Esther arrived in her step mother's house towards night time. She was very sad and hopeless. She could not forget what had happened between John and his mother. Bella saw how sad and distressed she was.
"Hey sis. What happened?" Esther asked with a very surprised face.
"Is nothing sis. Esther replied cleaning up her tears and walking straight into their room.
"Sis you don't seem Fine to me. Can you just tell me what's the matter?" Bella asked gently.
"I told you am fine. Esther said it crying.
"Sis please stop crying. Please just be strong and tell me what happened. and where did you go before?" Bella asked.
"I... I went on a date with John. Esther said.
"Is that the reason you are crying?" Bella asked.
Esther replied; "no sis. It's about John's mother.
"John's mother. What happened to her?" Bella asked.
"I think John's mother doesn't like me at all. Esther said it crying.

"Yes and she even chased me out of her house. Esther said.
"Ah ah. But why na. did you do anything to offend her?" Bella asked.

"actually. Is it true that someone came to hang out with me. Then gave mom some amount of money because of me?" Bella asked.
"which time?" Esther asked.

"No I didn't see anyone. but the only person that bribed her money was John. Esther replied.
"John bribed mom money in order to hangout with me?" Bella asked.
"no. Not at all. he bribed her with that money because mom wasn't letting him me to hangout with him. Esther said.
"really?" Bella asked.
"Yes. Esther replied.
"but mom told me that. it's for me. Bella said.
"really? Esther asked.

"but did she tell you the amount of the money?" Esther asked.
"Yes. She did. and she told me that I must marry him. Bella said.

Immediately Bella's step mother came out from her own room and entered their room.

Immediately Esther step mother got very angry and slaped Bella.

The step mother stood still. and boosted into a very dangerous laughter.

"wait why do you hate me to the extent that you don't want to see me shine?" Esther asked.
"why will I see you get married to that rich boy. while my own daughter Bella is here?" The step mother asked.
"but mom. I'm like a daughter. So why the hate?" Esther asked.
The step mother slowly walked straight to Esther. And bent Esther's head down.
"Mom please stop. What are you doing. Ur hurting me! Esther shouted.
"oh yes. I want you to go. don't you understand. The step mother said it bending Esther's head then pulling her hairs.
"mom please stop. Stop pulling my hair! Esther shouted.
"that's what I want about you.i want you to suffer the way your mom did. Before she passed on. The step mother said and started laughing her evil laugh.
"mom please stop. You are hurting me. Please let me go.
Immediately Bella heard the scream of Esther and ran back into their room.
"Mom. Mom. What are you doing to my sister Esther?" Please stop it. Bella asked.
"ok I will live her. But only for one condition. The step mother said.
"Yes please. I'm sorry. Please let go of my hair. Esther said feeling tired.
"Yes please. mom let go of her head. Bella said.
Then the step mother pushed Esther closed to Bella and started laughing.
"Hahaha. now she knows she can not mess with me and go free like that. The step mother said.
"Mom what you are doing is very wrong. Bella said.
"Please... Please take me to the bed. Esther said.
"Ok sis. I will. Bella replied.
"wait. I don't want to hear that someone reported me to the police. Do you get me clearly?" The step mother said.
but none of them answered her. Esther was fainting slowly.
"Esther! Esther! wake up. Bella shouted while Esther was fainting on the bed.
"Mom Esther is not waking up. Please mom do something. Bella said.
"what do you mean by Esther is not waking up?" What happened to her?" The step mother asked in a terrifying way.
"Mom I don't know. but we need to rush her to the hospital now. Bella said.
"To. to the hospital?" where. How?the step mother asked.
"Mom I don't know but we need to get her there now. Bella said it angrily.

"Mom you will pay for what you did. Bella said in a very sad way crying.

while they were arguing. Esther waked up coughing.
"Sis. Sis are you ok?" Bella said.
"get me water. Hmm. get me water. Esther said repeatedly.
"water?" Yes am getting it. Bella said running out to get the water from the kitchen.
"Oh my goodness. You are fine. The step mother said thankfully.
Immediately Bella rushed back to the room. With the water.
"Take. Take sis. Bella said while giving Esther the water in her mouth.
"sis. Please get me up?" Esther said.

"Mom. why did you do this to me. Esther said.

"Please you people should stop arguing. Esther said.
"but sis. She tried to take ur life na. Bella said.

"You are asking and so. You should be ashamed for trying to take your own daughter's life. Bella said it angrily.
"She's not my daughter. The step mother Said it angrily.
Esther was just staring at them arguing.
"Sis. Please stop. am fine now. Esther said.
"no ur not. I will report mom to John. Bella said.
"Oh I see you want to report me to a stranger?" The mother asked.
"John is not a stranger. his my best friend. The man that payed you Money to let me hangout with him. Esther replied.
"Yes mom. John is not a stranger. You heard her clearly. Bell said.
" Then fine. Go ahead and report me to him. You this foolish girl's. As for you Bella. You are supposed to be on my side. not taking this girl side's. The step mother said.
"Please can you guys just stop it. No one is reporting any body. Ok. Esther said angrily.

"but what?" Please you people should stop fighting because of me please. Esther pleaded.

"well since no body is telling. Why don't you take a rest my dear. The step mother said it with a wicked laughter.
"Mom. What you did was very bad. and could send you to jail. Esther said gently.

"Correct me?" well who asked for ur corrections. The step mother said.
"instead of you to be sorry for what you did. Instead you are mocking her?" Bella asked.

Immediately the step mother left the room angrily. Esther knew things were going though well.
