Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The First Song of Blood.

A Thunder light flicker in the sky. Rain falls, wetting the ground. A man in a black coat and black hat walks through a dark road. Buildings stand old and broken. Paint falls off the walls. A bad smell floats in the air.

A man leans against a wall and watches the stranger. "You're Jerry the courier?," he asks

The stranger says nothing. A gentle lasting smile on his face.

Another figure steps out of the shadows.

"Is that Jerry?"

"No."

"Who is he?"

He pulls out a cigarette and lights it. "Don't know, probably a stranger."

The stranger reaches a casino. Lights glow inside. The door bell clings. Men with red hair dominate inside. Guns held tight in their hands.

One step forward. "Stop! Don't move!"

The stranger stops. His hands slip through his pockets. The red-haired man points a gun. "What do you want?"

"I'm here for the game."

"What game?"

"Poker. I'm here to play poker."

The men look at each other. A chubby man with a hard face speaks. " Let him join the round. If he loses, he leaves. No cheating."

The men step aside. The stranger walks to the poker table and sits. Cards shuffle and deal. He picks up his cards, his eyes scanning them. Players bet. Chips push forward. A big man with a thick beard bets high and slams his chips down.

More cards hit the table. Some fold. The stranger keeps winning. Small pots, then bigger ones. The players grow upset. The bearded man leans in.

"You're cheating."

The stronger raises an eyebrow. "I don't need to cheat."

The room goes quiet. Chips clink. The stranger wins again.

The door bursts open. A new stranger steps in.

"Who are you?" the chubby man asks.

"I'm a stranger from the roadside."

"I've never seen your face before," the chubby man glares. "Name?"

"I'm just a stranger in town."

"I'm asking, spill your name dummy!"

"The name's Josh," his right hand rests on his head while he smiles.

"Hmm. you play?" man asks.

"No... I mean, yes. I'll join the next round."

"Take a seat"

"Thanks," Josh grabs the back of the chair, pulls it out, and takes a seat.

The cards continue. More bets. More folds. Soon only a few players remain. The stranger has two aces. Others bet big. He stays in and raises. One by one, they fold. The stranger takes the pot. The bearded man stares.

"But how?"

One of the thugs stands. "Who are you?"

"Chill, man. You lose. Better luck next time," Josh says.

His eyes narrows. "You're a cheat."

The stranger says nothing. Silence fills The room.

The thug pulls a dagger. "I'll end you..."

The stranger draws his gun and fires once. The thug drops. Blood spreads across the floor. Panic starts. Guns come out. A slim man next to him tries to grab his shirt, taking a swift kick to his stomach followed by a bullet blast. The red haired men fires. The stranger ducks behind the table and shoots back.

One falls. Then another. Bullets fly. Glass breaks. People scream. The stranger keeps shooting. One dives behind the bar. The stranger shoots through the wood. The man drops. Another runs for the door. A bullet stops him. The bearded man points a pistol. The stranger shoots him in the chest. Bodies fall. The floor turns red. Screams echoes.

Another blast hits a man's head. He drops. Now Only two remain. The stranger runs to another table. Silence follows. The men walk toward the table. The stranger comes out fast and shoots once. One man remains. He drops his gun and raises his hands.

"Please. Have mercy. I'm not the leader." Man's eyes snap.

"You are now..."

"No...please..."

The stranger shoots him. Smoke floats around as the figure stands in the middle, with his firearm pointing forward.

Josh stands slowly from behind and puts a pistol to the stranger's head.

"Stop the killing," he says.

The stronger turns and looks at the gun, then at Josh.

"In the jungle, the weak fall prey. Survival of the fittest..." (Sil) the stranger says.

Josh pulls the trigger. Click. Click. The gun is empty.

"Why didn't you kill me?" Josh asks.

"Because your bullets are free," the stranger replies.

They both smile and laugh. The stranger holters his gun, hands in pockets, and walks to the door. The barman reaches for a gun under the counter. The stranger looks at him. The barman freezes. His hands shake. The gun falls.

"His confidence… he's not human," the barman whispers.

The stranger walks past and opens the door. Rain hits his face. He steps outside and disappears into the night.

Later the night.

Whispers spread. Everyone in the casino survives—except the red-haired gun men. They lie dead. No one else has a scratch. People wonder who he is. Some say a vigilante. Some a hitman. Some say he's a member of a noble gang.

on a rooftop, a man speaking to a woman, who wears a balaclava. Only her eyes show.

"Report it. It's big. A stranger in black comes to Latvilo Casino. He kills every member of the red- carpet. Leaves everyone else alive."

"All of them?"

"Yes. Only the red- carpet."

"He took down the red carpet on his own, fascinating... He is now my prey."

"Don't. I brought this for the boss. He wiped out the Red Carpet. Doesn't mean he's worth your hunt."

"No. I'll hunt him down, the boss hates disturb," she insists

She jumps down and vanishes into the night.

The man whispers. "Flash Night Jassie is after him. He's done for."

A girl walks into Malanne Town at night, lost. The map proves useless. She hears laughter from a black building and enters to ask for directions.

Sixteen men sit inside. No women. Conversation and discussion fill the air. Some hold liquor.

The door opens. All eyes turn to her.

A man standing close to a pillar says. "Hey missy... What you doing here?"

"My apologies. I was looking for Silas. I'll leave."

Silence falls.

A look of shock crosses his face. "Do you know Silas?"

"No, I... (Sil)"

Men stand, on guard. She quickly tries to run.

A man standing at the door, blocks the door with his hand. "You can't run. We catch his woman, we win the pot."

She backs away. Spot a small window by the left. Dashes. Climbs out. Lands hard and run.

"Catch the brat!"

Three men chase her into the woods. The woods stand dark.

She stops to breathe. One of the men jumps out and pins her.

"You ain't going nowhere."

The others arrive. "Cut off her fingers before taking her back."

"You fools know better than to prey on a little girl."

The men turn, guns out.

A man leans on a tree. He wears black.

They shoot. He vanishes.

Two blasts in a single strike. Another follows. Three gun blasts floating in the air. The three men drop dead.

The stranger appears. "Little girl, why do they chase you?"

"Are you Silas?"

"No. You're lucky. Go straight down this road. Don't turn. You'll reach a town. They won't follow."

He vanishes.

She walks straight. The trees are thin. Lights appear- a town. The girl speeds up and enters the quiet town. Sits on a bench and falls asleep.

She wakes at sunset and enters a flower shop.

An old lady gives her coffee and biscuits.

"Welcome to New Sage. Passing through?"

"Depends. I'll stay, maybe for a day.

"Name?"

"Name's Irish Daisy."

"Wonderful, love the name. Beautiful name, beautiful girl. Hope you'll find peace in new sage"

"Thanks"

As Daisy walks around New sage, a young girl approaches.

"Hey, I'm Uddin. Walk with me."

Uddin shows her around and talks. Daisy asks for a place to stay.

"Stay with me. Grandma will accept you."

They reach a cottage. Grandma lets Daisy in.

"Tell us about yourself," Grandma asks.

"I'm from a green Soviet village. Father owned an armory shop. I never knew my mother. Father was drugged and killed. Shop taken. I fled."

"Tragic. But you're strong," Grandma says.

"Stay forever," Uddin says.

That night, Uddin takes Daisy to the roof. They talk. Daisy tells her about Malanne Town, the musician that directed her to Silas, the man in black.

"strange. A man in black, good with guns, saved you?, You're one lucky girl. Soon you'll join the team," Uddin says.

Dawn. Uddin wakes Daisy. Gunshots ring. Nine people train, shooting at wood.

Uddin fixes her eyes toward Daisy smiling. "That's the Pride Lands."

A lady speaks. "Who's the newcomer?"

"Irish Daisy. She knows guns," Uddin replies.

"I'm Lewa. This is James, Peter, Jack, Jude, May, Momo, Sunny, and Migo."

Daisy identifies their guns. Momo offers her rifle. She refuses.

Uddin takes Daisy to an old wooden house. Five people inside hold bags of stolen goods. They stare.

"Uddin, you missed the mission. You brought a stranger here?" a girl speaks. Her voice burns with rage.

"Council decides her fate," Uddin replies.

"New member means we're slower," a male with a scar on his face says.

"Tie her. Test her running," the girl requests.

The group advances with ropes and knives. Daisy presses against the wall.

Uddin stands in front of Daisy. "Don't you dare touch her."
