The Slave of a Kingslayer

Flahan was born into slavery, forced into servitude due to the sins of his parents he never met. Spending years toiling in the mines, carving out grand halls for noble banquets, and mining out quarries nearly squandered all his desires. Then, after a life of misery, Flahan's eighteenth birthday came. Thus, so came his execution. Murdered after a long life of hardship, Flahan has one faint desire left: Killing the King who sentenced him to his life. As it happens, a Goddess reaches out to him in his final moments, offering him a way to get his final wish. All he has to do, is swear servitude to a new master. Expect a rough around the edges, cynical main character. Though he may be under-educated, he's a charming young man. Go read it!
