Chapter 1 - PROLOGUE

"Clang!", "Thang!" these sounds emanated across the battlefield - a ruined city, desolate even. Buildings worn and torn, roads upheaved, and the even the sky darkened at the sight laid.

Down below, we see five streaks of light moving rapidly through the landscape. Red, green, gold, and white. It seemed the first three were attacking the last.

Three of the streaks shot away, crashing into one of the buildings; the building crumbling under the pressure.

Emerging from the rubble was a figure. Panting slighty, he wiped the blood running down his face with an armored hand. His knightly attire, broken in some places, showcasing various wounds. But a determined fire burned in his eyes, accompanied by a wide grin.

Two more figures emerged from the rubble. One with curly green hair and eyes, his face though dirty, still showed outline of freckles on his face.

The other, more rugged and gruff, grunted. His blood red eyes glaring, and his brown spilt hair standing out.

The white streak dissipated, showcasing a man. He stood in the air like a god had descended to judge the mortals for their sins. His long white hair shine brilliantly, a white halo shone above his head. But what stood out the most was the large wheel attached to his back, and what looked like 9 stones of various colors, rounding it.

The figure looked down at the three, an amused look, almost like he was looking down at ants. "Why persist. It's so...futile. Do you truly believe you can stop me. Your determination is just a mask of fear that I see. You fight me, knowing that victory is not possible...why?" He asked, his eyes gazing at the heroes.

The middle figure stepped forward, his eyes shinning in stubborn defiance. "That's the heart of a hero, we don't give up. You who thinks of himself as a god will fall, because that's man, we are stubborn." He said, ending it with a grin.

"And you can shove your question up your ass and die." The other figure with red eyes spoke, bringing his hands forward, explosions emanating from them threateningly.

"That's right, as long as our hearts are still beating, we won't give up." He said, green lightning crackling from him.

The figure paused, a small chuckle escaped his lips as it curled up in mild amusement. "Is that so. Never giving up, how...foolish" a scowl maring his face, "One's mercy can't go long for so long. If it is death you want, it is death you shall have." He said, his eyes shining white as he rose higher in the air.

The figure in green crouched slightly lower, green lightning cackled around his figure. The one with red eyes grinned in mad excitement, mini-explosions in his fists.

The third figure walked forward, flexing the dust off his armor, walking confidently to the other streaks. A golden aura started to shine from him, constructing and layering over his armor. A golden cape fluttered at his back, and a crown rested gently on his head. A sword in his right hand and a shield in his left.

The three dashed at the figure, they're determination evident to stop the figure.

A/N: Hello people, this is my second fanfiction. Have had this idea for over a year, was too excited not to write it down, so here we are.

Of course as always, tell me your thoughts and feelings on the chapter and I do hope you're as excited as I am for what to come next.

Throw some stones while you're at it.

Stay blessed 🙏
