**Rimuru (human form, sipping tea):**
"Why is it that no matter the world… mornings are never quiet when *they're* around?"

**Milim (barging in through the wall):** "Rimuru! Megumin and I found a bathhouse! Let's go EXPLODE SOME STRESS!"
**Megumin (posing behind her):** "Explosion is the perfect morning routine! LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!"
**Ciel (calmly):**
> *"Correction: A bathhouse is for relaxing. Not for firepower demonstrations."*
**Rimuru (deadpan):** "I'm going to regret following them, aren't I?"

The group arrives at a traditional-style bathhouse: men and women separated. Veldora, Rimuru, and Kazuma head into the men's side. Milim, Ramiris, Megumin, Aqua, and Darkness hit the women's side.
**Kazuma (relieved sigh):** "Finally. A moment of peace. Hot water. No screaming. No explosions. No—"
**Veldora (chuckling smugly):** "Behold! My true form has never been cleaner. Soon the shampoo shall FEAR ME!"
**Kazuma (mutters):** "I jinxed it."
**Rimuru:** "...Why is Veldora shadowboxing with soap?"
**Ciel:**

**Aqua (sputtering, water in her nose):** "What kind of chaotic spirits are you?!"
**Megumin (to Milim):** "Do you like explosions more… or steam explosions more?"
**Milim (eyes sparkling):** "STEAM EXPLOSIONS?! That's a thing?! I LOVE YOU!"
**Darkness (sitting calmly in the scalding water):** "Ah... the pain... the burn... it's exquisite..."
**Ramiris (eye twitching):** "Okay what is WRONG with this one?!"

**Kazuma (closing his eyes):** "You know, this is oddly peaceful… for once."
**Veldora (posing dramatically):** "Kazuma-dono! Shall we spar in the sauna next? A clash of titanic wills!"
**Kazuma:** "No. No sparring. This is a bathhouse. I already live with a ticking time bomb named Megumin."
**Rimuru (relaxing):** "Honestly, I needed this too. Although..."
**Ciel (interrupts):**

**Rimuru:** "Here we go..."

**Kazuma (nodding):** "Uh-huh. I've heard that excuse."
**Megumin (clinking mugs with Milim):** "To steam-based destruction!"
**Milim:** "BOOM buddies forever!"
**Aqua (grumbling):** "I should've purified you all... starting with that dragon."
**Veldora (flicks his cape):** "My might transcends purification, fake goddess!"
**Ramiris (laughing):** "I haven't had this much fun in ages! Let's hit another bathhouse tomorrow!"
**Darkness (blushing):** "Please let it have more punishment... I mean heat."
**Rimuru (to Ciel):**
"Remind me again, why did we come here?"
**Ciel (dryly):**
