"What's up?" Jude entered and saw Ciara cleaning the wounds on her arms.
"What are you doing here?, shouldn't you be training?"she looked at Jude with an expressionless gaze.
"What's the point, if you don't have an ability to train with"he looked at her eyes, grey just like her emotions.
"Here, let me help,I normally don't do this"he walked beside her and began helping her clean her wound.
"What's the relationship between you and Arkin?"he didn't look at her face as he spoke.
"I never knew my parents,my siblings and I were adopted,I only saw pictures of my parents, by the time my sister got a job, she could take care of my brother and I so we lived on our own and we still do.
My sister told me that my parents never died, they all disappeared one night after they had a problem with someone.
When I was adopted,Arkin and his family lived near us, we would play together,we practically grew up together, to me he was like a brother.
Jude watched her tell her story, unlike others who would have cracked, she didn't, she was strong, he had to give her that.
All that ended when I saw him kiss another girl,it hurt because he told me he liked me and at that moment I guess I did too.
"He promised the stars for me but it was my fault,I was too caught up in my dreams to realize I had lost touch with reality".
Her lips curled up into a faint smile.
"Ever since then I avoided him until two years ago when my siblings and I started living on our own".
"Ever since then,my heart has been locked,I don't want anyone entering my life only to make me miserable."
She stopped and looked at him,"I'm sorry for putting you in this discomfort."
"No problem,I wouldn't count as a friend if I didn't help."
"Jude"she hesitated "hmmm"he looked at her, they were questions swirling in her eyes, the only emotions she had actually let her eyes show.
"No, nothing" she shook her head hardening her eyes. Jude closed his eyes and seemed the be in thought before he opened his eyes.
"I'm not Freya's actual brother,Celia and Jake won't tell me, but I clearly know I was adopted,I'm not stupid."
"Sorry if I touched a sensitive topic" her voice was cold but sincere.
"No worries, the past hurts."he looked at her."I know"
"Jude,thank you for your comfort."
"I'm going to check on the others,you should get some rest."
"Hmm."
She heard the door close and turned to face the door and a bitter smile appeared on her lips.

"How is she?" Kyle looked at Jude,"she's fine don't worry, where are the rest."
"They went back to their rooms."You should get some rest"
Jude watched as Kyle casually slid his hands into his pockets and turned around to leave.
"Catch you later bro"Kyle left Jude.
Jude went over to check the poster,the next time anyone in their group would have match would be the next week.
He went to his room and lay down on his bed,his roommate was not in the room,he recalled that Aviva,Evette and Kyle were having their matches next week.
He was going to watch Freya's match tomorrow and Luka's match was before Kyle's match.
The finale against the ten winners were in the fourth week and the the results would be announced on the last day,he was having his match in the third week,he was gonna have his ass handed to him on that day,he didn't have an ability so how was he going to fight.
"Don't worry Jude,you'll cross the bridge when you get to the river" he comforted himself as he slept.
