Havila booked a hotel room and went upstairs to take a shower. She rested for a few hours and got bored, so she decided to go downstairs and ask for a computer. She strolled along the way, and everyone who passed her turned to look back at the beautiful lady. She didn't know how far she walked, but she found herself in a bar, so she decided to drown her sorrows in alcohol today, and the next day, she will start afresh.
She was not the type to ruin her life over a breakup. Their betrayal just hurt her. She still had a small affection for her uncle, as she knew the pair of mother and daughter had instigated all these. The uncle was blinded by greed, and that man, Georgia, had already forgotten about him. That nameless grandpa already gave her the will to live; she will not destroy her life anymore. She sat at the bar counter and downed drink after drink.
She always has a high alcohol tolerance, but today, because of her emotions, she was overdrunk, and she started to feel dizzy. There was a burly man in the bar, and seeing a beautiful lady all drunk, he went forward and groped her. Seeing her immobile, he wanted to fondle her peaches, and the moment his hand went near the girl's dress, the girl flung him over her shoulders and threw him down, then stepped on him with her stilettos.
The man was so scared that he berated his comrade, "What are you waiting for? Take her down." The comrades came in full swing and wanted to pin Havila down all at once. Georgia was also in the bar, and so was Kevelsky; they were both watching her, ready to assist at any time. Havila, still with her eyes closed, tied her loose hair into a bun, then tied her sling bag around her waist and got ready. The burly man thought she wanted to flee and smacked his lips mockingly, "My my, now you know what fear is, and you want to flee? Nobody runs away from this, mister."
Immediately after his voice fell, a bellowing voice from one of his men shocked everyone. They looked over and saw him being twisted at the arm by Havila, and he was all covered up in sweat. The burly man was also startled. He then ordered his goons, "Get her over here, all of you. Whoever manages to take her down will receive a reward and an increment from me." Upon hearing about the reward, they all charged towards her at once.
Havila, still eyes closed, stood in a karate position to enable her to use her listening senses well. She already knew fighting these guys was inevitable, so she got serious. Fighting was one of her fortes and was also one of the basic skills one had to master before going for undercover operations. She always came first in all the academy drills. She was very agile and had sturdy muscles, too. I can only say it is those bullies' bad day to provoke the demigod when she was down. All her rage was vented on them.
Within fifteen minutes, all six men were lying down, crying in agony; some with broken noses, others with broken teeth. The burly man suffered the heaviest blow and fainted due to pain. The onlookers whistled and applauded the beautiful lady, but she did not care at all. She opened her mouth to say something, and even before speaking, her arm was grabbed by a firm hand. Then she heard a worried voice asking, " Havi, are you okay?" She recognized the voice but decided to ignore it.
Keveelsky, who had also stood up to assist, sat back down, witnessing the scene. His male companion was shocked because this was the first time this friend of his had shown concern for a woman. He teased him, "I was just about to go, but who knew you would be faster than me? Too bad that guy got to her first. What a shame, he was ignored just like that? Maybe you could still have a chance if you went now." Kevelsky ignored all his ramblings and told him, "She is my grandfather's benefactor."
The boy replied excitedly, "That gives me even enough reason to woo her. You already have your benefactor, you can't have your grandfather's one too. That's why I have to step in. Whoa! What a beauty! The moment his voice fell, he received a deadly glare; he cowed and gulped nervously. Everybody in town knew Kevelsky was not one to be offended, especially knowingly. The friend prayed to Mother Mary silently, and that is when the glare was removed from him.
He commented seriously, "Looks like she already got her knight in shining armor." No sooner than his voice fell, they heard another painful voice cursing, " fuck you, Havi, you broke my nose!" Havila gave him a dazzling smile and then sauntered towards the door. She turned and told the bartender, pointing towards the 'victims' of her wrath, "Make sure they pay for all the damages today." She then disappeared. The bartender was first captivated by the beauty's melodic voice, which sounded nice to the ears. Noticing all the ayes on him, he replied and made a salute, "Yes, ma'am."
Georgie called Clarinda's number and told her to bring him a doctor. He was still seething in anger because he was ignored; he even forgot about the cause of his broken nose. Clarinda reached his location faster, and this made him frown. He didn't know that he was being tailed by his girlfriend, and therefore, she saw everything that happened a moment ago and was still fuming in jealousy. When she received his call, she pouted and said to herself, " he still has his conscience intact to remember to call his girlfriend when hurt."
She took him out of the bar and drove away. The boy beside Kevelsky saw everything clearly and was shocked. "Was that not Havila's cousin? That dude is sure lucky. He wants to eat from both plates." Keveelsky looked at him and asked, "You know her?" The boy nodded and said," Who doesn't know the most beautiful woman in our country, according to statistics now. The girl just now is her cousin, so I'm shocked because everyone knows that the beauty has been in a relationship with that 'moron' for over six years now."
Keveelsky felt something stab his heart; it wasn't physical, but it was real. He has never experienced something like this before. He slipped away from the boy silently and got out of the bar using the private back door. He roamed without a destination in mind, and after five minutes, he spotted a lonely, tiny figure lying in one of the public seats. He was shocked and went ahead to check. He noticed that the girl was fast asleep and was amazed by how she could sleep anywhere without care. Could it be that she still had those suicidal thoughts his grandfather talked about?
He removed his coat and covered her; she snuggled in the coat and continued sleeping soundly as she felt warm. Keveelsky was looking at her with warmth he didn't even know he had in his eyes. Even Tamar had never been looked at in this way before. He picked her up, took her to his car, and drove away. Then the problem came afterwards because he didn't know the lady's residence. He stroked her back gently and asked, "Where do you live?"
The girl snuggled into his chest, and a faint and familiar smell made her relax. She answered unconsciously, "I don't know, I can't remember, it's a hotel. Ah, why can't I remember? Am I dead?" Then she tried to struggle out of Keveelsky's embrace. He held her tightly and told the driver to take them to his condo. Not even his family knew about this place; it was a private place only he knew about. I guess he did not expect to take a girl to his home one day, so he chose a private place with no servants to save her reputation and his.
When they arrived, he immediately placed her on the bed. The girl smiled satisfactorily, which entranced Kevelsky. He made way for the door with red ears. Before he got out, he heard her mumble something, so he went back and put his ear near her mouth. Still eyes closed, she hugged him tightly and she continued mumbling, " handsome stranger, be strong, handsome stranger, don't pass out, I will cross the boundary then save you two. Wait for me, okay?"
Keveelsky was so shocked that he continued hugging the girl absentmindedly. Those are the same words that were spoken to him when he was saved back then. How come she dreams about it? Wait a minute, that voice was very similar to that of the little girl back then, and what is she saying about saving the two of them? Who was the other person? This was the only difference in her statement. When he tried recalling the past, he had a headache and started shaking all over. In her sleep, Havila could feel him shaking, so she repeated the same words.
Noticing him shaking harder, she comforted him and said, "Don't be afraid, this beautiful maiden will save you. " Her words worked like magic, and he calmed down and came back to his senses. He knew that he still had past trauma, and this was the main reason he agreed to marry Tamar, as she could calm him down. It was a subconscious dependence because of the trauma back then. Now, another woman with the same words made him feel even calmer, and he couldn't help having mixed emotions.
After calming his emotions, he tried to remove his hands from the girls' but she clutched it harder and said "Don't you dare get lost again. I came back with help and found that someone had taken you and that unconscious girl away. I searched everywhere but couldn't find you, please don't leave again okay?" it was too heart wrenching that even the cold -hearted kevelsky pitied her. He hugged her until she fell asleep. He went to take a shower, and to his shock, his little dragon was all awake, excited after the intimate hug he gave the girl.
He had never reacted before, even when hugging Tamar, and it even reached a point where he thought he had problems down there. He was excited at the same time, angry because that thing couldn't rest in front of a drunk girl he wasn't very familiar with. He thought about everything that the girl said while drunk and contemplated for a long time, "How did she know the exact words Tamar said when she rescued me? There were two people, who was the other unconscious girl?" He felt very confused about everything now.
