LAYER 17: PAST
"In the days of the noble Kingdom of France... there was a king. The time came when the kingdom with which they had the best relations declared war on them. The king decided to seek reconciliation, but to no avail. The day of battle arrived, and the king stood at the forefront. They won the battle and celebrated the victory. The king went home and lay down in bed to sleep and shake off the day's fatigue. But he was awakened by a loud explosion. He looked outside and noticed something crashing rapidly from the air to the ground. He went to see what it was and realized it was a tiny stone, shimmering in shades of purple and light blue. As he tried to look closer, the stone jumped on him and lodged itself in his chest. Before he could even understand what was happening, he was teleported to the throne room of a palace where yellow was the predominant color. The person on the throne asked the king his name. The king replied, "Eloi." "And I am Granq." said the person on the throne. "What do you think I look like?" he asked. The king was astonished, and before he could ask what was happening, Eloi said, "You look like me. Like a French king." Granq began to explain what had happened. He spoke of Tes, Baz, Boluk, the Tenerasls... Then he called the knight he knew the best and explained everything. He said that the Eternal Tes had finally found an owner. Eloi and the knight met and agreed. And Granq continued to clarify the unanswered questions. (...)
LAYER 18: INFINITY
The Tes of Infinity was a Tes containing 7 different Tes. Eloi's mind was going back to his kingdom but since he couldn't return, he created a new Tenerasl. A new kingdom. He named it Werteron. He formed a council and sent the Tes within the Tes of Infinity to Evoren, except for one. The knight was very eager for the Tes of Nothingness. As time passed, the knight's relationship with Granq deteriorated, and he wanted to become even stronger and regain his former position, blaming Eloi for the rift. Therefore, he harbored a great hatred towards him. A great grudge. He took the Tes of Nothingness, equipped it, and the transformation began. It turned into a dark purple color. While the transformation was halfway through, his hatred manifested itself and he attacked Eloi. Eloi didn't understand what was happening and didn't retaliate. The transformation was complete, and the knight's level of grudge ravaged his level of will. Eloi, sensing the level of grudge, didn't want to take any risks and sent the enraged knight out of the universe, to Boluk. He told Granq about it, and Granq explained what had happened. The Tes of Nothingness was the most difficult Tes to use. Because of the void within it, it possessed the darkest emotion and shaped itself accordingly. Then they created a new Tes of Nothingness and gathered the members of the Werteron council. Time passed, and it was discovered that an unauthorized Tenerasl had been created within Boluk. It was a universe with a purple atmosphere, dry trees, and muddy wetlands. This universe was Kortania..." Jamz was writhing in pain. He didn't know what to do in the face of what he had heard. "As you can see, Jamz... even a Sard like Zars couldn't tame the Tes of Nothingness... Your anger at me for killing Felix... Your thoughts while absorbing the Tes of Nothingness... Even your current despair is suicidal... What happened to Zars will happen to you too... What will you do, Jamz?" Vahura concludes. (...)
