Chapter 1 - 1: The first student I met was not Rin

August 18, 2022.

A serious car accident occurred in the X City, drawing widespread social attention...

One of the victims was a Sensei at XX Middle School...

"Clank-clank~ Clank-clank~"

"...Ugh..."

As the rhythmic sound of a train echoed, the man slowly opened his eyes. However, for some reason, his eyelids felt unbearably heavy. Even the figure sitting opposite him on the train appeared blurry.

What's going on? Didn't I die in a car accident?

The thought surfaced in his hazy mind.

"Sensei."

A soft, yet frail, female voice reached his ears.

"I'm sorry... It's all my fault. I was too reckless... I didn't listen to your advice... And now, this is the result."

What... is this?

The man, now addressed as "Sensei," was utterly confused.

Sensei? And this voice—could it be...?!

His body felt unnaturally heavy, making it impossible to open his eyes fully and see the girl speaking to him.

"I finally understand now," the girl continued, her voice trembling. "Every choice you made at every critical moment... it was always the best possible one."

In his blurry vision, the girl struggled to keep her posture straight, though her body seemed on the verge of collapsing.

"It may be selfish of me, but I have one last request—"

"Please... guide this world toward the right future."

Blue Archive...!?

Is this a dream? Did I actually arrive in Kivotos?

As a dedicated Blue Archive player, he instantly recognized the girl speaking to him—the President of the General Student Council(GSC).

But... was this real? Or just a beautiful illusion before death?

"Forgive me," the girl's voice grew fainter, "even now, hope feels so distant... but I still believe in you, Sensei. I know you can do it... And so, I offer myself for this chance..."

"Sensei... This is your last opportunity... Please, you must—"

Her voice faded into nothingness. And then, his consciousness slipped away.

"...Ugh..."

Slowly, Sensei's eyes fluttered open.

He found himself lying on a grassy field in a park. The gentle rustling of trees, the vibrant colors of flowers, and the cheerful chirping of birds filled the air with life.

"You're finally awake?"

A voice called out.

Before him stood a petite girl with long, wavy white hair.

Her curled horns shimmered with glowing purple patterns. She wore a military-style uniform with a draped overcoat, her legs wrapped in thigh-high stockings and knee-high boots of deep violet.

Her waist bore a set of devilish wings, and she wielded an MG42 machine gun as tall as she was, colored in shades of black and purple. Above her head, an extravagant glowing halo pulsed with energy.

Hina?!

"!!!"

A surge of adrenaline shot through Sensei as he sprang to his feet, shaking off the dirt and grass clinging to his clothes.

Then, with both hands, he smacked his own cheeks—hard.

"Ow! That hurt!"

The pain confirmed the truth.

This was no dream.

He had been reincarnated into Kivotos.

Ahhh!!! Finally, I'm free from that soul-crushing, paperwork-ridden teaching job! HAHAHAHA!!!

The sheer excitement was impossible to suppress, radiating from his face and movements.

"...Um..."

The white-haired girl tilted her head slightly, watching his bizarre behavior.

"Are you okay?"

Ohhhhhh! It's Hina! It's really her! That head tilt is so cute!!!

Seeing her innocent reaction, Sensei felt his heart melt. His face flushed red with excitement.

"Hahaha, I-I'm fine! Really! Perfectly fine!"

"...Strange person."

Hina furrowed her brow slightly.

"No halo... and yet you're just lying here so casually..."

"Ah, my apologies for being rude."

Now that he had calmed down, Sensei began piecing things together.

First question—why was he lying in a park? And why was it Hina who found him?

Logically, he should've appeared in the General Student Council headquarters, where Rin would introduce him to Kivotos.

"Um... Miss," Sensei cautiously avoided calling her by name.

"Could you tell me where we are?"

"Hmm?" Hina eyed him with suspicion.

"You don't know? This is Gehenna Academy territory."

So that's it.

Now fully composed, Sensei grasped his situation.

Something must have gone wrong during the transfer. Instead of arriving at the General Student Council, he had been dropped into Gehenna's jurisdiction, where Hina found him during her patrol.

Several other Disciplinary Committee members stood behind her as well.

But honestly?

Given the choice between Rin's strict, no-nonsense demeanor and Hina's petite yet commanding presence...

Yeah, he'd take Hina any day.

Because in his previous life—

Sensei was a devoted loli-connoisseur.

Now, free from the constraints of reality, the desires he had long suppressed were stirring back to life.

"So, who exactly are you?" Hina questioned.

"Uh..."

Sensei tried to recall his name.

But whether due to the accident or something else, he couldn't remember it at all.

He only knew one thing—

He was "Sensei."

"Apologies, but I only remember being called Sensei. The only thing I know is that I need to reach the General Student Council and meet with their Chief Executive. But... I seem to be lost."

"Sensei...?"

Hina paused.

Then, as if piecing something together, she gave a small nod.

"I see. I've heard some rumors... but I never expected the person in those rumors to show up in Gehenna."

And then—

She politely bowed.

"Let me formally introduce myself, Sensei."

"I am Takanashi Hina, Chairwoman of the Gehenna Disciplinary Committee. Please, just call me Hina."

SO CUTE!!!

As a proud Hina-only stan in Blue Archive, seeing her in person was almost too much for Sensei to handle.

Perhaps it was the emotional suppression of his past life, or the sheer joy of meeting his favorite character—

Either way, he was so damn happy.

"Then, Sensei," Hina smiled gently.

"Allow Gehenna's Disciplinary Committee to escort you to the General Student Council."

"Eh? Are you sure? You seem busy with other matters..."

"It's fine. Since it's you, I believe it's worth a slight detour."

"...Hina..."

Warmth flooded Sensei's chest.

Was this... what love felt like?

"Thank you!""This is what I should do, Sensei."

After that, Hina made a call, then hung up after a brief conversation and gestured for the Sensei to follow.

A few minutes later, a black luxury sedan arrived. Inside the car sat a blue-haired girl, whose blue eyes showed a slight change in expression upon seeing the adult.

Amau Ako.

The Sensei was quite familiar with this blue-haired girl—Amau Ako, an Executive Officer of the Disciplinary Committee.

Though honestly, he had zero interest in this girl with side-boobs, her personality in-game had always been... well, let's just say "guard dog of the Head Prefect."

As Ako stepped out of the car, Hina spoke to her."Ako, take the Sensei to the General Student Council Headquarters."

"Chairman, are you sure you want to send this adult to the General Student Council?!" Ako still looked puzzled. "If this adult really is the Sensei, then why not just...?"

"Ako, I've already made my decision," Hina cut her off firmly. "And we can't do that."

"O-okay..."

After replying to Hina in a reluctant tone, Ako turned her gaze toward the Sensei.

Her expression was incredibly unfriendly, like a blue-haired guard dog baring its fangs at a stranger.

"Hello, Ako. I'll be in your care from now on."

Despite her hostility, the Sensei still greeted her politely.

"Oh." Ako's response was cold and indifferent.

Just then, Hina's phone rang.

"Hello... the Gourmet Research Society? Alright, I understand."

After hanging up, Hina apologized to the Sensei."Sorry, Sensei. I have something else to take care of, so I can't accompany you to the General Student Council Headquarters."

"No, just the fact that you were willing to help me upon our first meeting is already something I'm very grateful for."

After bidding farewell to Hina, the Sensei and Ako sat in the back of the car, both staring out the window. The atmosphere was slightly awkward.

They remained silent for quite some time.

"Sensei."

"Hmm?"

The Sensei turned to see Ako with a seemingly kind expression.

"Ever since I first saw you, you've been ogling the chairman with that lecherous gaze." Ako smiled menacingly. "Even if the chairman doesn't mind, I advise you not to make any moves on her... otherwise—"

Her smile darkened instantly as she made a throat-slitting gesture with her right hand.

"Ahaha..." Sensei couldn't help but break into a cold sweat.

It seemed like Ako didn't have a great first impression of him...

Sure, Hina was cute. Back in his past life, the Sensei was a devoted fan of hers. But to say he had any thoughts of romanticizing her toward her... he doesn't know.

After all, in the past life, he had been a working Sensei stuck in a two-point-one-line routine (home to work and back). Just dealing with work and daily life was exhausting enough, and all the free time had been spent either sleeping in or playing games. He had absolutely no energy for dating or relationships.

This was something his parents had constantly worried about.

With no experience in romance, the Sensei simply chose to remain silent.

...

A While Later – General Student Council Headquarters

"I already understand the reason for your serious visit to the General Student Council."

In the grand hall stood a sharp-eared girl with flowing black hair. Her neatly tailored white uniform outlined her curvy figure. She looked at the four girls in front of her with a calm gaze.

"Miss Rin, if you already understand the situation, then why haven't you taken action yet?! Isn't the General Student Council supposed to have the highest authority?!"

Among the four girls, one with blue twin tails, a white jacket, and a black dress carried an pair of black SIG MPXs. Her blue eyes were filled with frustration.

"Thousands of academy districts have already fallen into chaos! Just a few days ago, our Millennium Academy's wind power plant was blown up by a bunch of troublemakers!"

Next, a light-brown-haired girl wearing glasses, red gloves, and carrying a black Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer pistol stepped forward, getting straight to the point.

"According to the information we've received, some of the students who were suspended by the Correction Bureau have escaped."

"That's right. Delinquents(Sukeban) like gang members and helmet-wearing thugs have been attacking ordinary students and disrupting normal classes. Maintaining order at Trinity Academy alone has become a huge challenge, not to mention the smaller academies."

The one speaking this time was a white-haired, red-eyed girl in a light gray uniform.

After she finished, the last girl—a tall one with long black hair, wearing a sailor uniform—stepped forward. Her red eyes locked onto Rin.

"Administrator Rin, the illegal circulation of tanks, helicopters, and other unidentified military arms has increased by over 2000%. If this continues, the entire Kivotos school system will be thrown into complete disorder."

"..."

Rin remained silent for a moment before letting out a helpless sigh.

"Miss Rin, the situation is this dire—what is the General Student Council President doing? Why hasn't she shown up in so long? Take us to see her immediately!"

The blue twin-tailed girl urged Rin impatiently.

"We need an explanation from the General Student Council President!"

Rin was quiet for a few moments, took a deep breath, and then said with a bitter expression:

"I'll be straightforward. The General Student Council President is not in the headquarters building. She has been missing for the past few days."

"Missing?!"

The four girls' expressions showed shock before they quickly composed themselves.

"Without the President, the highest administrative authority, Sanctum Tower, is inaccessible. The General Student Council has completely lost its ability to govern. To this day, we haven't found a practical solution."

Rin's words made the girls inhale sharply.

"So there's currently no way to regain administrative control?"

The tall, long-haired girl spoke first.

"Originally, we had a solution," Rin said, her expression complicated. "But we don't know where he is now."

"He?" The steel-blue-haired girl looked at Rin in confusion. "Who is he?"

"He is the one personally designated by the General Student Council President. People call him 'Sensei.'"

Sensei?!

At that word, everyone in the room suddenly felt a strange sense of familiarity.

"Could he be an adult?" The light-brown-haired girl couldn't help but ask.

"So, what you're saying is that Administrator Rin wants us to mobilize our academies' forces to find this Sensei?"

The tall, long-haired girl immediately caught onto the key point.

"That's right, Miss Hasumi." Rin nodded. "And actually, this matter—"

"The Sensei you're looking for has already been brought here by Gehenna's Disciplinary Committee."

With that voice, Ako walked in, leading the Sensei into the room.

"Ako?! Why are you here?!" The light-brown-haired girl was momentarily stunned, then turned to the Sensei. "Huh? Is this really Sensei?!"

The other girls also displayed varying degrees of surprise.

"Hello, students."

Looking at the students he had once seen in the game, the Sensei couldn't help but feel a natural sense of familiarity.

"I am the Sensei assigned to Kivotos. Please take care of me."
