Year: 1190 AD
It was kinda protected town, from demons of course. A peaceful town.
A beautiful town to be more specific. The town was situated near Serp Kingdom.
Though the town was disconnected to otherworldly affairs.
In this very town lived Jerius, a 12 years old adventurer aspirant boy. He wasn't very joyful though.
He wasn't even slightly interested in anything. He would dedicate his most time to his training.
Mainly children of his age in that town would be just playing and enjoying their life.
Jerius was alone the stand out kid. He wasn't interested in befriending anybody.
He would enjoy his loneliness. He was trying to awake his adventurer abilities sooner than it should be and for that he was trying to break his limits everyday by going through hellish training.
Jerius was passing through his old house, it had memories of his dead parents, both of them were soldiers. Though he is not interested to be a soldier like them.
~Bump
A girl bumped into Jerius and both fell down.
[Girl]: Your bad, I mean my bad. Are you fine kid Jerius?
The girl was of same age as Jerius. The only girl in the town who would atleast mind to talk to him.
Jerius stood up irritated.
[Jerius]: You are doing this on purpose, right Akashi?
Akashi just giggles and pats his shoulder.
[Akashi]: Who knows? But you are being too paranoid Jerius. Don't you trust me?
[Jerius]: Never.
Jerius replied almost instantly.
[Akashi]: Man you are too cruel. Just marry me and let's open up a shop. Make 5-10 babies and put them on business.
Akashi was saying while smiling and laughing with some quite fascinating imaginations.
Jerius was just making kinda disgusting look and started walking again.
Akashi again bumped into him.
Jerius turned around with anger and started scolding her with kinda cartoony face.
[Jerius]: Are you insane or what?!! Why do you keep messing with me?!
Akashi bites her lips and makes a playful smile.
[Akashi]: Dunno, maybe that's common between couples. And do you...
Year: 1203
Suddenly Jerius wakes up from his dream. Jerius was sweating slightly.
[Jerius]: Her face will keep haunting me until I find her. Akashi...I am sorry, I should...tell me what should I do? How can I meet you, just tell me how can I defeat that monster? I want to meet you , correct my mistake and just marry you.
Jerius was thinking about that.
Jerius is tall ,handsome looking man with a moderate armour and lean build. Also he has lightly visible eyes bags under his eyes.
While thinking about that suddenly a woman approaches near Jerius. Her name was Martha.
[Martha]: Hey Jerius, it's about time. They aren't here. Should we look around here? I mean it's already passed the given time.
Jerius glances at her and stands up.
[Jerius]: You are right. We should check for them.
[Martha]: As far as I remember it should be The Grey Adventurer, Silver Tusk and another A+ Tier Adventurer along with a kid.
Jerius makes a surprised face after hearing a kid.
[Jerius]: A kid? Why are they dragging a kid in it?
[Martha]: Silver replied that the kid is strong and also that the kid is sensory type. He can sense anyone within 1000 metres range.
[Jerius]: It's surely surprising.
Jerius starts walking but suddenly Martha speaks hesitatingly.
[Martha]: Hey,...hmm...Jerius? Why are you willing to help them?
Jerius turns around and makes a confused face.
[Jerius]: Where's that coming from suddenly?
[Martha]: I mean...they are fighting against demons like that...they are targeting demons that are connected to Great Demon Lord. It's very very dangerous, that Great Demon Lord is said to be nearly equal to the Great Hero...and they are doing something like revolt. Why are you joining them? Can't we just live like we live? I mean by defeating small demons in our human domain and enjoying our life?
[Jerius]: Are we truly enjoying our life?
Martha just gets silent and faces towards the ground.
[Jerius]: I know you suffered trauma because of those demons in past and don't want to face it again but if we don't step up, our descendants may face Something far worse. Moreover I am helping them for my own greed.
Martha makes a surprised face.
[Martha]: Your own greed?
[Jerius]: There's a person I want to free but is held captive by a powerful Demon that works directly under The Great Demon Lord. I can't fight it alone or with your help. I need some more allies. I will help them in their revolt while they will help me with my greed. If you don't want to join me, you can leave for the town. I promise I won't be disappointed wi...
Martha suddenly cuts off Jerius' words.
[Martha]: Like the hell I am gonna abandon you. We will go there together.
Jerius and Martha starts marching towards the farming sector.
Jerius and Martha saw many people running away , they were coming from farming sector.
[Jerius]: What's happening?
[Martha]: Looks like some demons are causing commotion. Looks like we should...
Suddenly they feel a lot of pressure on their chest. It was the Aura of very powerful demon.
Even then Jerius started running towards the farming sector. Martha was scared but still she started following Jerius.
Farming sector,
Nupura uses his 4-D swords to pierce through Rel but Rel slightly misses it. Nupura was growing unease. In this whole fight, Rel didn't even recieve a single scratch or he was breathing heavily meanwhile Nupura was losing his Mana rapidly.
[Nupura]: Hehe, to think that some spirit will be so powerful. How about this.
Nupura starts casting a destroying magic and combines it with his S Tier Ability (ERASURE) while supplying huge amount of Magic energy into it.
Rel was at the centre of the circle. He was unfazed and yawning thinking about such concepts.
[Nupura]: With the dark magical energy, I CHANNELISE THE DESTRUCTIVE SUPER CIRC...
Before Nupura can complete, Rel snaps his finger and whole magic circle which was not completely created blows up. The energy that gets released in surrounding destroyed anything within 200 metres radius. Most of the destructive energy was absorbed by Rel though.
Nupura was scared. He was scared for first time. No, this was second time he has scared this much. First time was when he had glanced at the Great Hero decades ago.
Nupura starts running. His Mana reserves are very low right now. He was hardly alive thanks to his Magical Energy that is contributing for it.
Nupura notices that while he was trying to run as fast as possible, he was still struck at same place.
Suddenly he hears a voice in his ear.
[Voice]: Oh my, you are running? And here I thought you will fight me. Wasn't that just warm up? Where is your spirit?
Nupura summons a huge dragon so that the dragon will buy time for Nupura to run away.
Ren just smashes the dragon in one punch blowing it up like a balloon.
Rel punches Nupura on face which breaks the jaw of Nupura completely.
Healing ability of Nupura was completely nullified by Rel .
Rel starts punching Nupura on face, though it was giving any physical damage but instead spiritual damage. The pain can be felt but he won't die.
[Nupura]: Ahhhh!!! Aahhh!!! IT HURTS!! SPARE ME!! PLEASE!!
[Rel]: The people you slaughter also feel the same pain. Had you given them any mercy?
With a final blow Rel bursts the face of Nupura. Nupura's blood colours Rel's shirt violet.
Rel places his hand on Nupura's body and absorbs any remaining Magic Energy and also starts snatching any useful ability.
Rel stands up and turns back to see Derono, Fuji, Martha and Jerius witnessing the bloodshed. Everyone was shocked.
Just how much powerful is this Ren?!
[Jerius, thinking]: Is that monster for real? He...destroyed this huge land without even using full power?
[Martha, thinking]: I...I feel tremendous amount of Mana within him, it feels something gigantic.
Rel just giggles and replies.
[Rel]: That man was bad. He killed my ice cream and also threw me away so I just gave me some life lessons.
[Fuji, thinking]: Hmm... WERE THOSE LIFE LESSONS?!!!! IS THIS KID INSANE OR SOMETHING?!! HE WAS A DAMN POWERFUL DEMON!
Ren has ascended to SUPREME SPIRIT after killing Nupura.
