Scene 1: The Return
[Five Years Later – Present Day]
Sami and his twin brother had returned to Hero Town after a long absence. They had met Ron long before his first meeting with Carter, back when Hero Town was a different place.
While they were reconnecting with family and friends, Ron was away—training under Dr. Thomas, learning to control his awakening powers.
When Ron returned, he heard about Sami's visit and decided to meet him before they left.
Ron called Carter.
Ron: "Have you seen where Sami's staying? I want to visit them before they leave."
Carter: "Yeah, I was thinking the same. Let's go this Friday."
Ron: "Alright. Friday it is."
[Friday – Ron's POV]
I arrived at Carter's house, and we took his personal helicopter to the outskirts of Hero Town.
Ron: "So, where exactly is their house? Big, small, haunted mansion vibes?"
Carter (grinning): "It's... strange. Records say it's the oldest house in the entire region. Our organization looked into it—thought it might be dangerous or cursed. But they found nothing. It's been empty for hundreds—maybe even thousands—of years."
Ron: "That's wild. But wait, if it was empty for so long, how did Sami get it?"
Carter: "It used to be restricted. No one was allowed near. But a few years ago, the ban was lifted. Visitors could check it out, even buy it. Most were too scared because of the rumors. Then, out of nowhere, Sami bought it and moved in with his twin."
Ron: "Didn't he have more siblings?"
Carter: "Yeah, but those two are especially close. Always have been."
Scene 2: The Arrival
Ron and Carter arrived at the old house. Sami and his twin, Rad, welcomed them warmly.
But the moment I laid eyes on the house, something felt... off.
My senses tingled—like I was being pulled by an invisible thread. As we approached the door, a soft hand touched my shoulder. I turned and saw her—Dream.
She stood beside me, barely visible, like a fading memory becoming real.
Dream (softly): "This is where your answers lie—about your past... about me... about us. Don't worry. Only you can see me."
As we walked, her figure grew clearer—white robes covering her entire body, radiant red eyes, pale skin glowing faintly. Her hair shone so brightly I couldn't make out its color. And then, with a gentle smile, she disappeared.
We stepped inside. On the surface, it looked like a normal house—but the energy inside... something was stirring. I could feel it.
Sami led us through each room. Oddly, the house seemed far larger inside than it looked from outside.
Finally, we reached Rad's room. The moment I stepped in, the aura I'd been sensing hit me like a wave—strong, heavy, dark. No one else seemed to notice.
Then they showed us our guest rooms. It was getting late, so we decided to sleep.
Scene 3: Midnight Whispers
It was past midnight.
I lay in bed, still thinking about the pressure I felt in Rad's room. The aura... it wasn't just dark—it was ancient. Alive.
Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.
It was Carter.
Ron: "Come in."
He entered, concern on his face.
Carter: "Ron... you looked pale earlier. Especially when we went into Rad's room. Is something wrong?"
Ron: "I didn't want to tell anyone, but... there's something in that room. I sensed a dark, mysterious energy. It was overwhelming."
Carter (serious now): "Then we need to check it out. Together."
