Kevin and Loretta continue watching the movie towards the end of the movie Loretta had gotten so scared once again that she hide her face in Kevin's shoulder and fell asleep.
At first, Kevin did not notice she was sleeping. "The scene is safe now," Kevin said out of habit he expected her to sit upright and continue watching but no movement came from her.
Kevin glanced at her, her head had tilted slightly toward him, her eyes closed.
She was asleep, he stared at her for several seconds. He could not understand why she would fall asleep in-between a movie.
He had expected her to wake up after a few minutes. Instead, she remained completely still, breathing quietly as the movie continued in the background.
Kevin lowered his iPad, he considered waking her. She had only recently regained consciousness after spending more than a month in a coma. The doctor had repeatedly warned that she needed enough rest and that her body would take time to recover.
