every day, the activities on the bed between mbak maya and roni continued without pause. their relationship was never discussed further, because what they did was considered merely to fulfill each other's needs. therefore, mbak maya never felt jealous even though roni often talked about his female friends on campus.
"roni, try to look at this. i bought you new clothes. i think they suit you to wear to campus," said mbak maya while showing the clothes she had bought.
"my goodness, mbak. you didn't have to bother. i feel bad," replied roni.
"you really are something. how many times have i told you not to refuse my gifts? even though our relationship is only as friends, i already consider you part of my life. your presence fills the emptiness i've had all this time. so don't refuse anymore, okay. i do this because i know you're not working yet. besides, aren't you embarrassed wearing the same clothes over and over?" mbak maya lectured at length.
"alright, mbak. thank you for understanding me," answered roni, feeling even more uneasy about all of mbak maya's kindness.
the next day, roni prepared to go camping with bobi. early in the morning, he had already prepared his clothes and other equipment. seeing that, mbak maya thought roni was going to leave her.
"where are you going? are you…?"
"no, mbak. i have an appointment with bobi to go camping, just for two days. don't worry, mbak, i won't leave you," roni cut in, realizing mbak maya's worry from her expression.

the sound of bobi's car horn was heard from outside. "mbak, i'm heading off first," roni said goodbye.

"it's okay," said roni while kissing mbak maya's lips. "i'm leaving now."
after meeting bobi, roni got into the car, which already had miya and seli inside. on the way, bobi gave roni a cellphone. at first roni refused, because he wasn't used to using such a thing, but bobi insisted. "this is important so we can communicate easily," bobi explained.
after several hours of travel, they arrived at the camping site. "well, this is the place. beautiful, isn't it?" said bobi.
"my goodness, it's very beautiful. it reminds me of my hometown," said roni.
bobi then suggested visiting roni's village during the next year's holiday. they then set up the tent together before enjoying the surrounding scenery.
roni tried to invite miya to bathe at the beach, but miya refused. after several attempts at persuasion, miya finally got wet after roni splashed water toward her. at that moment, miya began to open up and talk and laugh more with roni.
they were so absorbed bathing at the beautiful beach that they forgot they had spent quite a long time there. it was clear that miya was starting to open up to roni, unlike before when she was mostly silent.
"hey, you two! come up here, let's eat together," bobi called, calling them to fill their stomachs.
"it looks like my brother is calling us. come on, let's head back," miya invited, and they walked back to the shore.
"hey, you guys! when did you start cooking? why didn't you call us earlier?" asked roni when he saw the food already served in front of them.
"it's been a while. besides, i was helped by seli. i didn't want to disturb how much fun you two were having," bobi replied with a smile.
"wow, you guys didn't even invite us!" said roni and immediately began eating with them.
after enjoying dinner, they went back to enjoying the beauty of nature at that place until the day began to grow dark.
"if you want to clean yourselves, there's a small river over there. the water is clean. seli and i already checked it earlier while taking photos," bobi told roni and miya.
"alright, come on miya, let's clean ourselves first. it feels uncomfortable not to rinse off the seawater," roni invited, and miya followed.

while washing themselves, roni accidentally realized that miya was not wearing underwear. it was clearly visible because miya's clothes became transparent after getting wet. roni tried to restrain himself from paying too much attention.
