What she saw was Jay in Roman's office on a Tuesday afternoon sitting across the desk looking at something on his phone, and Roman across from him working, and the particular ease of two people in a room who were comfortable in a way that only comes from knowing each other well enough to not perform anything.
She mentioned it to Ben that afternoon.
