This is bad, no this is worst. So all our efforts were for nothing?

To my question Derono nodded in yes.
I was out of words.
[Future Derono]: Great Demon emerged and Great Wat happened long ago and humans lost it. Though DEITIC places saved much of the remaining humanity. But, tracking all DEITIC places was impossible even for Great Demon Lord since those places can even be underground or in another dimension. So Great Demon Lord decided to create his puppet, a traitor among humans.
These revelations from Future Derono were shocking me.
In essence, Great Demon Lord captured Mayor of ROYAL EMPIRE and threatened him, Mayor infact submitted himself without slightest hesitation. Demonification was done and he was converted into a demon. Great Demon Lord further gave mayor some of his power making Mayor even more powerful. Mayor returned to ROYAL EMPIRE and started ruling it but...he made a new secret society deep under the ROYAL EMPIRE. The society where Demonification will be done.
It was too much for me to grasp. I mean the queries I had confused me.
"What should we do now? Also what are you going to do?"
He was silent. This silence is killing me.
[Future Derono]: You will do whatever happened in the real timeline until you face Mayor. You will enter the ROYAL EMPIRE but don't enter as revolting adventurer instead enter as surviving adventurer.
I was at unease. If going there is futile then why should we go there? In that danger?
"Why is going there so important?"
[Future Derono]: First of all, you will find the person whom Jerius is trying to find. Second, you will gather people who are against Mayor and they will make your army. Also prisoners will join your army. Thirdly, you will get one of the most powerful ally there. An ally who was also the most powerful ally of Grand Hero. He is sealed in the ROYAL EMPIRE magic circle.
Wait, Jerius is finding some person? That's the reason he is helping us.
[Future Derono]: You will go there. Create resistance against Mayor. Great Demon Lord will lose his trust in Mayor and would stop supporting him. You will create your army and also your subjects and create a small empire of yourself within ROYAL EMPIRE. ROYAL EMPIRE will declare war against you on Hiren fields inside ROYAL EMPIRE with help of many powerful demons. You guys will have grown quite Powerful by that time rivaling power levels of Top tier Demon Lords and thus you will win the war by yourself without need of your army. Your army will prepare itself for the war against Great Demon Lord. While your army will be clashing against the army of Great Demon Lord you will time travel back to the timeline when Gleno had betrayed Grand Hero. This journey will answer the questions each of you guys have.
After saying this he was breathing heavily.
[Future Derono]: There were many limitations for my time travel but you guys won't have them because there is a naturally made magic circle beneath the ROYAL EMPIRE for time travel. For my time travel I had made my own magic circle and it costed me 2²⁵ Gels of Magic energy since I travelled 25 years back to get here. I think my time is up.
He was turning into dust. I felt weird as if I am losing my brother forever. He was not sad...he was smiling. Why?
[Future Derono]: I am happy that atleast my variant and his friends won't face the future I faced. Give this diary to this timeline's Derono, he will do everything accordingly. Also remember my words, it's possible that even the outerworld creatures have entered in this timeline. It's also possible that they are scattered across this timeline. I can't say for sure.
Saying that, he gave me a dictionary and before I could understand everything, he was already gone.
Suddenly there was nothing but silence.
But now I have my resolve . I had left ROYAL EMPIRE because I knew a glimpse of the horrors but I never knew it was something far worse.
Demonification? Tortures? And what more dreadful things does the ROYAL EMPIRE hide? Now there would be two enemies. Two wars. And a new ally.
Everything was too much. I always knew that humanity's worst enemies were humans themselves but I never knew this would be this scary.
The war, the mysteries and whatever ROYAL EMPIRE hides , I don't care about anything. I will support Derono with everything I got even if it costs me my life.
Determining this I just felt asleep.
Next day when I woke up Jerius, Martha, Derono and Ren were standing around me with a look of contempt. Competent? Why?
Ren neared me and screamed.
[Ren]: Hey bigge , you had night duty and you slept? What if some demon had made feast on us?
Heh? Oh yes, I had night duty. I messed up. This was future Derono's fault. That guy made me forget night duty. Now what will happen to me?
[Ren]: Derono, give this guy punishment.
Derono...this guy is not cruel. Yes, he is like my brother. He will forgive my small mistake. Yes, help me small brother.
[Derono]: He won't get any food today.
WHAT?!! BETRAYER!! YOU BETRAYED MY TRUST! You are no brother. You are betrayer. This is injustice.

They were looking at me with confusion.
[Ren]: But you are no innocent. Also you look like some dinosaur who is 15 months pregnant.

And what does 15 months pregnant mean?

Oh, I remembered about the diary. Remembering that, I gave Derono diary before sleeping. He had puzzled look. Maybe he is thinking that I can't read what is written in it.
This guy is seriously getting on my nerves now.
Anyways my duty is over. I will occasionally interfere with team decisions to make sure the events will go out as Future Derono had predicted.
Enemies are now revealed.
A new path awaits. A new beginning.
Well, I hope I won't be the one facing Mayor one on one but anyways, the fight is determined now.
Tomorrow we will enter the ROYAL EMPIRE. I don't know what kind of brutality will we face. The only thing I can think of is victory.
Tomorrow will start our ROYAL EMPIRE Arc.
