Beep beep beep beep beep. [Alarm ringing]
Sophie opened her eyes and found that she was lying on her bed, dressed in her night clothes. Then she stood up, her head spinning, but had enough strength to stand up.
Then Sophie said, "Wait, it was all a dream. I'm safe, Thank God." She went to have her breakfast and then she drove her brother and herself to school.
When Sophie went to school, she saw everyone carrying out their normal activities, while Sophie was still having a severe headache and her body feeling weak so she thought she was sick.
Then she went to Jake. Jake said "Hey babe, how are you doing?" Sophie replied "Am fine, just a slight headache, so Jake how was the prom yesterday?"
Jake replied "Fine, but you were there, why are you asking?" Sophie said "I don't understand, if there was a prom. Wait, did you take me to the forest yesterday?"
Jake answered "I planned to but you were tired so l drove you home." Sophie said "Ohh, so in that case, you didn't leave me, thank God." She pecked Jake on his cheek and went to her class and sat on her desk with Flora.
Flora asked Sophie about everything that happened between her and Jake, how they spent their prom yesterday. Sophie told Flora everything, and she also told Flora about the dream she had. "I was amazed," Sophie said.
Then Sophie looked up outside of the window, and she saw a human being flying in the air. She cleaned her eyes and looked up again, but she didn't see anything again. So Sophie assumed it was just an illusion.
Sophie began seeing a lot of things, thinking it was an illusion. Sophie would see people flying in the air, seeing humans that weren't there. She would even be talking to them but everyone else couldn't see or hear them . Ever since she dreamt about that book, strange things had been happening to her.
When Jake, Flora, and Sophie decided to go to a restaurant, Sophie's strange behavior continued. While they were all eating, Sophie saw a human talking to her, so she was responding, but actually, there was nobody there.
Jake said, "Sophie, why are you acting like this? You're disgracing me."
Sophie replied, "You can't even care for me. You don't even know why I'm acting like this. There are things going on in my head, and you're saying I'm disgracing you. You are supposed to be caring for me and treating me like a baby. Instead you are questioning me."
Jake said, "Sophie, I think you should go and rest, maybe go home and take a nap or something." Sophie said, "Fine, I'll leave you bitches here," and then she walked away angrily.
As she was crossing, she wasn't conscious of anything and a truck was about to hit her going at high speed. She closed her eyes thinking she was going to die, but something happened. Time froze. Birds which were flying stopped in the air, things which were about to fall became stuck in the air, people froze in action, everything stopped.
Then she saw a figure in front of her who was moving. The boy was tall, had dark skin, a pointed nose, naturally curled hair, muscular and everything. He looked like an angel sent from heaven.
The boy said, "I can't believe you can see me." Sophie asked, "Who are you? Are you a ghost? Why am l not meant to see you?" The boy replied, "I'm not a ghost. I'm a wizard." Sophie screamed in shock. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhn"
