On the night of the fire that ravages Fuyuki City and changes Shirou Emiya’s fate, a mysterious extraterrestrial entity enters his body at the very moment Kiritsugu Emiya saves him from the rubble. This entity, named Raphael, the Grand Sage, is a consciousness resembling an analytical and guiding system. To protect his host’s fragile mind, Raphael seals the memories of the last twelve hours Shirou experienced, erasing everything that happened that night from his memory. Years later, Shirou discovers the presence of this entity within his mind. Guided by Raphael, he begins to uncover his abilities and perceives the world and magic in a way completely different from what would have naturally happened. Yet, this unexpected power could also divert him from the destiny he was meant to follow. Between ideals, forgotten secrets, and influences from beyond, Shirou must carve his own path — and decide what kind of hero he will become in this new timeline.
