As Yuto was carried shaking and wonder what was going to happen to him now he slowly noticed something wrong with his body. When he went to curl up and hug himself he felt more than 2 arms hug his body and he slowly realized he could see so much more than he used to. His peripheral View was greater than it used to be. Then he suddenly realized that he had eight legs. "What is this?" He whispered to himself then looked around again wondering just what was going on.
Then they entered the castle like structure and he saw them. Dozens of large half spider creatures scurrying around dressed in different clothes. Maids, butler's, soldiers, and Nobel looking men and women. As they traveld further in and towards a throne he saw a Queen and King sitting side by side the Queen being slightly larger and centered of the two in the room.
"My Queen! Sire King." The man holding him bowed low in reverence. "I bring 2 with the potential of your blood! A son and daughter of Silversilk!" He then held Yuto and the other spider up presenting them to the Queen and king. Yuto looked at them uncertaint of what to do when he saw the other spider tilt its head down like it was trying to bow he did his best to mimic them and looked downwards hoping to not bring himself trouble.
"Interesting, their colors are indeed bright and their potential vast but this one seems a tad timid and slow. Insure he is properly taught and looses the uncertainties in his heart soon or have him thrown into the fodder troop. We have no need for weak hearted and scared nobles in this house. We are fearless or we are dead." She finished with a dry tut and turned back to the throne. "I will not have a child of mine be soft or stupid teach them well and quickly."
As she sat the man brought back his hands and bowed again. "It will be as my Queen desires! I will see to it myself. Come young prince and princess time to begin your lessons." He turned and walked out of the throne room and towards the noble living quarters. As he walked he called out "Marike! Come you have a charge!" A young woman appeared instantly from a room and bowed. "I am here Sire Asher! Whom is my lady?" He held out his hand with the female spider who was golden and silver with a crystal like clear white diamond on her thorax. Marike held her hands out and the female spider jumped to her hands with grace and she laughed. "Well aren't you beautiful and graceful already my lady! Eager i see to begin your lessons are we?"
"YES!" for the first time she spoke and her voice was like a sweet song to Yuto and at the same time made him shiver. They turned and went into a room and he was alone with the man whose name he had yet to learn.
Yuto looked up at him and began to wonder just what was going to happen next. As he did the man looked down and at him analytically skepticism in his eyes. "Nameless prince your studying and right to be named begins now. Let us go to your new room and begin." He started down the hall a few doors later he turned and entered a room and Yuto saw a room of luxury he had only seen in movies. A strange bed that sat more at floor level than any bed he'd ever seen before still adorned with silky sheets that radiated warmth. A large desk sat with shelves on each side rows of book filled shelves with bindings that looked old and priceless, a stack of papers on the desk with an old looking quail pen. A tall window on the far side of the room thin with a veiw with a hard long stone seat below it and a wardrobe to its side against the wall in the corner.
"This young prince will be your room. I will teach you to learn to read as well as strategies studies and warfare tactics. You will learn how to rule and our laws and what it is to be a Silversilk. If you advance and prove your worthy of one a name will be granted to you by the Queen and King."
He paused and looked at him again. "You finally stopped shaking which is good but to fear after birth your surroundings and kin is unnatural for a chosen royal. You must insure you drive all fear from your heart and mind immediately or you will be sent to the fodder troop and quite likely eatten shortly after. We do not tolerate fear in this clan it is met with death quickly." He sighed and placed his hand on the floor. Yuto crawled off awkwardly stumbling abit unused to having to try to coordinate so many limbs.
"That, that too is a great concer I have. Your inability to even properly move your body. I have never seen one with so much potential show so little promise and struggle with their body as if its not their own. Every spiderling knows how to walk from the moment they hatch yet you act as if it is some difficult feat!" He looked at Yuto with some disdain as if he was looking at someone bound for death.
"I do not know why my legs hurt." Yuto said finally speaking hoping maybe the excuse would offer some hope of reprieve from scrutiny. "They feel stiff and painful to move, maybe i need to rest and I will be better in the morning?" He finished hoping he could buy time to get used to his body without drawing any more negative attention to himself.
"Hmmmm." The man looked at him like he was an idiot. "You have until morning if I am not convinced consideration for your immediate placement into the fodder troop will be highly likely." He finished and turned to leave the room. "Usually you would be beginning reading and comprehension lessons right now. If you fall to far behind the princess this also will lead to your placement to the fodder troop. Speed is something that all spiderkin must have proficiency in in all areas. No exceptions. Let us hope tomorrow you can prove to me I am not wasting my time." He shut the doors and left Yuto alone.
He looked around his room a tried walking around stumbling and tripping over himself constantly struggling to keep himself level on all 8 legs loosing balance. Once somehow he even found himself completely upside down gasping for air on his back unsure how the hell he was going to turn over before he finally found a way to roll and get back on his belly.
"This is ridiculous!" He panted drawing in ragged breaths "How on gods earth do they move around so easily!" He sighed and continued practicing throught the night before finally getting the hang of things and managing to walk around evenly just before the first rays of light crept through the window.
Knock knock knock
"Young prince it is time to begin." The man from yesterday's voice called out and he pushed open the door stepping in. "Ahh good your already awake. We'll then let us see if i will be starting your lessons or not." He folded his hands behind his back and looked at him expectantly.
Yuto began with a bowing motion and began to walk around the room and crawled into his bed and under the covers then back out again and came back to standing infront of the man sitting relaxed with some pride.
"Good, that will do for now. You will address me as mentor Shirespoke and I will be your teacher and trainer. As you are a newborn and not evolved into a true royal yet I will retrieve your study books from the shelves for you and read them to you while teaching you how to read them yourself and let you read on your own while flipping your pages for you. I expect you to learn quickly how to read and do so quickly when you are able. I do not want to spend all day waiting for you to finish a single book while I drill you on its lessons. Remember speed, but with it efficiency!" He reached up and grabbed the first book and motioned toward the table and so began Yuto's first day of learning to read the spider language which reminded him somewhat of the eleven language from a popular book and movie series he'd read and watched in America that was rather long which brought him to wonder if magical rings existed here.
And so days and weeks passed and he learned to read quite quickly to Shirespoke's amazement and pride and began to learn how to fight with his front legs and back legs focusing his weight on the middle four while staying balanced as well as shooting his own silk out and using it in different ways to both fight and make traps. He absorbed everything at speeds that made Shirespoke look at him with growing pride each day.
Finally 6 months after he was born into this new world Yuto woke and found something odd blinking in the bottom right corner of his vision and as he focused on it it spangled up to a see through blueish box and read.

Yuto looked at the text and blinked. Chosen ones? Beginner's system?? Stats? As he thought the last one the text vanished and his stats appeared the screen showing.

As he looked at his stats there was a knock on the door.
Knock knock knock
"Young prince it is time! The Queen and king await!" Shirespoke entered the room and looked at Yuto still mostly under his sheets and smiled. "It is time to come out prince today you get your name." He said with a proud smile. "After I will take you out with the princess and you both will see the kingdom and its subjects for the first time and we will visit a minor skirmish front with an enemy in the south and see how you fair in your first fight before returning in 3 days to improve on your weak points. Let's go!"
Yuto smiled on the inside and crawled out and looked at himself in the mirror for a moment before following his mentor out of the room. He saw a midnight black with glowing crimson red circles at each joint three lightning bolt like designs from the top of his thorax near his head all angled to the center point of his rear one centered the other two a perfect angle like a triangle and a blood drop like patch on top of his head with the bottom of the drop near his eyes. A truly beautiful and intricate design. One that was what marked him as a special and potential noble. Apparently such intricate designs and colorings were very rare and showed purity of the bloodline and strength.
As he walked out of his room he saw the maid and the princess waiting in the hall ready to walk to the throne room with them.
He bowed to the princess and she bowed back.
"Princess." He said respectfully
"Prince." She replied
"Ready to learn what our dear Queen and king have prepared for us name wise?" She said politely with a hint of happiness in her voice and pride.
"Haha I am excited and feel blessed to receive a name from our glorious Queen and King! It will be an honor that i will treasure!" He said proudly stamping his feet quickly in a decree of pride towards the Queen Shirespoke had taught him which brought a proud smile to the man's face though he could not see it only the maid in front caught it from the corner of her eyes and rolled her eyes a glint of happiness in her own eyes at promise of her new princes display.
They came to the great doors of the throne room and the guards stomped the bottoms of their spears twice and announced in unison "Sire Shirespoke and Lady Marike bring the young prince and princess as demanded before the Queen and King!" They opened the doors and the group walked in in order and bowed when they approached the throne. "We come before the Queen and King as the ceremony of names requires to bear the honor of the names." They said in unison heads bowed.
"Rise and come forward prince and princess!" The Queen demanded raising a hand. All four rose and Shirespoke and Marike turned towards each other and stepped back moving to the side to allow the two to step forward and bow once again.
The Queen stepped forward towards the princess and the King towards the prince and they looked down upon them and reached out a hand. "Sia silversilk so shall you be henceforth!" Spoke the Queen in a grand voice. "Keizeix Silversilk so shall you be henceforth!" Spoke the king in a grand voice. "Rise!" They said in unison and stepped back.
Keizeix and Sia rose and said together "we are honored to be named and swear to bring honor to the Silversilk clan!"
