LAYER 23: ELEMENT
Eloi teleports to his throne and says, "Luna, go to Kortania. Jamz is waiting for you." Luna nods and opens a portal and leaves. After a while, she arrives at the castle gate and sees Jamz with his own armor. Jamz smiles. "Let's go, Luna." he says. Luna smiles uncontrolably and stands beside Jamz. "Yeah..." she says. They enter the castle. They run to the throne room. "Are there no soldiers?" Luna asks. Jamz replies, "Let's be careful." They see a long but short staircase leading to the throne room. They proceed and see a large, dark figure. Sensing it to be Kort, they take a defensive stance. Kort splits into five figures: one with a red bandage over his eyes, one with a red "X" over his mouth, one with red liquid dripping from his ears, one with a red sphere over his nose, and one with fully red skin. Not a single word comes out of their mouths. Luna tells Jamz what Pusgurt told her. Jamz attacks, gets deflected, parries attacks, realizes he can't do 5 against 2, and says, "Let me show you what I learned in Jilid!" Jamz's mutant arm instantly turns bright blue, and then the color gets even lighter. He lunges forward, freezing the one whose ears are on fire. Luna understands but still asks, "What did you do?" Jamz fights them all at once. He's not only using each Tes within his Tes of Blood with complete control, but also combining and using the powers of the Tes together. "Furoy told me this arm is filled with a special kind of gluttony. Because of this, every Tes owner I absorb with this arm becomes a weapon I can use. In Jilid, I learned to separate my Tes, just like Eloi did. It's just a matter of making deals with the Temserals. It's quite easy... That way, I can give them to people and absorb the ones I choose," Jamz says. Suddenly, the Korts stop and retreat. The one with an "X" on his mouth says, "We are Vulkooddat." with a thick, distorted voice, he continued, "We possess the Tes of Sense. Haerdon's burning heart and Garu's invincible armor... No one loves Vahura because of how weak he fights... But even if all have been surpassed, you cannot surpass me, Vulkooddat. Now listen carefully, mortal...!" (...)
LAYER 24: SENSORY
"The Tes of Sensory consists of five different senses: Taste, Feel, See, Hear, and Smell. The Taste sense tastes everything that has a taste, and everything that doesn't, the Feel can feel everything that can be felt, and everything that can't, the See can see everything that has an image, and everything that doesn't, the Hear can hear everything that can be heard, and everything that can't, the Smell can smell everything that has a smell and everything that doesn't. I, as the first member of the Kortania council, the first Kortan, will bury your will deep in the ground!" Vulkooddat concludes, and attacks. Jamz is confused. A storm rages in his mind. Vulkooddat is attacking from five different directions. Jamz tries to keep track of the power of all of them while simultaneously struggling to fight five at once. He is strong, but not fast. Luna can only watch. Jamz runs, is chased, and tries to find an opening. The battle moves to the sky. Jamz calls out to Luna and begins to develop tactics with his portals. But Luna stops, falls to the ground, and Jamz glances at her to understand what happened, his attention momentarily distracted. He is knocked to the ground with a single punch. Vulkooddat descends. Jamz looks at Luna with a defeated expression. Vulkooddat says, "You are a fool, mere mortal.You thought I would reveal my power like that Vahura idiot. But I filled your mind with random information, confusing you. And you didn't even suspect... Don't worry. I will bring about your death, in a manner befitting your glory, using my seal..." In an instant, Luna, Jamz, and Vulkooddat all fall through portals that appear beneath their feet into a black sea. They float without drowning or struggling. The sea disappears, replaced by a cosmic realm. Luna rises and, with a male voice, says, "Welcome... Seal of Space: The Unknown Edge of Space..." Jamz says, "Who the hell are you?!" weakly. The man then takes a large star, collides it with a planet, and the resulting explosion transforms it into a giant, twisted sword. "The name given to me is... Apollo... I am the Temseral of Space." LAYER 25: SPACE
Both Jamz and Vulkooddat are astonished. Before Vulkooddat can utter the words, "THE SEAL OF THE SENSE: THE SIXTH S-" Apollo lunges forward, splitting the one with the bandaged eye in two and burning to death. Vulkooddat's movements change. He attacks the right place, but there's a slowness, as if he can't see. Apollo instantly understands the situation and kills the one with red ears first, then the one with bright red skin, in the same way. The remaining two panic and start thrashing around. Apollo kills the remaining two in the same way and closes the seal. Portals take Jamz and Apollo to the surface, to where the throne room should be. But there is neither a throne nor Zars. Instead, there is a hole in the back wall where the throne should be. Jamz stands up and asks, "Is Zars not here?" Apollo walks towards the hole without even opening his mouth. Jamz, though hesitant, follows him. Inside the hole... It resembles a winding, downhill tunnel, more black than purple. They walks down and down in silence. Finally, they encounter a vast open space. A circular dungeon, surrounded by small prisons containing the corpses of Evors. In the center stands a Kort, the most purple of all, almost the size of the dungeon, with an incredibly long neck, scales, wings, lizard-like arms, and spider legs... In front of him are three figures, barely visible through their spider legs; a tall, thin Kort, a short, stocky Kort, and a gleaming Kort. The giant Kort speaks in a piercing, chilling, thick, but raspy voice. "What do you mean the The Lord of Blood Kortania completely overthrew the council!? What the hell were you three doing then!?" he says angrily. The men's words are unintelligible, but their movements indicate that the gleaming Kort is the leader of the trio. Jamz closes his eyes, focuses, and reaches Furoy. He returns to the dark room. There is a table and two chairs next to the wall. Furoy enters, sits in a chair, and asks, "What do you want, Jamz? Power? Tactics? Ease? Revenge...?" But Jamz's answer surprises Furoy. (...)
LAYER 26: EVERYTHING
"I want all of it, Furoy. All of it... Even though my main desire is revenge, I also want power. Power is a necessary factor on my path to revenge. I want tactics. Power alone isn't enough; tactics are also a necessary factor. I want ease. I'm just a human... All this power and tactics aren't things I can keep in mind. Ease is also a necessary factor... Jamz walks up to Furoy and stands beside him, trying to sink in, "And most importantly, you. By possessing all of these, you are my most important factor. Aren't we together in this, Furoy?" Finishing his sentence, Jamz extends his hand to Furoy. Furoy shakes Jamz's hand and says, "This will be the last time, Jamz. Remember that..." Jamz releases Furoy's hand, turns towards the door Furoy came through, and says, "This won't be my last time, don't worry." Furoy rises, exits through Jamz's gate, the doors close, and Furoy enters the battlefield one last time... "Well, how are you doing, Kosmawa?" Furoy says, looking at Apollo. Apollo turns to him and says, "I'm rusty. But I'm dying to kill that damn traitor and get rid of that rust." Furoy says, "I was a traitor too, remember?" Apollo replies, "You left without killing anyone. You tried but failed. But he's still committing murders. There's a difference." Apollo says, "I'll announce the start of the war. I'll be back soon." and opens a portal, but Furoy's plans are different. His grudge reaches its peak. He attacks Apollo, but Apollo's quick reflexes save him. "I understood from your level of grduge..." he says. Furoy replies, "I'll save every single one of you, don't worry, Kosmawa." and steps behind him. The fighting intensifies. At that moment, the giant Kort and the Korts standing in front of him look in that direction because of the level of grudge emanating from Furoy. "WHAT'S HAPPENING IN MY SECRET BASE!" shouts the giant Kort. The three Korts disappear, Apollo and Furoy watch the giant Kort, who extends his long neck to give them a close look; although his head is the same as a human's, his face is only marked with large holes. "The Lord of Blood... I will give you what you deserve... Death!" he says, and reaching out his arm, he grabs Furoy. Furoy struggles helplessly... (...)
