In a large garden sat two individuals their facial features, height and clothes were blurred as if the were not meant to be seen by mortals
The was a white table between them the table had what looked like a tea cup and a book the cover of the book was blurred just like the two mysteries figures
The garden had a large variety of flowers with roses being the highest in number the were birds chirping the sun didn't seem that merciless and the wind was blowing gently everything seemed peaceful
Abruptly the scene changed the peaceful environment was replaced by one which could only be described as a nightmare a figure who's features were blurry just like the two mysteries figures from earlier seemed to be standing on an ocean the ocean was red painted by blood one could see a hand, leg stick out the figure just had his head lowered seemingly unfazed by the scene the was nothing but the figure and the blood ocean it was a frightening sight
Staring at a white ceiling a boy muttered out some words after being in a daze for a while
"The same dream again"
The youth was laying on a bed he still looked slightly dazed
He had slightly long black hair and black eyes he's facial features were extremely pleasing to the eye he had clear smooth skin and a clear jawline
With a yawn he got up from his bed the idea of having too move around seemed to annoy him greatly he sat on his bed for a while before standing up
He performed a few stretches and started a morning workout
After finishing his workout he shot a glance at his study table the was a book lying there it was open as such the contents could be seen
'spirt summoning ritual' was written in bold letters his phone was also there he walked towards the table and picked his phone up looking at the book he had a thought
'Im I really planning on doing this'
He then sighed heavily and left his room leaving the room he arrived directly to a sitting room which had long black furniture and a TV the sitting room was connected to the kitchen
After placing water in a kettle he left the sitting room and entered his bathroom
Water could be heared slashing on the floor after taking a shower and freashing up he put on a school uniform
He went to his sitting room picked up his phone Which he left and checked the time
'I woke up early today' with such a thought he went to prepare breakfast
After eating he left his apartment the were multiple apartments in this area
After leaving he noticed that the was traffic in the main road, he had to walk for about twenty minutes to reach his school the traffic was going to slightly delay him he also noticed a few smokers and couples around he also saw other people with the same uniform as him he knew some but won't close enough to be walking to school together so he just gave some of them a wave and continued his day
After walking for about twenty minutes he arrived at his school gates the gates were open as many students were going in, the school was huge being separated into four sections he belonged to section two he walked on the pavements as he admired the scenery the were plenty of trees some had long leaves some short some trees were tall some short each tress was unique however he still considered the garden in his dream to be better by a large margin
Seeing the schools scenery made him think of his dream he had being having the same dream for about five years yet he still doesn't know anything about it, the mysteries figures and the blood ocean everything about the dream is still a mystery to him
After carefull consideration he decided not to tell anyone about the dream not that the would care if he told them through
He saw a girl with long orange hair and pretty facial features she had brown eyes and her chest had two medium sized items there
He knew the girl his relationship with her was complicated her name was Lola and the were in the same class if he had to assume he'd say her rank is at middle stage
He didn't see anyone close to him during his walk he saw a few classmates and waved at a few of them he soon arrived at his class door he pulled the handle and entered, a few stares were given at him he made his way to the back of the class to were his seat was close to a window he saw someone who he also had a complicated relationship with Andrew he had short brown hair and black eyes he had a fair appearance and a good build Andrew also glanced at him briefly
Close to his seat he saw a boy with an average appearance black hair and black eyes he walked up to him and asked
"Did we have homework"
"I dunno" he replied he seemed to be busy on his phone
"Matthew regarding the money you owe me" He asked
Matthew looked as if his he heard the most disgusting words he looked at his friend who was about to sit
"Merlin I'll give you your money later chill" Matthew said the chill in an exaggerated manner he then added
"I swear on the Lady's name"
"Sure" Merlin replied
Merlin didn't believe anything his friend said as he had been saying this for months
Merlin started to regret lending him money 'if only the lady could strike him down'
Soon a girl sat next to him she had short brown hair and black eyes and a pretty face Eva was her name after Initial greeting the three of them started talking
"How's preparations for the tournament going" Merlin raised the topic and asked
"I'm almost at a new stage by the way" Matthew said
both Eva and Merlin treated it as a lie
"No comment" Eva replied seriously her being serious made her comical instead
This is the fourth month of being in section two and on the sixth month there's a tournament held
The school as four sections people in section one have rank one understanding those in section two have rank two understanding
What's a rank understanding ?
A rank understanding is how much one understands their domain
In the continent of darkness the are four domains each has a school
The school I'm in teaches the shadow domain
The are other schools each teach other domains
Mirror domain, Shadow domain, Spirit domain, blood domain each have schools
There's also the time domain but it's not taught in schools as it's hard to grasp it's principles
We get our domains from the Goddess of darkness the more one rises in ranks the closer one gets to her
Each rank has four stages
Lower stage, middle stage,upper stage and peak stage
I'm currently a rank two at middle stage
Beyond the ranks one becomes an angel
The tournament determines ones position in class the higher your position the more resources you get
Unless you tell someone no one would know your rank except for the teachers
In the tournament we fight with each other to determine the winner
Soon a girl arrived and sat next to Matthew,
To my displeasure a girl with an average appearance long black breaded hair black eyes stepped in class
She spotted her friend and shouted "Abby!"
She then ran to hug her friend
'so annoying ' I thought about her
'Im pretty sure most find her annoying I just can't prove it '
After twenty minutes, to everyone displeasure a man in a suit he had a big build short brown hair ,brown eyes and a brown short beard
He was our class teacher
