She scratched her head, "I was about fourteen at the time, so the Harbinger was a little against taking me away from my family. But I owed my life to him, and my family wouldn't have to shoulder the burden, and so I became his follower"
Caspian brushed the hair off his face, smiling as he recounted his past, "I'm not from any noteworthy family or clan. Our Harbinger found me when a small tsunami hit the beachside, and I had used my powers to hold it off"
His smile brightened even more, "Perhaps it was because of my heroic feat, but he took me under his tutelage right there"
