On February 19th, at Hattiesburg High School, at 6:50 pm, a Teen stands alone as 4 teenagers surround him, each looking stronger than the last. The Teen swings his bat upwards from the ground then points it at one of them.
"What do you all want..? I gotta get home before my mom to make her dinner.."
The teenagers ball up their first and each gets into their own individual stances. As they get into their stances, They yell out towards the Teen.
"We're here to beat your ass! You don't remember us!?"
The Teen scratches his neck as he waves his bat around.
"Uhhhh... Not really? Are you those dudes from that anime convention 2 weeks ago?"
The leader of the teenagers looks directly into the Teen's eyes. He then became visibly irritated and shouted loudly.
"No, You Jackass! We're the dudes you fought back in 9th Grade, Kaden Young!"
Kaden later scratches his head and then gasps.
"Ohhhh. You're those dickheads I had beaten up cause y'all were making fun of me!"
He later puts the bat onto his shoulders and starts to walk away from the other teens. He then opens his mouth.
"Y'all might wanna leave me alone this time. I got an upgrade on my bat, and I don't mind cavin' some skulls in."
The Leader of the teens lunges at Kaden and throws a punch towards him.
"Take this, you shit stained fuckhead!"
Kaden turns and spins his bat into The Leader's arm, breaking it in the process. He later jumps up and spin kicks the Leader in the face. Kaden lands then turns towards the other teens.
"Who's.. next?.."
The other 4 teens look at Kaden as he begins to walk off again. They later all rushed towards him. One grabs Kaden from the back as the others walk in front of him. One of them towering Kaden at a whopping 6'6". The other at a more similar height, being 5'9.
"What's your names again?.. Fi Fo Fuckhead andddd Rumblestilshit?.."
The 2 look at each other and the taller one jabs Kaden's gut, causing Kaden to cough violently.
"My name.."
He jabs his gut again.
"Is.."
He winds up his punch and lands his final jab directly into Kaden's chest. Kaden lets out multiple coughs then throws up.
"Dylan.."
The shorter one looks at Kaden as he throws up. He grabs Kaden by his dreads and lifts his head up.
"Wakey Wakey, Youngster!"
He stares Kaden in the eyes. As he stares at him, Kaden spits in his eye.
"Fuck you.."
Kaden breaks through the hold and kicks the one behind him. He grabs onto his bat and smashes it into Dylan's face. The one closer to his height runs at him and starts throwing left hooks towards him. Kaden thrusts his bat into his fist.
"AHHH!!!"
As the shorter one screamed, Kaden jumped up, spun around, then kicked him in the face. Kaden puts his bat on his shoulder then walked off.
"Next time, bring more dumbasses for me to fuck up.."
As he walks off he coughs violently, and with each cough he slows down. He continuously walks whilst he holds his stomach with his left arm and holds his bat with his right. With each step he takes, he limps slightly.
"Shit.. Why does this hurt so much.."
Kaden coughs more as his breath becomes smaller and more shallow.

As Kaden walked, he managed to get to his friend's house. He limped towards the door and knocked weakly.
"Ahmad.. Let me in.. Please..."
The door began to creep open after a couple of seconds, but before it could fully open, Kaden fell to the ground. Ahmad caught him while trying to scream out his name as soon as he saw Kaden fall to the ground.
"KADEN!?"
Kaden looks up at Ahmad as his eyes forcefully closed..

The sunlight flares upon Kaden's closed eyes, dust motes illuminating in the air as he laid in bed. He opened his eyes slightly, then looked around the room he was in.
"Is this.. Ahmad's room..?"
He raises his body slightly as he feels a sharp pain in his chest.
"Fuck!.. My.. Chest.."
He flops back down onto the bed, still feeling the pain in his chest, but it felt like it died down slightly. He grabs onto the side of the bed he was on and tries to lift himself up. He groaned loudly in pain.
"AUGHHHH... AHMAD..!!"
He hears steps rushing towards the room he's in. Ahmad's girlfriend walks through the door and helps Kaden up from the bed.
"Thanks Chrissy.. I really appreciate it.."
She looks at him as he helps him up.
"What happened!? You sound like you got hit by 2 big buff black guys!?"
He tries to chuckle but ends up coughing in the process.
"You should see the other guys!.. Where's my bat.."
She walks him out the door of Ahmad's room and takes him to the living room.
"Your bat is next to the entryway.. Why are you so worried about it..?"
He coughs whilst trying to chuckle again.
"It's my bat.. of course I'm worried about it.. You can take me to the door and I'll go with my bat.."
She looks at him and takes him to the living room.
"This isn't the entryway's door.. I know this cause I can't see my bat anywhere..!"
She looked her nose down at him, narrowing her eyes as she let out a sharp breath of disgust.
"You're injured.. You need to rest and eat.. So, I'll be sitting you on the couch and making you breakfast."
He looks at her then looks around.
"Where's Ahmad.."
She stares at him in confusion.
"That was random.. Why do you ask..?"
He shouts out.
"CAUSE I KNOW.. I KNOW HE WOULD LET ME LEAVE..!!"
She sets him on the couch and pats his head.
"Ahmad went to work. He'll be back home in a couple of hours."
He tries to stand up, struggling in the process, but Chrissy sits him back down.
"Stop fighting me, Woman!.. I need to go!.."
Chrissy looks at him and sighs deeply. She grabs onto his shoulder and opens her mouth.
"Sit your ass down and watch some anime. Ahmad has your favorite on DVD."
He looks at her and slightly becomes limp.
"Jojo's Bizarre Adventure?"
She pats his shoulder.
"Part 4"
His eyes begin to beam as he smiled.
"REALLY!?"
She smiles at him and starts walking to the kitchen.
"Really. The remote is next to you. I'll be making us breakfast!"
He grabs the remote and turns on the T.V., but instead of being connected to the DVD player, the T.V. was connected to Live Television, specifically the news. His eyes widen as he sees Ahmad on T.V. fighting a giant skeleton as bodies lay near him. He quickly yelled towards the direction of the kitchen in a panic.
"HEY CHRISSY! THERE WAS BREAKOUT RIFT NEAR THE TRAIN STATION WHERE AHMAD WAS! HE'S IN TROUBLE!!"
She screamed from the Kitchen. As she screamed, a rhythmic metallic noise can be heard.
"AHHHH!!!"
She shrieked, but before she could catch her breath, she was sent flying across the kitchen. As her body laid in the middle of the kitchen, a goblin stood in front of her and cackled.
"Heh.. Heh.. Heh.."
The goblin raised it's arm and tried to slash Chrissy with its claws, but before it could, Kaden slammed his bat across the goblin's skull, the impact slightly cracking it's skull.
"GET OFF OF HER, YA DUMB CACKLIN' BITCH!"
The goblin flew back partially, jolting up right after. Kaden grabs onto Chrissy and helps her up.
"Chrissy, are you ok!?.."
She groaned with a heavy breath following it.
"Yes.. But you shouldn't be worried about me, you're more injured than I am.."
He sets her down and looks at the goblin. He grips onto his bat tightly as the goblin stared him in the eyes.
"Geh.. Geh.."
He runs at the goblin and swings his bat at its head. The goblin falls sideways after getting hit, then gets back up near instantly. The goblin runs at Kaden and slashes at his right arm. Kaden swings his bat towards the goblin, however the goblin grabs onto the bat to stop himself from getting hit. Kaden became confused and tried pulling his bat back.
"What the..?"
The goblin pulls the bat away from Kaden and threw it across the kitchen.
"Ke.. Ke.."
The goblin slashes Kaden's chest, jumps up, and spin kicks him in the face. Kaden flies into the wall and coughs up blood.
"F..Fuck!.. What can I do.."
The goblin walks towards Kaden, sharpening it's claws.
"Ke.. Ke.."
Kaden's breath started to wheeze, his vision becoming blurry as he turned to Chrissy's limp body.
"I can't die here.. I won't..!"
The goblin lunges towards Kaden, but as he lunged time.. froze?
"What the flying dogshit..?"
As Kaden questioned what happened, something that seemed to be a game screen appeared in front of Kaden and boomed towards him.
"ALARM! Welcome, Player Kaden!"
Kaden became stunned, shifting his focus from the goblin to this game screen.
"What is thi-"
Before he could finish, he blacked out..
