Hearing Vikir's cries, Alexandrine didn't know whether to laugh or cry, "It's possible to flunk out of school?"
Vikir paused his whining and turned to face the young woman, a look of indignation on his face, "Of course! But don't look down on me just because I couldn't finish my education!"
The noble lady's eye twitched slightly, "Sorry, I had believed school was pretty simple. As long as you did the bare minimum, you could still pass and move on"
"Sorry to burst your bubble milady," Esther cut in, "Some people have a hard time with public education. I didn't flunk out, but I did drop out before our Harbinger found me"
'I went to a private institution…'
Of course, Alexandrine didn't say her thoughts out loud. It seems that the matter of education was a sore subject for much of the Void Subjugation Corp, and their core members were not spared from this fact.
