheer madness. Their instructor was in charge of the entire CP training squad, including the reservists in the South Blue, and was certainly an outstanding figure that rookies like them couldn't compete with. Not to mention that there were many other instructors around, all of whom were training Rokushiki, all of whom were quite powerful.

"It's all up to you now, Louis!" Wade shouted, gritting his teeth in worry for his friend.

Frank was lying on the ground, pierced through by Louis. His blood continued to flow onto the ground, but no one cared about it now - let it flow, in this world people have incredible strength, and if a little blood flows out, nothing terrible will happen. Now all eyes were on Louis.

"Seimei Kikan? What is this?" Louis asked, "Instructor, I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean."

Louis was well aware that any wrong answer could lead to disastrous consequences. Of course, he knew what Seimei Kikan was - it was one of the Rokushiki techniques. Although formally there were six of them, in fact, this is not entirely true, since they include many derivative techniques. Like this derivative technique Seimei Kikan. Many believe that it can only be mastered by reaching a certain level of knowledge of Rokushiki, but this is not true. In fact, Seimei Kikan is the basis of Rokushiki.

Mastering Rokushiki requires constant honing of the body, manipulation, display of strength, and all this requires complete control over the body. Seimei Kikan is one of these manipulations.

The only difference is that the body control in Rokushiki techniques is carried out unconsciously under the guidance of certain methods. While Seimei Kikan is a technique by which a person's consciousness penetrates the body, allowing him to control hair, skin, muscles, internal organs and even bones.

This can indeed be considered one of the Rokushiki techniques, which, although related to them, operates independently of their system. Louis believed that all six styles can only be mastered after mastering the Seimei Kikan, similar to how he used the Tekkai technique for his hair before.

"Controlling your hair and internal organs with the influence of your thoughts. That is the Seimei Kikan. You wouldn't claim that you can control your hair because you have a devil fruit, would you?" The instructor's voice was filled with murderous intent.

Feeling this, Louis felt a gag reflex, because he knew that in this world, the strongest could suppress an entire army with just their presence, and their murderous intent could very well be tangible, instilling terror and a sense of impending death.

The instructor knew very well that Louis did not have the ability of a devil fruit. After all, everyone who got into the training camp was carefully checked by CP agents. And if there was a spy in the ranks of the secret service, it would be a great shame for all of them. That is why Louis's past was thoroughly investigated, and even during the final exam, he was closely monitored.

"Oh! So this technique is called, Seimei Kikan!" Louis, as if realizing something important, added with a smile: "I thought that only I could use it, that it was my unique technique, but it seems that is not the case."

"You mean to say, Louis," the instructor frowned, "that you learned this technique on your own, without any help?"

"Basically, yes," Louis nodded.

"Hahahaha!! Hahahaha!" the instructor suddenly laughed, removing his fingers from Louis' forehead and laughing until he dropped, "You want to finish me off? Kid, do you even realize how hard this is?"

Despite his laughter, the killing intent emanating from him became even stronger. This caused Louis to feel goosebumps running across his skin, and in order to somehow ease the tense situation, he said with some humor: "Because I'm a genius."

Having been transported to this world, Louis was not without advantages. Although he had no system or wise mentor, he still had some things. The first was his body. It is not worth bragging, but Louis' physical characteristics did not fear anyone, except, of course, monsters like Big Mom and Kaido.

And while the first wasn't exactly an advantage, but rather luck at birth. The second, however, fit that description better - his spiritual power. Perhaps due to reincarnation or the fact that Louis had already lived one life, he had very strong spiritual power, which manifested itself in his memory, ability to think, react, and control.

That's why he was able to comprehend Seimei Kikan. Normally, it would have been difficult for him to master this technique due to his young body, but thanks to his spiritual power, he was able to examine every part of his body. And thanks to these observations, he could change the direction of the force, accelerating the training process.

Constantly experimenting and concentrating his attention on specific parts of the body, he noticed that when he concentrated on a specific place, he felt it better and better, and as soon as he shifted his attention, this sensation disappeared.

However, after long and persistent attempts, he finally achieved the result. It seemed as if he had overcome some invisible barrier, as if he had built a new neural network, and previously immobile body parts became as mobile as fingers or toes.

Of course, at the moment he could only control small parts of his body - hair and some areas of skin. Since this was only the beginning of his training, and he had not yet reached perfection.

"Genius? Oh, that's interesting." The instructor said with a smile. "I wonder if you're serious?"

"Of course, you know that I have a certain ability in controlling my body," Louis nodded confidently, "My background was probably thoroughly checked before sending me to the training camp. You know that there was no way for me to be trained in any other place or organization, not to mention that Rokushiki is a secret of the World Government, and no one could teach me something like that."

The instructor, of course, knew about Louis' talent, and that he was a true genius. And even Wade, if he had studied a similar technique, would not have achieved such a result in this time. Louis really showed talent for techniques that boiled down to training and controlling the body, and in this light, his words did not look like a lie.

"That makes it difficult, Louis," the instructor said, fiddling with a file and rubbing the back of his head, "Your situation is rather complicated and hard to judge. Frankly, I think it would be easier to kill you and not bother myself with it."
