The first thing I realized when I woke up was that, this was not my room, and this was notmy body.
Was this what people called reincarnation? But I had done nothing to deserve such thing.
I wasn't really a good person, quite the opposite actually. I enjoyed seing destruction, and I had killed someone before.
So, why was I reborn?
I walked around the room, see everything inside the house, or perhaps it was more accurate to call it a manor. Considering its size. Even the bathroom here was larger than the living room in my previous world.
I tried to go outside, but through the extremely thick glass windows, all I could see was strange green mist.
Could it be that this wasn't a second chance at life… but a punishment? Don't know, and don't care
With nothing else to do, I searched for information on the internet.
And yes... this is not my world. Or maybe it still was, but the timeline was more than a century ahead of my old one. Even the reason for the toxic fog wasn't much of a surprise, the actions of powerful people.
While searching, I found something, a game, called YGGDRASIL. I remembered it from a novel I had once read, so I checked further to see the description of it was the same, it was.
And without hesitation, I brought all the necessary equipment to play the game, choosing the most complete set available.
While waiting, I searched for information about the owner of this body.
The money I used to buy the equipment was absurdly large, like so large that it felt that the zeros is not even moving. I checked the phone, thinking he might be a CEO.
But the contact list contained only ten numbers, including family members…
A loner?
Reading through the chat history, it was obvious that his relationship with his father was distant. Perhaps because this body belonged as fifth child.
Any talent he had was clearly overshadowed by his siblings. In the end, he was sent to a manor that none of them lived in anymore. After that, his father rarely contacted him and only sent money every few months.
Well, that worked perfectly for me.
I didn't have to worry about anyone realizing that I wasn't the original.
Hmm, aside from the house, daily necessities, and protective gear for going outside, he didn't spend money on anything unnecessary, thats perfect for my spending in the game later.
While waiting, I made a call to the game company to request a custom character.
The game already allowed customization, of course—but I wanted to add a few extra details to my character.
It took about two hour for the customization request to be processed.
During that time, I waited while swallowing a capsule pill because im hungry.
And there hours later, the equipment finally arrived. Without thinking twice, I immediately logged into the game and uploaded my custom character data.

ORIGIN — BRIEF LORE
At the beginning, Henry was nothing more than an ordinary Void, a state of existence without will, without ego, without purpose.
He did not destroy.
He did not create.
He simply existed.
That changed when some God, driven by boredom, wandered across the Nine Worlds and discovered a strange stone.
The upper half was cracked, emitting a pure radiant light.
The lower half contained a black liquid, darker than the abyss itself, as if it could devour light.
Driven by curiosity, he try using magic to know what that rock is, but nothing came out of it. He tired everything until he though of something, what happened if it got contain in a vessel.
Then the god forcibly extracted two unborn twins from a mortal mother's womb and implanted the fragments into them:
One became Light.
The other became Void.
The light, possessed the power to create.
The Void, possessed an absolute power of destruction.
Driven by green of this power, the god:
Manipulation them
Grooming them
And enslaved them
To make the two do everything he want.
Light was forced to create a being that only to make the God amused.
Void was forced to erase everything the god deemed "unnecessary"
Different races
Failed worlds
Flawed existences
And light was forced to see all his creation, his children, got destroyed, with nothing else he could do.
But there's a problem.
Void was fascinated by them, by the world.
He saw uniqueness instead of errors.
Meaning instead of flaws.
When void refused to obey, the god was enraged. So the God Imprisoned him, and Sealed him.
Before the seal was fully completed, Henry fractured his own soul, sending most of his essence into the YGGDRASIL system—
to grow, to hide, and one day…
to free himself and his brother then defeat the god who chained them.

That was why the customization alone took more than an hour. The power settings were obviously rejected, no newbie character was allowed to start at such a level.
In the end, the GM and I agreed to classify everything that was too overpowered as pure cosmetic flavor. I even told the GM that this character was for roleplay purposes only.
Of course, that was a lie.
Because once the world transfer begins,
every 'decorative' skill will become reality. Take Albedo for example.
For now, I'll probably farm dungeons and search for World Items to add even more "RP decorations" to my character sheet. Will also try to join the great tomb of nazarik.
I also purchased two additional character slots, but I'll deal with those later.
