It snarled and immediately approached me. It was walking slowly, mockingly…what a dumbass indeed.
I formed another arrow from my bow and aimed it and let go. With a low sizzling it pierced right through the Vampire's heart and it couldn't even process what happened and it immediately fell down.
That got the other vampire's attention. One down, four to go.
"Zoe, head in the game." I brought her back to reality. She was quivering like a leaf.
Another Vampire came straight for me and I quickly changed the form of my weapon into a short spear. My spear immediately made contact with its sharp claws.
He smirked.
"We'll aren't you quite interesting" he sniffed the air and his eyes lit maniacally. "And your blood smells like quite the treat'" he licked his lips and I immediately got the disgusted chills. Ew.
"Over my dead body, you freak" I pushed him back and immediately threw it and it hit him straight in the throat. He coughed up blood and smirked and held my spear and threw it aside…that wasn't supposed to happen…he's strong.
I flicked my hand and the spear came back.
"Why are you here." I asked as he immediately started healing.
"Why're we here? Sweetheart, we haven't enjoyed this freedom for a decade! The queen is out of town, so she'll never know" he laughed hysterically.
Never in my life did I imagine the vampires would be ruled by a queen…
"So wait…you don't attack anymore because you were commanded not to?" I asked.
He smirked and walked closer.
"I'm not going to entertain you sweetheart." He attacked again with lightning speed but I dodged in time but not before acquiring a scratch on my cheek.
I looked back at the basted and he licked my blood off his nail and his eyes rolled back in pleasure—DISGUSTING—and he looked back at me.
"Your blood is quite the treat indeed." His eyes glowed hungrily.
I changed my spear's form into a Katana and charged at him but not before glancing at the rest. They put up a really good fight this time, two more vampires were down. Leaving this one and one more guy that they were fighting.
I slashed, he dodged and I quickly changed my angle and slashed his left hand off.
He hummed.
"I love meals that put up a fight"
Again. Disgusting.
I was about to attack again, then he vanished.
"The heck." I looked around.
My blood drained as I heard Zoe scream.
I quickly turned and saw this Mf holding Zoe my the neck. He sniffed her neck and glanced at me and smirked and elongated his fangs. Zoe tried her best to get free but I'm sure he's hold was like iron. She cried. Unsure of what to do. This…
I quickly changed my weapon into a gun and shot him in the mouth, just missing Zoe by an inch. He grunted in pain and I quickly ran over and changed my weapon and stabbed him in the chest and he let go of Zoe who fell crying hysterically.
I was about to charge at him again but suddenly my throat got grabbed tightly and I was lifted off the ground. By who? I don't know? It was literally thin air for a second then the next second a figure. I couldn't see their face because of high I was raised off the ground.
"Ngh…" I let go of my dagger and ripped the hand that was holding my neck. Yes hand! Not even hands and yet the grip was painfully strong, most of my air supply was cut off.
"M..my queen." The vampire I was about to kill mummered with a hint of fear in his voice.
