Synopsis
This is a story about a man named Rex Zeno. He is the last survivor of his race. His entire species was hunted until extinction, but Rex refused to die. He knew that even if he hid and waited, he would eventually be killed by the people hunting his race, or he would die of old age. But Rex did not want to die. So he created a paradox in time and made himself immortal. He created a loop in time where he existed, but not in the same moment, making it impossible for anyone to kill him. Because he no longer lived inside normal reality, time had no effect on him anymore. He became an immortal being who broke the timeline of the universe. Now the entire universe wants to kill him, hoping to fix the time paradox and restore the timeline. But Rex has risen above all of them. He does not care what people think or what they want. He does not care if the universe is suffering because of him. Rex has his own goal, and he will not stop until he achieves it. This novel is based on time paradoxes and time bending concepts. Time is the main idea here. But you will also see many different races, from normal humans to dark elves, and even unique species like the Zeno. The story focuses mainly on Rex. I do not want to make it a multi-perspective story, but you will still see some different points of view when they are important. You will see Rex going about his business, doing things that look almost impossible, but always with a logical point behind them. He is powerful, but not like those overpowered characters who can do anything without consequences. Rex has a conscience, and his actions may or may not harm him in the future. Many of the time concepts in this novel are based on real scientific ideas, but you will also find sci-fi and fantasy elements mixed in. This story has a lot going on, so prepare yourself, because Rex Zeno is coming, and he does not give a fuck about anyone.

Chapter 1 - Chapter - 1 Purple Sky

In a vast forest, green leaves swayed gently in the wind. The breeze was soft, and birds were chirping, making the scene look like something from a fairy tale. But that was about to change.

Shake… shake…

The entire forest began to tremble as if an earthquake was coming. Trees rustled violently, and birds flew into the sky to escape the shaking. Leaves from the trees and plants fell everywhere. Even the animals living underground crawled out and ran, while some only peeked from their holes before retreating back inside, hoping it would protect them. The shaking did not stop for even a second. It continued for almost a full minute before finally coming to a halt.

The trees became still. The ground stopped shaking. A strange silence filled the forest, an eerie atmosphere settling over everything. It lasted for a moment, then the blue sky above suddenly turned purple, not the whole sky, but a circular area about one thousand meters wide directly over the forest.

In this purple sky, cracks began to appear.Crack… crack…

Thin spiderweb-like lines spread across the purple circle until the entire area was covered in cracks. The cracking noise was faint, barely noticeable at first. Then, with a sudden burst, the sky split open, creating a massive portal.Inside the portal, swirling purple energy moved like a storm, making everything look gloomy and unreal.

Then a voice screamed out from the sky.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck youuuuuuuuuuu!"

Something shot out of the portal, like a purple comet, and crashed into the ground with a loud thud. The object glowed with a blinding purple light, making it hard to see what had landed. Slowly, the light faded and revealed a man in his mid twenties, about twenty five years old. He had purple hair with streaks of black, and star shaped patterns inside his pupils that looked both majestic and unique.

He wore white and gold clothing, futuristic and ancient at the same time. His clothes were loose, resembling those from cultivation novels, but with small blinking lights that flashed every few seconds. As the last of the light vanished, his handsome face became visible. He looked majestic, yet also looked like he had just come out of a battle.

The moment he landed, he slowly stood up. He opened his star like eyes and looked around. The first thing he noticed was that he was in a forest filled with green leaves and a gentle breeze. Then he looked up at the sky, where a massive hole almost one thousand meters wide was torn open. The moment he looked at it, the portal began to close. Within seconds, the tear in the sky sealed shut and the sky returned to normal blue.Other than the man standing on the ground, nothing else in the forest seemed unusual anymore.

The man sighed and shook his hands. As he moved, his hair and clothes shifted gently.

Then he closed his eyes, placed his palm in front of his forehead, and muttered,

"Finally I am back. All this waiting, all this time just for this. But it was worth it. I am finally immortal."

He began to laugh."Hahahaha, hahaha, hahaha, hahaha!"

He clenched his fist, and the moment he did, all the trees around him exploded outward like a nuclear blast. An area of nearly four hundred meters became completely empty, leaving behind a crater that looked like a meteor had fallen.

"Man, I am finally back to the real world. I don't know how much time I spent inside the void, but I don't think that much time has passed."

This man's name was Rex Zeno, the last of the Zeno race.

"Hmm, I just landed here, so I don't really know what happened to my own world. Is this my world or a different one?""But I can tell this is not the home I remember. My real world had a red sun and red soil."

He crouched down, grabbed a handful of sand, and let it fall slowly through his fingers. It was grey, not red.He sighed and muttered,

"This is not my world, but it is also not the one where I was previously."

He dropped the remaining sand and whispered, "Just where the fuck am I?"

He looked at the yellow sun in the distance, then slowly lay down on the distorted ground, staring into the sky in a daze, lost in deep thought.
