Esther went back to John's house to apologize. but what she saw really shocked her. She saw John outside his mansion talking to a beautiful lady for a while smiling and holding hands. Esther was sad and so shattered.
"John. Esther called at John.
"Yes?" John said surprisingly.
"I came to apologize for what I said earlier to you, but you have already chosen someone else. either than me. Esther said it crying.
"what are you saying?" What do you mean by that. Esther?" There's nothing between me and this lady here. We are just friends believe me. John said.
"Just friend's you say. you have really broken my trust for you. Esther said it angrily.
"No. no I did not. My love. John said.
"Oh yes. You did. Esther said crying.
"Esther please stop crying. I don't like seeing you crying please. John begged her but Esther was still very angry.
"You said you love me right?" Esther asked.
"Oh yes. I do Esther. John replied.
"Then why couldn't you wait for me?" why couldn't you wait for our love. John. Esther said with a broken heart.
"no my love. I did not leave. am always here for you. John said.
Immediately John's mother came out from the mansion and saw Esther talking to John while she was crying.
"Yes. My son here. John. Is going to be getting married to this beautiful lady here. Elizabeth. John's mother said while laughing.
"What are you saying mom?" Why are you lying to Esther?". John asked.
"So I was wrong. Thinking you loved me. Esther said.
"Esther. Why is it so hard for you to believe me?" I promise I don't know anything about this. and you are the only one I can think about right now. Please believe me. John begged.
Immediately John's mother looked at the young lady (Elizabeth) in the eyes. Then all of a sudden. Things changed. because Elizabeth was in John's mother's side.
"Hey. I can really understand how you feel about John. But John is mine now ok. Elizabeth said while smiling.
"No! John shouted.
"Why No?" Shouldn't you be happy that you found a beautiful lady. Like her?" Esther asked sadly.
"No Esther. I don't have anything to do with this lady. She's just hear because of my mom. John replied.
"Son, why are you even explaining to somebody that doesn't even understand's you well?" John's mother asked arrogantly.
"Yes. John. Elizabeth replied.
"You know what?" Both of you are in sin. John said angrily.
"Oh wow. You want to trick me. So that I will fall for your word's right?" Esther asked.
"Esther. I know I can't forse you to love me. But I know one day you'll know how much I've loved you. John said.
"John it's not matter of love. don't you see this girl doesn't even trust's you?" Elizabeth asked.
"Hey! don't you dare. put mouth on what doesn't consien's you. John shouted at Elizabeth. angrily.
"You know what son. I think it's time for you to choose between me and this girl. Esther. Who you truly want to be by your side. John's mother asked.
"Mom. There's nothing like choosing here. I choose Esther. John said.
"what! For someone that doesn't even love you?" The mother asked.
"Yes mom. John said.
"John please stop pretending as if you care for me. I saw you holding her hand's. John. Esther said angrily.
"Yes you saw him holding my hands. Yes that's because he likes me. Elizabeth said while smiling.
"Yes. I did hold her in her hands. but I don't have any feelings for her. Please Esther I promise. John said.
"Ok how sure are you?" Esther asked.
"Oh please just stop all this games son. Just go straight to the point and tell her that you don't want her anymore. The mother said angrily turning her eye balls.
"Mom I can't believe you are hurting me. John said.
"No. Am not.am just trying to help you get rad of this girl. You called Estherr. The mother said.
"John I believe you but I want to be alone. Esther said sadly and then turned to live.
"No Esther. Please don't live. I promise not to hold her hands again. John said.
"You can't just promise me. Without changing. Because of you my own step mother banned me never to come back to her house again. all because of love. But no. You betrayed my love. Esther said it crying. Then left.
"Mom please stop Esther from going. I promise her, I never betrayed her love for me. I promise please stop her. John said.
"No. am not going to stop anybody. The mother said.
"If you know you didn't have any feelings for me. Then why were you holding my hands then smiling. Elizabeth said.
"But you know we were just discussing. That time. John said angrily.
"discussing you say?" The mother asked.
"Yes. Mom. and I have no feelings for Elizabeth. She knows. John said.
"Oh. Oh, I see. don't worry about that. Live that to me. I will get you guys married. The mother said and smiled.
"Oh yes. Elizabeth replied.
"I don't even believe, if you are even really my mom. I know my mom loves me and won't let all this happen. John said.
"Well since am your mom. It's really happening. The mother said while smiling.
"Mom. John said.
"Yes my darling son?"
"I will live this house for you and this thing here. John said pointing at Elizabeth.
"Mom. Can't you see his calling me. Your daughter in-law a thing?" Elizabeth said angrily.
"Am so sorry for that my dear. It is Esther that is a thing. The mother said.
"You know what mom?" John asked.
"What? The mother asked.
"I whish dad. did not even married someone like you. John said.
"How dare you speak to me like that. The mother said and slaped him.
"Am living. John said and left angrily.
